The main male protagonist throughout the entire universe. The son of Vincente North and Aurora Devereaux, husband of Katerina Marshall and the patriarch of the North family.

  • All Girls Want Bad Boys: He's charming to Katherine, and other women. Brandon's immorality has a dark, compelling charm. He is strong and rich.
  • Animorphism: Brandon can control when he shifts into his wolf form without being bound to the full moon. due to the fact that his father Vincente created the wolf curse.
  • Papa Wolf: Brandon has always been protective of his kids. After the death of his oldest child He will go to extreme lengths in order to make those who harm them suffer.
  • Prince Charmless: Before meeting Katherine, Brandon states he was a spoiled rich kid with no respect.
  • Sad Clown: His sarcasm is his way of coping with problems in his life.
  • Used to Be a Sweet Kid: When he was little, he was a sweet and mischievous boy who liked to use his magic to make others happy.

  • Momma's Boy: Brandon is Liliana Marshall's adopted son, and he has her entire heart. Liliana is pretty much the only one throughout Brandon's childhood who saw Brandon for who he was. A boy who just wanted to be loved. When Brandon's biological mother tried to kill Liliana, she ended up getting killed by Brandon.
    • When Grayson killed their mother, Brandon had every intention of killing him, but was stopped by Vincente.

  • Berserk Button: Never deceive her and break her trust, she will come after you with a vengeance.
  • Daddy's Girl: Isabella has a close relationship with her stepfather Brandon. She adores him, and don't ever mess with Bella, because Brandon will kill you.
  • Fiery Redhead: Has the red/auburn-hair and a fiery personality being headstrong and independent, fiercely protective, and can become very Hot-Blooded when she's in a mood.
  • Hair of Gold, Heart of Gold: Shows no fear of Grayson the first time she sees him and isn't afraid of Reuben's vampire form.
  • Violently Protective Girlfriend: Isabella won't hesitate to kick someone's ass if they ever harm Cole.

  • Tomboy and Girly Girl: She's the Tomboy to Luna's Girly Girl.

Reuben's twin brother and Luna's uncle.

  • A God Am I: He sees himself as an all-powerful supreme being. A young Luna also once believed this to be true.
  • Evil Wears Black: Kai's wardrobe is complete with dark colors especially black. It seems to fit his personality, as he is highly antagonistic.
  • Papa Wolf: To Luna. Kai promised Vincente that he'll protect Luna for him. He later grew to want to protect her for himself telling her that everything he does is for her.
  • Would Hurt a Child: This excludes his own children. However, when he doesn't get what he wants he has a habit of bringing children into the bargain.
  • Beard of Evil
  • Evil Twin: Kai and Reuben are twins. While Reuben isn't the kindest person, Kai is brutal and psychopathic.

    Grayson North

Isabella and Gray's biologic father.

  • Big Brother Bully: He constantly bullies and abuses Brandon, and has apparently done so since they were children.
  • Chosen Conception Partner: Grayson was only good for Katherine when it came to sex. However, he seemed to care about his then-unborn child, who he later became infatuated with.
  • Knight Templar Parent: Say one bad thing, or even think about coming after his little girl, you might as well say your prayers, because Grayson will make you suffer the way you intended to make her suffer, if not worse.
  • Luke, I Am Your Father: Grayson revealed himself to be Isabella's father, and later Gray's.
  • Papa Wolf: Grayson, it seems, is willing to go to many further lengths to protect his children than his brothers.
  • We Used to Be Friends: With Katherine, except things turned very sour.
  • You Are Worth Hell: Grayson died in order to protect Isabella from his enemy.

Luna and Cayden's daughter

  • Undying Loyalty: To her mother.
  • Abusive Parents: While Luna and Cayden are loving and protective of their daughter, Cayden was later on verbally abusive towards Luna, and would sometimes take his anger out on Emma.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: Her actual name is Luna, after her mother. Most people call her Emma, which is a nickname her for middle name, Emily.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: Many of Vincente's enemies can recognize Emma because she reminds them of her grandfather, and his bluish grey eyes.
  • Sweet Tooth: Just like her mother, she loves chocolate cake and sour patch kids, and is often spoiled with such by her uncle Azriel.
  • You Are Not Ready: Tries to save her uncle Brandon, but ends up hurting herself. Brandon tells her that she's not ready to handle upscale threats.

  • Nice Girl: Nice and amiable to everyone.
  • Brainy Brunette: She's smart and a bookworm.
