    Caesar Silverberg

Tenki Star

  • Brilliant, but Lazy: He's a Silverberg, part of the Suikoden Badass Family of strategists, and skilled enough that veteran tactician Apple defers to his planning instead. But he's also a slacker and even looks sleepy
  • Non-Action Guy: He's a strategist, not a fighter. He's also quite lazy, so he probably wouldn't help even if he was a fighter.
  • Teen Genius: The youngest strategist in the mainline titles, most sources place his age at sixteen or so.

    Augustine

Chichin Star
An aristocrat from Gregminster, Toran Republic. Six years ago, he won a male beauty contest hosted by Vincent De Boule. The prize was the rose brooch he wears on his chest.
  • The Fighting Narcissist: He's III's only Narcissist character — the first, second and fourth games all feature two or three.
  • Something about a Rose: His prize-possession is a the Rose Brooch, having won it in a male beauty contest.

    Emily

  • Legacy Character: Captain of the Maximillian Knights, which his grandfather once led.

Chikyou Star

  • Ascended Extra: Showed up for one scene in the second game where he hatched and was officially adopted and named by Futch. In Suikoden III, he's a full-fledged party member.

    Landis

Chido Star

  • Evil Laugh: A very creepy "Yuh huh huh..."
  • Eye Patch Of Power: Well, it's a mix between an eyepatch and blindfold since you can still see one eye.
  • Luck-Based Mission: He randomly joins in battle if you wander a specific area with an open slot in your party. You can get him without meaning to in the very first battle, or you can spend over an hour running in circles without success.
  • Madman in the Attic: After recruited, he stays hidden in Budehuc Castle underground cave.
  • Sinister Scythe: He wields a scythe and uses it accordingly.
  • Suspiciously Similar Substitute: Of Sid from the second game. Some fans wonder if they're the same person.
  • Winged Humanoid: He is a Winger.

    Reed
