How many hit points does Aaron (the horse) have asking for a friend. -Em'yl

"ONE WHORE SHOVED BY TWO OTHER WHORES...! IT'S A WHORE EAT WHORE WORLD OUT HERE!"

FOD, short for either Fuck or Die, Failure of Destiny, or Defunctio Fatum, is a Dungeons & Dragons campaign set in Hell. Its players feature renowned professional clowns such as Ace, Aster, Eggy, Hyun, Mana, Marc, Reese, Sera, Sol, Snark and Stella. The spectators include Ceri, Huli and Horus. Intern Clowns (casual campaign only) include Luna and, formerly, Marc. The Campaign's dungeon master is Issa.

The campaign follows the grand escapade of 11 (sometimes 13) adventurers, who are all dead. They have also all, coincidentally, committed a grave sin that serves as a reason as to how they ended up here. How this is connected to their appearance in hell varies. Maybe it lead to their death. Maybe they died to a different reason. Maybe it was just a mistake. Who knows, at this point. The only thing these adventurers know for sure is that their goal is to get out as soon as possible.

Welcome to FOD; a gritty, intense campaign that involves Assfish, numerous emotionally charged games of Never Have I Ever, whorification, canon tit slapping, homicide, and straight people, but only sometimes.

DND:FOD provides examples of:

Tropes applying to both teams in general

    In General

  • Anti-Hero Team: If you consider the fact they're all in hell...
  • Mysterious Past: Everyone starts with this. The characters know nothing about each other, and even some of the players are in the dark about other characters.
  • Mr. Fanservice: More than half of the team consists of good-looking men, who (sometimes, unfortunately) aren't afraid to show off their assets. Solar is a Literal Walking Shirtless Scene while Raine takes things up a notch and sports both a cleavage window and a midriff.
  • Ragtag Bunch of Misfits: Two humans, a Kalashtar, a half-Elf, an Aasimar, an Aethelf and a Wood Elf, a Tiefling with Dullahan ancestry, a Fallen Aasimar and a Changeling, occasionally joined by another half-drow and a half-Fae. Adding in that most, if not all of them, fall into the definition of "misfit" to a T, it's probably only fair to call them this.

  • Only Sane Man: Due to the discrepancy between people who participate in the main campaign and people who participate in casual, Abaddon is often left on his own to deal with his fellow casual campaign party members' antics.
  • The Snark Knight:
  • Tarot Motifs: His assigned Major Arcana tarot card is The Hierophant.

MEN CAN GET PREGNANT?

description here

  • Blue-and-Orange Morality: description
  • Creepy Good: description
  • Dissonant Serenity: For the most part, no matter the situation, he does not seem bugged by anything. Unless it's one of his berserk buttons.
  • Friend Of All Living Things: He lived in a forest for most of his life, as of result, he's very fond of animals and even has an animal charming spell in the Casual Timeline.
  • Morality Chain: His teammates serve as this. Due to his motives, he's willing to do just about anything, even if it's morally wrong or something he doesn't want to do. This happens when people were considering killing a thief, and he pulled out a knife and was about to do it for them. He's stopped when Kheiro tells him not to do it. He also almost risks going through a heat stroke at the beach, but when Raine tells him not to do that he decides to change into an outfit to prevent heat stroke.
  • Nice Guy:
  • No Social Skills: Generally very unaware of common things. As of result, he asks questions that could be vastly inappropriate. During the Butter Knife Inn roleplay in casual, he straight up walked up to someone and asked someone what sodomy was.
  • Perpetual Smiler: It's his automatic expression.
  • Stepford Smiler: Very strong type A and B.
  • O.O.C. Is Serious Business
  • Extreme Doormat: Does just about everything. He even went as far as to eradicate any self interests or likes he had so he can be agreeable/likeable to everyone.
  • Kindhearted Simpleton:
  • You Are Better Than You Think You Are: Happens during his breakdown in the Church with Ezimir and Kheiro.
  • Heroic Self-Deprecation: Though he helps people quite often (going as far as to allow injuries on him for stress relief), he does not believe he's a good person. In fact, he even gets upset if you call him one. Though rather than accepting insults that get thrown at him, he actually gets aggravated.
  • Green-Eyed Monster: His sin is envy, and his original eye color was green.
  • Driven by Envy:
  • Transparent Closet: Very, very, very obvious. [[Have I Mentioned I Am Heterosexual Today?: He claims to have no interest in men, leading to him state he is straight and avoid affectionate gestures from men…]] Despite not even showing interest in women and outright implying he had a crush on a man before. This is most apparent during the Casual Timeline when a potion required the hair of a gay man in denial and he was wondering why everyone was after his hair.
  • Gay Moment: During the bed scene with Ezimir and Raine. While they do gay shit to him, he ultimately does something even more gay; he kisses them right before heading to sleep. And this occasionally happens when Ichor hugs him.
  • Family of Choice: His teammates pensive
  • Allergic to Love: In general, he has a tough relationship with genuine love. Which is another reason why he reacts so badly to someone showing any possible signs to it.
  • Hates Being Touched: Wears gloves and conservative clothing for this reason. Also avoids touching people himself.
  • When He Smiles: Though he smiles often, it's insincere. It's hard to get him to smile sincerely, but when you do… well, his gratefulness shows!
  • Anime Hair: I based his hair off of Sasuke Uchiha and Noctis Lucis Caelum, it's pretty anime and gravity defying.
  • Berserk Button: Usually triggered if religion is talked about in a positive light for too long… or if he's specifically insulted repeatedly. This can also be applied to when you call him a good person or show too much bias towards him, though instead of him getting angered he becomes more distressed and uncomfortable to the point where he can break down if pushed enough.
  • Stronger Than They Look: Due to his mass amount of clothing, he looks scrawny. However, he's actually pretty strong and it shows if you ever get to see him in more revealing clothes. [[Gameplayand Story Integration: This is also shown in his stats as he has +2 Str and a Con stat that isn't in the negatives.]]
  • Tarot Motifs: His assigned Major Arcana tarot card is The Devil.

a total bastard. totally

You know what the secret is? Just say whatever you want. Those guys don't give a fuck about you, so stop giving a fuck about them. Everything works out that way.

A total bastard. He does have other aspects to him, such as his existence as a kalashtar bard, but his cocky demeanor and vulgar personality tend to overwrite any other impressions he could make. One of his defining traits is his ability to say some of the most horrifically secondhand embarrassment-evoking things and not bat an eye. Though, despite his blatant lack of regard for the shame of both himself and everyone around him, he's still one of the party members that laughs and jokes around the easiest—whether the other members like it or not.

His main instrument is the shamisen. Both his shamisen and bachi appear to be custom-made: the shamisen is string-less and the bachi's edges are always glowing pink and blue. When one goes to play the shamisen, strings of a color matching the color of the player's eyes (at birth, in the case of those who have gone through an eye color change) will appear.

Has a situation going on with his voice that requires him to talk through playing his instrument most of the time.

  • The Alcoholic: Kheiro is one of the first to go running whenever the party hears mention of a place serving alcoholic drinks nearby. In addition, his alcohol tolerance has been shown to be pretty high.
  • Anime Hair: Hair that poofs out into 'sealed' feather-like extensions, is multicolored, has a streak of bright blue running through the color change parts and a circle of bright blue at the end of each feather, and glows slightly in the dark? Sounds just a tiny bit too unreal to be true.
  • The Bard: Yeah.
  • Cannot Dream: A kalashtar attribute.
  • Cold-Blooded Torture: After a run-in with a bandit party in the casual campaign, Kheiro used this to get one of the surviving bandits to talk. Though the torture didn't go on for very long, it was still enough to include crushing the bandit's face and fingers before he finally gave in at the threat of fingore. Kheiro would also go on to cut the bandit's Achilles tendons after a few party members decided to take him hostage. Unfortunately, this action ultimately proved to be for naught, because the bandit was (accidentally) slapped to death later by none other than Kheiro himself.
  • Conveniently an Orphan: He has stated in casual campaign that he is an orphan.
  • Cute Little Fangs: Sometimes they get sharpened to the point where they start bordering on Fangs Are Evil in art.
  • The Gadfly: He has a tendency to tease his party members, most noticeably the ones that provide him an entertaining reaction.
  • Glowing Eyes: A kalashtar attribute.
  • The Hedonist: "Pleasure" is synonymous with "entertainment" to Kheiro, and he doesn't hesitate to prod it out of his surroundings whenever possible. He says and does whatever he wants, whenever he feels like it, all for the sake of fulfilling his desire for pleasure. Some examples include his frequent teasing of Raine and pestering of all his other party members, as well as his tendencies to overeat and/or overindulge in alcohol. At one point, he even wiped his hands on Solar's pants just to goad some sort of reaction out of him.
  • Iconic Item: His hairpin, bachi, and choker are all contenders.
  • It Amused Me: Seems like it.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Debatable, but he did use his cloak to tuck in Abaddon that one time. And slept in a bed with Raine and Solar once while his hand rested on Raine's cheek. And genuinely tried to help Abel when he was having a breakdown. Who knows.
  • Magical Accessory: His hairpin and cloak are both examples of this, though they're a bit mundane compared to others that fit this trope. The hairpin can tie his hair for him. The cloak's pins can adjust themselves to make the cloak better fit the wearer, as shown when Kheiro let Solar temporarily borrow his cloak in the Sunshine Village casual arc. Both the hairpin and the cloak's pins will glow a faint blue when in action.
  • Magical Foreign Words: A few of his spells, such as Healing Word, seem to work primarily with Quori. Whether this is a genuine magic thing or a choice on Kheiro's part is unknown.
  • Only One Name: Kheiro is the only name he introduces himself as, and subsequently goes by.
  • A Scar to Remember: The scars on his stomach that read mutt in Elvish are probably an example of this. Probably.
  • Tarot Motifs: His assigned Major Arcana tarot card is The Tower.
  • Wound That Will Not Heal: Kheiro has perpetually-open wounds on his face and left upper arm that go all the way down to his muscle.

look at him. thank you

I used to be a real bastard.

A quiet and stern-faced half-elf. As the party's monk, he's often assumed to be a holy man, but mentions of the topic seem to make him bristle. He's unsure how to react to most social situations, causing him to look oblivious. Often times he acts reckless, putting himself into unnecessary danger at the slightest inconvenience.

  • Cute Little Fangs: He doesn't bare his teeth often enough for this to be apparent.
  • Expressive Ears: When he's listening, his ears have a tendency to twitch. He can and does use them to express emotion, but due to his emotional constipation, this isn't particularly apparent.
  • Eye Colour Change: There was a point where he claimed that his eyes hadn't always been mismatched, though he failed to elaborate.
  • Hunk: Just look at him.
  • Extreme Doormat: He takes most insults directed at him without batting an eye. The same can be said with (most) injuries or consequences.
  • Important Haircut: Implied by him to have happened in the past.
  • Magical Eye: Implied.
  • Skeleton Motif: His left forearm and hand bears a tattoo which aligns with the actual bones in his arm.
  • The Stoic: What it says on the tin. He's, "got the emotional range of peanut brittle," as his writer calls it.
  • Tarot Motifs: His assigned Major Arcana tarot card is The Star.
  • Walking Shirtless Scene: He's adamant on keeping it this way, and claims shirts to be of inconvenience.

    Libra Superbia

Libra Superbia

Voiceclaim: Akira Ishida

Click here to see his wolf form

"YOU IDIOT. YOU SHITBAG. YOU ABSOLUTE FUCKING MORON! WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING? WHAT THE HELL'RE THOSE MUSCLES FOR HUH? HUH? DAMN FUCKING PILE OF FLESH CAN'T EVEN CARRY ME UP PROPERLY, DAMMIT! ARGH, THIS HURTS! AGGHHH!"

A self-centered misanthropic tiefling with little regard for others. Libra Superbia holds a deep grudge against the entire world for reasons unknown and previously worked as an Executioner. In the group, he acts as the only sane and logical one left. Though, this isn't very obvious with his own crass attitude. Libra speaks with an accent and has no respect for all people. He's incredibly blunt, and only acts tame if it could benefit him in the end. He also refuses to befriend anyone or make any long term connections, under the belief that they'd just slow him down.

He's blood hound who owns himself. His instincts are sharp, his claws are drawn at all times and the only being he's ever served was his pride.

  • Ax-Crazy: If his association with werewolves, complete disregard for everyone and job weren't enough to clue you in...
  • The Cynic: He believes that the world is a terrible place where only the strong and powerful survive. The weak get culled, the kind get taken advantage of and the inherent desire to benefit oneself rules above all.
  • Deadpan Snarker: Comedically prone to this.
  • Hair-Trigger Temper: Absolutely easy to piss off. He does make some effort to keep it in control, but his priorities all slide off the rails the moment you push his buttons a bit too hard.
  • Ineffectual Loner: While he's arguably part of the group, he prefers to keep his distance and not associate with them at all.
  • It's All About Me: His sin is one of Pride after all.
  • Jerk with a Heart of Jerk: You'd be hard pressed to find something redeemable in this man.
  • Might Makes Right: Libra genuinely believes that the stronger and more powerful you are, the more authority you have over others and the world itself.
  • Only Sane Man: Libra is surrounded by a colorful cast of whores. He unfortunately serves as the last line of defense for logic in the group.
  • Sadist: Says what it says.
  • Tall, Dark, and Handsome: Libra tends to wear dark colors, is one of the tallest in the group, and is noted to be handsome. This is also due to the fact he is an Ezraface.
  • Tarot Motifs: His assigned Major Arcana tarot card is The Chariot. To put it vaguely, he'll do anything to rise to the top. Anything.
  • Tsundere: Says what it says.
  • The Unfettered: His assigned tarot isn't Chariot for nothing! Let's just say he's willing to do absolutely anything to make it to the top of the world. Anything.
  • Virtue Is Weakness: As if Libra's views weren't depressing enough, he believes virtue serves as dead weight. He doesn't think it's real, and it's just something people cling onto because others cling to it too.

IACCIDENALLY SENT YOU A PIC OFMY COCK AND BALLS!!!!!!!

for the love of god please help me

  • Adorkable: Though he tries hard to appear well put together with his prideful front, the truth is that he’s actually quite the dork.
  • Attention Whore: Zig-zagged. Demands his dose of attention, though he proceeds to get overwhelmed by said attention when he’s given too much of it.
  • Butt-Monkey: Due to his rather… vibrant reactions to teasing, he’s often the go-to victim for the gadflies, especially Ezimir and Kheiro.
  • Cute Little Fangs: One of his signature physical traits, though its presence doesn’t have any particular significance or reasoning behind it.
  • Curtains Match the Window: Both his hair and eyes are gray, albeit slightly different in hue.
  • Eye Colour Change: Before a certain incident, his eyes were red.
  • Fire Is Red: Red is a reoccurring color for Raine, who's fond of casting fire magic (despite his lack of finesse in controlling it) as well as fire itself.
  • Inferiority Superiority Complex: He talks and acts like he’s big shit, but his apparent ego is mostly attempts at self-reassurance while he seeks confirmation from others that he is indeed as amazing as he says he is. Consequentially, he’s always eager to prove himself, and doesn’t cope well with failing.
  • Locked into Strangeness: A streak of his hair is pale blue, while the rest of it is gray. He acquired this from the same incident that changed his eye color.
  • Luminescent Blush: Being one to get easily flustered, Raine often blushes heavily, whether that be because of an unexpected compliment or yet another teasing remark from one of the party members.
  • Stripperiffic: He’s got quite the choice for wardrobe, to say the least. The features of his outfit that all come together to fulfill this trope are: cleavage window, bared midriff, fishnet stockings & garter belts, thigh high boots with 3-inch heels, and high slit skirt. Though striking, this combination doesn’t serve any purpose beyond satisfying his own eccentric taste. He doesn’t think much of whatever impression his clothing might give off, in fact – at least, not until someone points it out.
  • Tarot Motifs: His assigned Major Arcana tarot card is The Magician.
