• Luckily, My Shield Will Protect Me: He wields a magic shield named "Lord's Aegis". It is actually replicas so that if one is destroyed, another can be made.
• Shield Surf: His summer variant uses the "Lord's Aegis" as a surfboard. Thought since it magical floats and he can control the speed, it is more like he is using a Hover Board over the water.

• A Day in the Limelight: She's one of the protagonist of the "Neon Skyline, The Skycrapper" event.
• Cyborg: Like many citizens of Qualia City. One example is that she has an Electronic Eye.
• Et Tu, Brute?: She didn't take very well that Love was pretending to be her friend.
• To Be Lawful or Good: She recounts her origins of how she met Love to Stella and Alk in her second unit episode. She was an intern member of a squad to "clean out" the slums of those who are infected. When they came upon a little girl and the captain ordered to fire at her, Bulleta told him that the order were to evacuate the citizens but the captain tells her that the orders between the lines allows them to take out anyone suspected of being infected. This lead to her fighting her squad, beating them and running off with the girl which the whole events being seen by Love through a drone who then proposed to work with Bulleta and help provide for the girl.
• Living Legend: Becomes this after the events of "Neon Skyline, The Skyscrapper" due piercing the giant screen covering the sky, unfortunately this pissed off various companies which put a bounty on her.
• More Dakka; She loves to shoot more bullets than needed, this causes her to spend most money earned in resupplying so Buletta can't afford much in commodities.
• Trash of the Titans: Bulleta's hideout is a mess full of random objects she refuses to throw away because "they are important memories".

• Can't Hold His Liquor: She easily gets drunk, a trait she inherited from her father. It is so bad that it leads to What Did I Do Last Night? when she wakes up the next day.
• Disappeared Dad: Her father was an adventurer but one day when she was young he never returned from the Kaleidoscope.
• Innocently Insensitive: In her Valentine's variant's third character story, Ellya is asked out by a young adventurer which she agreed to much to everyone's shock. They ended up breaking up in a day due to Ellya taking him to the deeper parts of the Kaleidoscope as an idea for their first date. After Ellya apologizes and gives him chocolates, she ends up shattering his confidence again due to her brining chocolates for everyone^note with Alk, in her own words, getting an extra special chocolate. The poor guy ends up running away from the tavern in tears, with Ellya being clueless and the rest of the male patrons being angry at her denseness.
  Nimbus: Way to build up a man just to tear him down in front of everyone. That was savage.
• What Is This Thing You Call "Love"?: She's too preoccupied with her ambitions to conquer the Kaleidoscope to know love^note It is also possible that due to growing up without her father, she never got a chance to develop her knowledge on relationships. That said, there are hints in her Unit Episodes that she is Unknowingly in Love with Alk.

• Noodle Incident: Long before the Starview crew arrived in the Endless Blue, she was a member of the Crimson Blades but accidentally sunk the ship back then at the time. This incident had her choose to voluntary quit to not be a burden to them.
• Sweet Baker: She is a nice girl and as shown in her Valentine's variant, she knows how to make her hometown sweetbread baranki and wishes to share them with those she cares about.
