Pantheon / GUAE Contractors

Go To

These consist of the villains or people who don't work full-time for the GUAE, run services for more than one alliance but tend to gravitate towards them, or simply are too caught up in their own personal affairs to bother too much with them. Some of them are only here because the establishment wouldn't let them be proper members.

They roughly correspond to the GUAG's Token Evil Teammates branch to a certain extent. Some of these individuals are posted to their corresponding GUAE branch depending on their specialty.

They don't have a headquarters per se, but the closest thing to one for this branch is HYDRA's temple (or stronghold) where the other people in service to the Alliance typically meet. In fact, this temple is one of the few in the Pantheon where people can directly contact Melkor instead of seeking an audience with him.

Infantry and Cavalry

Cooler, God of Informed Superiority (Coola, Coora, Metal Cooler, Meta-Cooler, The Emperor's Brother, Lord Cooler, "Frieza", Monsieur Cooler (by his henchman Salza), Prick, Beau, Honey, Vice Admiral Cooler (in the GUAE))

  • Greater God (Overdeity as Metal Cooler or Golden Cooler)
  • Symbol: the Symbol for his Armored Squadron, or The Big Gete Star
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: To prove once and for all to his brother and father in the Conquest Force that he's still COOLER. However, his rivalry with Frieza is so bitter that Frieza has made sure that he never enters the Conquest Force full-time. If he did a fight would ensue every few hours and completely disrupt fleet operations.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Low. He's literally in an alliance with Darkseid, one of his main rivals.
  • Threat Level: High. He's not as powerful as Frieza, but he's close. Upgraded to EXTREME when he is using the Big Gete Star or goes Golden Cooler.
  • Posted to: GUAE Conquest Force (part-time). Frieza still won't let him in the Conquest Force full-time, but he does provide a substantial amount of reserves to the Frieza Force given how its might has diminished. He has repeatedly stated that he's doing it so his brother and father owe him something for once.

Nagash, God of The Undead (Nagash the Great Necromancer, Lord of Undeath, The Undying, The Great Betrayer, The Usurper, He Who Shall Not Be Named)

  • Greater God
  • Symbol: The Nine Books of Nagash
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He wants to usurp Nekron's leadership in the GUAD, and he'll even make an alliance with Melkor to do it. He has made it clear however that any GUAE troops that die in battle and aren't valuable enough for the GUAE to resurrect (i.e. Mooks) are fair game for addition to his army.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: None. He's a member of the GUAD and is only using Melkor for his own ends. Once he's eliminated Nekron for good, he'll turn his attention to the GUAE and wipe out all of its members to add to his army, saving Melkor and his Horsemen for last.
  • Threat Level: UNBELIEVABLY EXTREME. He is the very epitome of undead, cold, sharp and unfeeling. All he seeks is turn life into the state he is in and become the head of a new biological order of undead beings. He wasn't made God of The Undead for nothing.

Weapons, Munitions and Supplies

HYDRA, Divine Grand Scale Evil Organization

  • Greater Gods
  • Symbol: A Skull with tentacles
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Along with SHOCKER, they serve as the GUAE's chief supplier of weapons, particularly metagene-based and cosmic-level ones. SHOCKER mostly provides Inhumanoids, but they're technically the counterparts to the GUAG Toku Division.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: None whatsoever. So long as Melkor remains worthy in Herr Führer's eyes, the Red Skull remains a filial follower of the God of Evil
  • Threat Level: High. Their organisation has its influence basically everywhere. Anyone in the Pantheon, absolutely anyone, can be a spy for HYDRA. This extends to the other Alliances, a good reason why internal affairs divisions exist in all of them.
  • Posted to: Every single division of the GUAE. Yes, they're that diverse.

Sundowner, CEO of War Profiteering (The Californian Wild Fire, Wind of Destruction)

  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: Bloodlust (his twin pair of scissor machetes) surrounded by six explosive shields
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Befitting of his trope, he wants to ensure the war in the Pantheon remains a Forever War so he rake in all the profits. In addition to this, he is one of the most influential people in the Pantheon's military-industrial complex.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Medium so long as he keeps the war in the Pantheon going and if it does end, make it so that he will be able to profit from the subsequent post-apocalyptic landscape. Since he also supplies the GUAC (Senator Armstrong is one of their leaders), it's no surprise that an eye is kept on him.
  • Threat Level: High. He supplies many evil organizations with war materiel and supplies and even has some Class 0 level artifacts in storage to sell. Simply put, tread carefully around Sundowner.
  • Has a pronounced rivalry with Millennium, the Major especially considering he tried to usurp their position in the GUAE Liebertarian Movement several times, and HYDRA for trying to strong-arm out of the GUAE. He won't try again.

Marcus Kincaid, God of All Small Arms and Their Exploitation (The Gunbringer)

  • Demigod
  • Symbol: The holy smiling mug of his current physical form
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral
  • Reason for Joining: It's all just business, and the number of weapons manufacturers flocking to the Grand United Alliance of Evil is skyrocketing. Marcus wants a piece of that pumpkin cake.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Absolutely none. He insists that his services are universal, and that he has no allegiances to any of the Grand United Alliances. So long as he is paid handsomely, he'll continue to loan out his weapons and heavy munitions. His best customers are the Crimson Raiders after all.
  • Threat Level: Medium to High. While unbiased in his dealings with the Alliances, he still has no morals and resorts to underhanded or dirty deals if the client is desperate, a common occurrence in the Pantheon. And also the fact that refunds are a no-no for him.
  • Posted to: None

Mook Training

Taskmaster, God of Combat Training (Tasky, Tony Masters, 'Captain America', Barney Toastmaster, Suck MASTER, King Of Suck (he really wishes people would forget those last two or three))

  • Demigod, but his mortal followers are really enthusiastic.
  • Symbol: His skull mask
  • Alignment: True Neutral, often with Evil leanings. But he's got a soft spot for cats and usually avoids killing.
  • Reason for joining: He's being paid a hefty fee by Palpatine to train up the Conquest Force to the best of their ability, probably up to 2,000,000,000,000.99 galactic credits, meaning lots of money.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Melkor is the one who paid him. However, as a member of the Defense House, his ultimate loyalty is to the mooks he trains and vice versa.
  • Threat level: EXTREME. He by himself is a medium level threat... but he has a tendency to massively upgrade everyone else he works with, raising his overall level of menace massively.

Illegal Items and Contraband

Vito and Michael Corleone, The Dons of The Mafia (Vito: Vito Andolini. Michael: Mike, Mikey. Both: Don Corleone, The Godfather)

  • Lesser Gods
  • Symbol: A bottle of Genco Pura olive oil with a revolver to its side. Alternatively, a hand holding a marionette control bar.
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil (Vito), True Neutral with Evil Tendencies (Michael)
  • Reason for Joining: As the leading figures of organized crime in the Pantheon, how could they not partner with Melkor? They provide rare materials, food resources and smuggled items to the GUAE mostly. Plus, Michael serves one of the main shareholders of the GUAE's joint venture and villain hangout spot, the Villain Pub, which they provide security for.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Low to Medium. They insist it's strictly business and bristle at the thought of being 'evil' like the rest of Melkor's brood. However, they have Italian honour and are completely honest in their dealings with Melkor and have no intentions of usurping him nor curbing his operations. In turn, Melkor leaves them alone so long as they continue being useful and don't interfere with his plans.
  • Threat Level: High. For two normal humans among supervillains, monsters, and tubby fat men, they are the absolute kings of crime in the Pantheon.
  • They have a suite on the Pub's top floor named after them, the Corleone Classic.
  • Posted to: None

Jabba Desilijic Tiure, God of Disgusting Table Manners (Jabba the Hutt, "Jabba The Wise", "Jabba, the Omnipotent")

  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A tattoo with a symbol of his clan; alternatively, a plate with something on it that is still alive and wriggling
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He wants to profit off the war the Alliances are having, and Taskmaster's salary numbering in the trillions has Jabba interested. Also, Melkor may or may not have promised him slaves from the prisoners he takes, especially pretty women.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Low. He's in it for the money, comfort and slaves.
  • Threat Level: Medium. He's no match for anyone in a physical fight, but his influence in the Pantheon's crime, especially the slave and drug-smuggling trade (where the Corleones fail at, since Vito dislikes such trade), is high and the Hutt crime family has some investments in the GUAE too.

Wilson Grant Fisk, God of Villainous Workouts (The Kingpin, The Brain Washer, Harold Howard, Wilbur, "Fatty", Stay Puft)

  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: A white suit and cane
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: As the official mediator of the House of Crime (despite being part of the House of Villainy), he joined to 'regulate' his fellow crime lords jockeying for Melkor's favour. He doesn't need to police the Corleones though, they know their place.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Medium. So long as he keeps providing him good business and his relationship with GUAE False Shepherds leader Lex Luthor remains strong, he's loyal.
  • Threat Level: High. He may be a big, tubby man, but that's muscle, not fat. He can beat you within an inch of your life (provided you're a normal human).
  • Posted to: None

Don Marion Anthony "Fat Tony" D'Amico, God of Obvious Crime Fronts (Fat Tony, William Williams, Fit Tony, Fit-Fat Tony)

  • Demigod
  • Symbol: A sign saying "Legitimate Businessmens' Social Club"
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He followed the lead of his friend, Vito. Besides, with his identical cousin running things town-side, he needs a better gig than just courting 'legitimate businessmen' who don't give a mite about him.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: None. The second things go south for him, he's out of there and going back to his temple.
  • Threat Level: Low. He's from Springfield, not a crime-hole like Gotham. What do you expect?
  • Posted to: None

Cristu Bulat, Tiberiu Bulat and Vera Konstantin, Unholy Triumvirate Of Human Traffickers (The Slavers)

  • Quasideities (Tiberiu is a Demigod)
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil (Cristu Bulat and Vera Konstantin), Chaotic Evil (Tiberu Bulat)
  • Reason for Joining: The GUAE promotes this sort of crime, and like Jabba the Hutt, seek prisoners to use for forced prostitution. There's some really pretty ones in the Grand United Alliance of Evil
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Medium. It's a love hate thing considering Melkor despises them for having bad PR. Can't be helped because of their occupation, but their bad reputation makes things difficult for the GUAE publicly.
  • Threat Level: Low.

Contract Killers

Cletus Kasady, God of Fully Embraced Evil (Carnage, Marvel’s Dangerously Insane Psychopath, Carnage-Man, The Red Slayer, Poison Carnage, Dark Carnage, The King In Black’s Red Right Hand, The Apostle of Knull)

  • Intermediate God (Greater God as Dark Carnage)
  • Symbol: The words "Carnage Rules" written in Blood (as his regular self), The Emblem Of Knull (as Dark Carnage)
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining:
  • Loyalty to Melkor:
  • Threat Level:

Boba Fett, God of Bounty Hunters

  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His helmet
  • Alignment: True Neutral
  • Reason for Joining: Under contract. He needs the credits, especially after being thrown into the mouth of a Sarlacc.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: None. He's not loyal to anybody except himself, his father and (if only a little bit) fellow bounty hunters like Bossk, IG-88, Zuckuss and 4-LOM. He keeps his head down though before the God of Evil, since any form of displeasure (like dissatisfaction with the bounty pay) could get him killed.
  • Threat Level: High, as the best bounty hunter in his universe. Customized weapons and Mandalorian armour, and a police-issue heavily customized ship. Guy seems legit.
  • One of the highest-paid bounty hunters in the Pantheon, Fett is hired whenever someone big needs to be brought in. Even if you're an Overdeity who can't be captured, expect there to be a lot of bother anyway if Fett knocks on your day.
  • Rumour has spread of a potential new rival for him who's actually a pure-blooded Mandalorian. Fett isn't having it.

Raditz, God of Unexpected Catalysts (Mr. Radish, Radish Boy, The Mysterious Warrior from Space, Long-haired Man, Raditz the Runt, Ruthless Invader)

Slade Joseph Wilson, God of Edgy Supernames (Deathstroke, the Terminator)

  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: His mask
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for joining: Considering his portfolio, the world may never know...
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Melkor pays him. He's a mercenary. Do the math.
  • Threat level: Moderate, though his full capabilities and resources ARE hidden...
  • Posted to: None

Nappa, God of Deaths Caused by Failure (Ghost Nappa, Grand Vizier Nappa, Mr. Clean, Vegeta's Dumbass Friend)

  • Lesser God (Greater God as a Super Saiyan)
  • Symbol: His armor and blue scouter
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil on the job, Chaotic Neutral off-duty and as a Hollywood Producer, Lawful Good in one of MasakoX's popular what ifs
  • Reason for Joining: As a member of the mercenary platoon he, Raditz, Paragus and Bardock started, he had to follow them into the GUAE. He's been recording these exploits on film, in hopes of getting big money.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Like Raditz, absolutely low, bordering on none. Has no intentions to usurp him though.
  • Threat Level: Low, but as a member of the elite within Vegeta's court, ever so slightly higher than Raditz.
  • Posted to: GUAE Conquest Force

Sandra Wu-San, Patron Goddess of Dragon Ladies (Lady Shiva, Sandra Woosan/Woo-San/Wusan (formerly), Jade Canary, The Paper Monkey, Tengu/Tengu Mask, Master Woman, Agent Silver)

  • Lesser Goddess
  • Symbol: Her Signature Longcoat
  • Alignment: Known to Shift From Chaotic Evil To Chaotic Good
  • Reason for Joining: Ra's al Ghul has her running as of yet undisclosed missions for Melkor and his inner cadre.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Under contract.
  • Threat Level: Medium to High. As an on-again off-again member of the League of Assassins, she is among their most feared operatives.

Ser Gregor Clegane, God of Brutal War Procedures (The Mountain That Rides, Mad Dog of Tywin, Champion of Cersei, Ser Robert Strong, Franken-Mountain)

  • Intermediate God
  • Symbol: A yellow shield with three black dogs
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Reason for Joining: By order of his master and mistress, Lord Tywin Lannister and Lady Cersei Lannister (separately since Tywin disowned her), the knight of House Clegane is to serve as an assassin for Melkor in order to seek out and destroy the enemies of House Lannister. Oh, and for Cersei, to keep an eye on Jaime, who still serves the GUAE despite a moral code to the contrary.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: None. His loyalty is to Tywin and Cersei, and even to them only if they give him targets to brutally ravage and splatter to satisfy his bloodlust. However, he requires guidance and orders that Melkor can give, and without a boss to direct his actions, he's essentially a mad dog uselessly chasing cars.
  • Threat Level: High. A normal human with a disproportionate amount of strength, Ser Gregor has a reputation for being one of the most violent killers of the GUAE. Expect a few heads to be pulled off if he encounters enemies. Very high if he is in his 'zombie' form, Ser Robert Strong. His strength is multiplied tenfold as a result of Qyburn's experiments leading to much higher pain tolerance to the point he's a medieval Super-Soldier.
  • As a knight, he should command respect on the battlefield. However his violence and utter savagery is unbefitting of a knight and many in the GUAE have interjected this at their own peril. If Ser Gregor does command respect, it's among soldiers like Sauron's orcs, who value such combat skill in their host.

Scientific and Military Research

Ryoma Sengoku, God of Morally Bankrupt Scientists (Professor Ryoma, Kamen Rider Duke, Incredible Ryoma, Ryoma-Hakaider, Mecha Ryoma Sengoku)

  • Intermediate God as a New Generation Rider (Lesser God as a Armored Rider, Borders on Greater God, after he became a cyborg and attaining the Dragon Energy Arms at the same time)
  • Symbol: The Duke symbol and his Lemon Lockseeds.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil (used to be Neutral Evil)
  • Reason for Joining: While he is individually an employed member of SHOCKER, his status as one of the leading mad scientists of the Pantheon gives him authority far beyond that of his station. The promise of an elevated position within the GUAE with all the research facilities and experiment subjects he wants certainly excited him.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Virtually nonexistent. He joined up For Science!, and if a lowly Dark Lord is going to get in the way of his work, then woe is he. Ryoma knows he's not nearly as powerful as Melkor, but he'll do anything to protect his work. Anything.
  • Threat Level: High. As the brainchild of the Sengoku Driver and Genesis Driver, and possibly a hundred others since his ascension to the Pantheon, he's certainly a force to be reckoned with despite being average in skill as a Rider. Very High should his connection to Megahex be established.
  • Posted to: GUAE Vile Specialists, or the Demonic Legion when asked by his superiors

Nobuyuki Sugou, The Abusive Game Master God (Oberon the Fairy King, Alberich, The King of Thieves)

  • Demigod (Greater God as Oberon)
  • Symbol: His Tiara
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil/Stupid Evil
  • Reason for Joining: As a member of SHOCKER, he was obliged to join by virtue of his association with the Demonic Legion, with Sengoku having hired him personally. Privately, he plans to use the confusion caused by the GUAE's eventual full-scale invasion (of the Pantheon or fictional omniverse, he doesn't care which) to recapture 'the love of his life' Asuna from THAT pretty-boy Kirito. As a member of the GUAE, he'll be better prepared when the time comes.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Meh. The resources the God of Evil has at his disposal keeps him loyal for now, but he'll do what he wants otherwise. Besides, Melkor and SHOCKER gave him the means to break free of his admin block from accessing his powers as Oberon and he's grateful for that.
  • Threat Level: High, if the rumors are to be believed that he's gotten a LOT more competent lately. Otherwise, Low to Medium
  • Posted to: GUAE Conquest Force (part time, when he's using the Oberon account)

Muruta Azrael, God of Commissars (Murata Azrael)

  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: The Blue Cosmos Logo
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He serves as a liaison to the GUAE Mecha Cohort from SHOCKER. He is not a member of the Demonic Legion though, like Lord Djibril. Basically, for the safety and security of our blue and pure world!!
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Little to none. Typical for someone from Blue Cosmos, he only sees Melkor as his meal ticket to wiping out all Coordinators (and by extension, all Spacenoids/Newtypes and their expies) all across the Gundam multiverse.
  • Threat Level: Medium to High given his psychopath and possession of Brainwashed and Crazy Super Soldiers could elevate this to a High.
  • Posted to: None

Lord Djibril, God of Dirty Cowards and SHOCKER's Liaison to the GUAE Mecha Cohort

  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: The LOGOS Logo
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil/Stupid Evil
  • Reason for Joining: He serves as a liaison to the GUAE Mecha Cohort from SHOCKER. He is not a member of the Demonic Legion though, like Muruta. He isn't in the GUAE proper given that Rau Le Creuset, a Coordinator is in the Mecha Cohort, which could complicate things.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: He's a Dirty Coward. None.
  • Threat Level: Low. He's much less intimidating/popular compared to Muruta.
  • Posted to: None

Creature Capture and Research

Giovanni, The Serious Villain With Silly Lackies (Sakaki, The Self-Proclaimed Strongest Trainer)

  • Lesser God
  • Symbol: Publicly, the Earth Badge. Privately a red "R" on a black background
  • Alignment: Lawful Evil, though he might be True Neutral nowadays
  • Reason for Joining: The might of the GUAE might help Team Rocket's interests and help him get his hands on some valuable Pokémon. Plus, he wanted in on some of the action Ghetsis is already savoring.
  • Loyalty to Melkor: Medium. He's a smug guy, but not without morals. There's a reason his organisation isn't completely affiliated with him.
  • Threat Level: Medium
  • Posted to: GUAE Vile Specialists

Pokémon Hunter J, Goddess of Evil Poachers

  • Demigoddess
  • Symbol/Weapon: Her wrist cannon
  • Alignment: Neutral Evil
  • Reason for Joining: Under contract by both Giovanni and Ghetsis
  • Loyalty to Melkor: None.
  • Threat Level: Medium
  • Posted to: GUAE Vile Specialists
