Pantheon / GUAE Liebertarian Movement

The Liebertarian Movement is a new group established by Johan Liebert and The Joker. Their goal is to spread "Lieberty", which is in reality eternal chaos and despair. They are, essentially, an Evil Counterpart to the Alpha-Omega Force (which is a GUAG ally). One of their goals includes breaking every member of the Magical Girl Sisterhood since the Witch System has been reinstated following the "Great Upheaval".

Johan Liebert, God of Sociopathy and Mind Control Without Superpowers (The Antichrist, The Monster, The Next Hitler)

• Demigod (though his Mind Rape powers rival those of an Overdeity)
• Symbol: "The Monster With No Name" by Franz Bonaparta (creepy children's book)
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil (Why? Just because.)
• Reason for joining: "Ha ha ha... Why not?"
• Loyalty to Melkor: None. Johan has no loyalty to anyone, for that matter, and is likely to betray Melkor in time (a possibility that frightens the Dark Enemy).
• Threat Level: VERY HIGH, more so than even the Joker. Aside from being a professional in manipulating people and breaking their faith in humanity, the fact that he can and definitely will kill anyone whose even just in his mere presence makes him very dangerous, therefore people who ever encounter him need an overdose of Heroic Resolve to survive his mind-breaking.
• As a member of the Four Horseman, he enjoys unofficial command status in the GUAE.

The Joker, God of Evil Laughter (Mistah J, Jack Napier, the Clown Prince of Crime, the Card With No Number, The Clown At Midnight, The Man Who Laughs, Agent of Chaos)

• Demigod
• Symbol: A Joker playing card. It must have a clown face and smile.
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil personified
• Reason for joining: For the Evulz mainly, also to mess with Batman.
• Loyalty to Melkor: He didn't want to be left out like he was in the Infinite Crisis, so he's playing along, but he has no actual loyalty per se. He could hypothetically betray and go solo at any time, but he's simply having too much fun.
• Threat level: Very High, almost nearing infinite, despite seemingly being just a "normal" insane person — his insanity may as well be his superpower. He can send Superman off the deep end, after all, which says A LOT.

Demons of the Movement

Hansel and Gretel, Gods of Creepy Twins

• Demigods
• Symbol: A hatchet and Browning Automatic Rifle
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil
• Reason for joining: Because their "big brother" Johan told them to.
• Loyalty to Melkor: Mild. Technically, they serve Johan.
• Threat level: High. It's amazing how much people fall for that "innocent" child routine.

Lucy, Goddess of Psychic Powers (Lucy, Nyu/Nyuu, Kaede)

• Intermediate Goddess
• Symbol: Her helmet
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil (as her Third Personality), True Neutral (as Nyu), Chaotic Neutral (as Kaede)
• Reason for joining: Her 'husband' Johan Liebert convinced her to do so, plus to kill humanity and replace it with her species
• Loyalty to Melkor: Mild. Technically, she's under the loyalty of Johan Liebert due to her 'marriage' to him.
• Threat to Cosmos: High-Very High. Vectors that are near-invisible and can instantly kill and dismember anyone within its range plus how she can destroy a planet with them but at the cost of her own life = a combination of Loud Gulp and Oh, Crap!.

Millennium, Gods of Supernatural Nazis (The Letztes Bataillon)

• Roll Call: The Major, The Doctor, The Captain, First Lieutenant Rip van Winkle, First Lieutenant Zorin Blitz, Warrant Officer Schrodinger, Luke and Jan Valentine, and Tubalcain Alhambra.
• Greater Gods
• Symbol: A swastika and the number 1000 splattered with blood
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil
• Reason for joining: THERE IS GOING TO BE A WAR!!!
• Loyalty to Melkor: Last time he was in charge of the forces of evil, it was NONSTOP WAR!!!
  • Nyarlathotep has recently taken command of the Battalion in his disguise as Hitler. The Major is ecstatic his hero's just as bloodthirsty as he is.
• Threat Level: Very High. Being vampires, they are have far greater survivability than humans and that a single bite from them will turn its victim into a ghoul, plus how they were able to reduce London's population to just a very tiny amount in just days.
• The Major is also a member of the Grand United Alliance of Chaos.

Johann Schmidt, God of Nazism and Leader of HYDRA (The Red Skull, Dell Rusk, Bettman P Lyles, Cyrus Fenton, Tod March)

• Lesser God (Greater God with the Cosmic Cube, or as the Stonekeeper)
• Symbol: A Red Skull laid over a Swastika
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil (used to be Lawful Evil)
• Reason for joining: A new variation to a familiar theme, destroy Captain America and all he holds dear, and because only the GUAE wants to champion Nazism.
• Loyalty to Melkor: Melkor summoned the Führer to vouch for him, and anyone good enough for Herr Hitler is good enough for the Skull.
• Threat level: High. He is Adolf Hitler multiplied by 10. Also, his organisation has so much influence it may not be surprise that they have spies/turncoats in every facet of the GUAG.
• His organisation serves as a supplier to the GUAE.
• Also in the Mastermind but is a lower here thanks to being be seen as a Memetic Loser.

Raul Menendez, God of Almost Successful Villains (The Messiah of the 99%)

• Intermediate God
• Symbol: The Cordis Die symbol.
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil
• Reason for Joining: As one of the best and most charismatic tacticians in the House of Villains, Raul was supposed to join within the Conquest Army. However, Melkor, aware of his manipulative skills decided to send him here, where he can command, manipulate and plot every single plan he has in store. Also, he wants to destroy the rich.
• Loyalty to Melkor: Medium. He actually respects Melkor to a high extent. But once his objective is done, he will eventually rebel against him along with his assets.
• Threat Level: VERY HIGH. In hindsight, he is just an old human. In combat and tactics, he is a complete nightmare, able to manipulate heroes and outright kill them. Not only that, he has superior charisma, which is enough for many heroes to join his cause, and worst of all, he has his entire 1 Billion Army within his disposal along with every single drone in existence. And if you think facing him is easy, think again. He is CRAZY prepared.

Ex, God of Meta Mechas (The Embodiment of Despair, Ex-, EX-, EXA-666, Extreme Gundam)

• Intermediate God normally, varying power levels depending on which pack is used.
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil
• Reason for joining: It was only logical that the Embodiment of Despair join the group that is known for causing despair.
• Loyalty to Melkor: Very low. He wants everyone to be overcome by despair.
• Threat Level: EXTREME. Not only does he have a total of five forms of his mobile suit, it has been heavily implied that he can bypass almost any security and can gain control of anything electronic.
• Also a member of the GUAE Mecha Cohort.

Junko Enoshima and Monokuma, Destroyers of Hope (Junko: The Mastermind, Super High School Level Gyaru/Ultimate Fashionista, True Super High School Level Despair/True Ultimate Despair, Super High School Level Analytical Prowess, Ryōko Otonashi, Super High School Level Forgetful Girl, Super Duper High School Airhead; Monokuma: The Headmaster, Super High School Level/Ultimate Despair Headmaster Monobear, Totes Sinister Bear-in-Command)

• Intermediate Deities
• Alignment:
  • Junko: Chaotic Evil, pretends to be Lawful Evil
  • Monokuma: Neutral Evil
• Reason for joining: After her failure to be included into Trollkaiger, Junko was scouted by another GUAE group, and the Liebertarians are naturally a perfect fit for the Ultimate Despair herself. By instigating a civil war within the GUAE and gathering enough forces for Ultimate Despair, she aims to bring another Tragedy to the Pantheon and get revenge against the Trollkaiger at the same time.
• Loyalty to Melkor: Very low. If anything, Junko wants Melkor to fall into irrevocable despair as well.
• Threat Level: Very High. Possessing untold amounts of charisma and intelligence, and legions of Monokuma units and Ultimate Despair members at her command, Junko can easily overthrow entire worlds just for kicks. Her ability to make anyone fall into despair has been compared to Johan Liebert.

Wild Hunt^Members Syura, Izou, Cosmina, Dorothea, Enshin and Champ, High Prophets of More Vile Villains

• Intermediate Deities
• Alignment: Chaotic Evil. Very Chaotic.
• Reason for joining: Following the pardon of most Ultimate Despair members, Junko needed her own shock troopers that will Rape, Pillage, and Burn in her name. Requirements: a penchant for extreme depravity.
• Loyalty to Melkor: Low. They're only loyal to themselves, and their current handlers as long as they provide fresh towns and villagers to ransack and ravage.
• Threat Level: High. A band of rapists, thieves, and murderers, many unarmed Deities fear crossing their path.
