Philip George Proctor (July 28, 1940) is an American actor, comedian, and member of The Firesign Theatre best known for Monsters, Inc. (2001), Toy Story (1995), and Tarzan (1999).
He was married to Sheilah Wells and Barbro Semmingsen, currently married to Melinda Peterson and has one child with Semmingsen.
