    Kreel
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/kreel.png
Debut: "The Merge: Part 1"
Voiced by: Kelly Sheridan

A mech racer and owner of the Crossroads Junkyard with a group of Whack Rats as subordinates.

  • Cheaters Never Prosper: Her sabotage attempt on Arin and Sora ultimately led to her being pinned down by a steel plate and lose the race to Lobbo.
  • Desperation Attack: She has a Whack Rat sabotage Arin and Sora's mech.
  • Dick Dastardly Stops to Cheat: Her sabotage of Sora's mech ultimately accomplishes nothing as she loses to Lobbo anyway.
  • Even Evil Has Loved Ones: Her only friend is a Whack Rat named Targle, nicknamed Targy.
  • False Friend: She tries to insist Arin and Sora are her friends after they became Ninja, and has a selfie with them.
  • It Must Be Mine!: Kreel believes the money Lobbo won is actually hers, as she was knocked down by Riyu during his escape.
  • Pet the Dog: Evil jerk she may be, but while holding Lobbo captive she gives him some dating advice.
  • The Rival: To Sora in the world of mech racing.
  • Spanner in the Works: An interesting variation crossing between Unwitting Instigator of Doom and a rivalry-based Nice Job Fixing It, Villain. As a result of her crew's sabotage of Arin and Sora's mech, while it doesn't affect the race results, the two are blasted off a bridge along with Riyu from the Claws of Imperium to what could have been a fatal end due to said sabotage blowing up the mech during their escape. However, it's through this that the two discover Riyu's true nature, as well as Sora's when Riyu brings out her Technopath elemental powers just in time for her to reconstruct the mech and save the three of them.
  • Under New Management: Kreel is now the owner of the Crossroads Junkyard as seen in "Wyldly Inappropriate", having won it in a lice game.
  • We Sell Everything: In "What the Mech?", Kreel tries to sell dangerous artifacts, including Chronosteel, which was eventually confiscated by the ninja after an incident involving Lobbo.

    Lobbo

"Lobbo Lobbo".
Debut: "The Merge: Part 1"
Voiced by: Brian Drummond

A mech racer who won thanks to Riyu's interference.

  • Darkhorse Victory: He won the Mech-Master 5000 by default, thanks to Riyu's escape.
  • Eat the Evidence: Lobbo swallows his prize money to prevent Kreel stealing it.
  • Love Hurts: He once had a girlfriend, but she dumped him for not being emotionally available.
  • Parental Issues: According to Arin, mentioning Lobbo's mother is a sore spot. He entered the Mech-Master 5000 to prove her wrong.
  • Prized Possession Giveaway: He gives away his prize money during the Crossroads Carnival, another thing that infuriates Kreel, since she thinks it's her money.
  • Third-Person Person: Adds his name in sentences.
  • Verbal Tic: Always says "Lobbo Lobbo" at the end of his sentences.

Voiced by: Mark Hildreth

The current ruler of the Kingdom of Madness and the King of the Craglings.

  • Fantastic Racism: He's (understandably) upset about Riyu being let into his kingdom, only allowing the little dragon to enter due to Nya's word. He lets go of this for Riyu after the little dragon stops the two Earth Dragons.

    Percival Tartigrade
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/percival_3.png

An Imperian teenager who leads a group of teenagers called Imperium Teenage Protection Force, later forming a resistance against Beatrix.

  • Escort Mission: He gets Euphrasia to the Monastery of Spinjitzu.
  • Heel–Face Turn: After seeing the Ninja's heroism and Beatrix's blatant denial of the event, he loses faith in the Empress, renaming his group the Imperium Teenage Resistance Force.
  • Hope Bringer:
    • He planned to expose Beatrix's deception and succeeds with help from the Ninja and Rapton.
    • He makes a speech, believing the newly dubbed 'New Imperium' will figure out any problem as a group when a council is formed.
    • He continues to make more ideas to make New Imperium better.
  • Must Make Amends: He helps the Ninja expose Beatrix to make up for being the one who brought Riyu to her in the first place.
  • Pet the Dog: He was astounded to have been congratulated by Empress Beatrix for bringing Riyu to her personally, who tells him he has bright things in his future.
  • Pursue the Dream Job: He and his group want to be part of the Claws of Imperium. Capturing Riyu and delivering him to Rapton makes Percival practice a speech about becoming a Claw as he does so.
  • Sound Off: During his and his group's window washing duty, which eventually led to the scaffolding they were on coming apart, but saved by "Lampshade Floortile".
  • Ungrateful Bastard: How does he repay "Lampshade Floortile", AKA Arin, for him saving him and his fellow students after he discovered Riyu? He tries to interrogate Lampshade and somehow manages to catch Riyu in the confusion of escaping dragons and hand-delivered him to Empress Beatrix.

    Caregiver Bot
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/caregiver_bot.jpg
Debut: "I Will Be the Danger"
Voiced by: Joanne Wilson

A robot who was programmed to protect Wyldfyre before meeting Heatwave and became her guardian alongside him.

  • Grew Beyond Their Programming: Initially warns Wyldfyre that "fire is danger", but upon discovering Wyldfire gaining the ability to manipulate fire helps her train by throwing rocks in the air as targets.
  • Single-Task Robot: Assigned to take care of Wyldfyre.
  • Small Role, Big Impact: Only appears on screen a few times in flashbacks to help educate and nurture Wyldfyre, who would eventually go on to become a ninja under Kai's wing.
  • Whatever Happened to the Mouse?: After their debut episode, they never appear again.

    Sora's Parents
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/horribleparents.png
Debut: "Return to Imperium" (flashback)
Sora's Father voiced by: Jason Simpson
Sora's Mother voiced by: Kathleen Barr

Sora's parents.

  • Abusive Parents: At first according to Sora's dialogue, she was simply subject to Parental Neglect as they never praised her unless she was doing something that benefits the Imperium. But things ended up getting much worse after they got word of Sora defying and refusing to help the Imperium, as they bluntly told her they were ashamed she was their daughter, began treating her like a prisoner to the point Sora would later liken her home to a prison, and took away her means of inventing, the only thing in her old life that brought her happiness, if she wasn't going to do anything to help the Imperium. Even when Beatrix's true evil nature is finally exposed to everyone, they refused to accept this and instead tried to dissuade Sora from attacking Beatrix.
  • Bait the Dog: In the season 1 finale, they seem to be trying to find and make amends with Sora after Beatrix's actions are outed to the public, only for it to turn out they still believe in Beatrix over their own flesh and blood daughter. This ends up being the final straw in Sora and her parents' relationship, with Sora disowning the two and proclaiming the Ninja to have been a better family to her than they ever were.
  • Disowned Parent: They were sad in the aftermath of the MergeQuake Storm when Sora earlier told them that the Ninja are her new family and love her more than her own parents did.
  • Facial Markings: Like many adult Imperians, they sport markings on their faces.
  • Hate Sink: As stated, they are Abusive Parents who have dedicated their lives in loyalty to Beatrix, even at the cost of alienating and neglecting their daughter when she refused to submit herself to Beatrix's goal. Even after Beatrix's villainy is exposed to everyone, Sora's parents selfishly refused to aid their daughter and the Ninja in stopping Beatrix.
  • Horrible Judge of Character: They have Blind Obedience in Beatrix, even after her Engineered Public Confession exposes her villainy. Even after Beatrix's actions outright endanger all of reality, they still believe she's in the right. It was this horrible trait that drove Sora to cut all ties with them.
  • No Name Given: Neither of their names are currently known.

    Lava-Tide Leader
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lava_tide_leader.png
"No Core for you!"
Click here to see her original size
Debut: "Wyldly Inappropriate"

Leader of a tribe called the Lava-Tides, whose village was ravaged by Wyldfyre.

  • Crowd Chant: Along with her fellow Lava-Tides: "No core for you!"
  • Hypocrite: Calls out Wyldfyre for her cruel "pranks"... only to commit an even worse "prank" by denying them the Dragon Core even though she tried to legitimately make amends.
  • I Lied: The leader promised Kai and Wyldfyre the Dragon Core if they cleaned up the latter's mess, only to double cross them and throw the core into a pit as a 'prank'.
  • I Meant to Do That: Even she was surprised that eating Wyldfyre's Heat shots made them grow, though she quickly insisted it was part of her plan.
Lava-Tide Leader: Oh. I mean, still all part of the plan!
  • Karma: She forces Kai and Wyldfyre to clean up the former's mess.
  • Motor Mouth: She warns Kai that she'll launch flaming boulders if he says "What?" at a fast pace, which makes him say it, and she has the boulders launched.
  • Power-Up Food: Every Heat shot Wyldfyre gave her, she eats and grows large.

    Zant-Tanz
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/zant_tanz.png
"I am Zant-Tanz, acting general of the Mucoid Warriors, here in the Mother Garden."
Debut: "They Call It Doom"
Voiced by: Garry Chalk

A Mucoid general in the Mother Garden who guards one of the Dragon Cores.

  • Beware the Nice Ones: If one passes the Secret Test of Character and simply asks for the Dragon Core, he and his fellow Mucoids will be very happy and honored to give it away. If one tries to steal it, however, it's instant grounds for execution as poor Rapton almost found out.

    Emperor Levo (UNMARKED SPOILERS)
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/emperor_levojpg.jpg
Debut: "Absolute Power" (flashback)

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/zeatrix.png

  • Missing Mom: Her mother is never seen or mentioned at all.
  • The Un-Reveal: She's shown to have inherited her father's elemental power, but it isn't revealed what element it is.
  • Uncertain Doom: Her fate after Beatrix becomes Empress is unknown. She doesn't seem to be imprisoned in Imperium, at least.

    Lava-Tony
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lava_tony.jpg
Debut: "A Pain in the Mech!" (flashback)
Voiced by: Unknown

A Lava-Tide chef.

  • Evil Egg Eater: He intended to use Ice Dragon eggs for his noodles' secret ingredient.

https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/fedulian_drs2_ep2.jpg
Debut: "Shattered Dreams"
Voiced by: Brian Drummond

A Merlopian antique shop owner with ties to Dorama.

    Hantro
https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/hantro.jpg
Debut: "Shattered Dreams"
Voiced by: Sabrina Pitre

A Hypnobrai who sells artifacts to Fedulian.

  • Epic Fail: Tries to attack the Ninja with several mystical artifacts she has... only for them to not even be anything remotely harmful.

    Source Dragons
Debut: "The Merge: Part 2"
Voiced by: Paul Dobson (Energy), Diana Kaarina (Motion), Michael Adamthwaite (Strength), Niah Davis (Life)

The seven primordial dragons that are the ultimate 'source' of all the elemental powers in existence, hence the name. Beings of incredible power, Ras is using the Imperium to attempt to capture them and claim their powers.

  • Alien Non-Interference Clause: They do not involve themselves directly with mortal affairs, though they do make exceptions under dire circumstances. Such as in "Beyond the Phantasm Cave" where, after the Source Dragon of Energy wishes to repay his debt to Lloyd for freeing him, the Source Dragon of Motion grants Lloyd a vision of Egalt to learn how to beat Shatterspin.
  • All There in the Manual: Their identities and associated symbol are never stated, but they can be seen in the subtitles and credits.
  • Cosmic Keystone: They are tied deeply into the fabric of the Realms. The First Spinjitsu Master specifically went to them for aid in preventing the first potential Merge via the three Cores he made from their energy (and Lloyd later uses them to stop the Mergequake storm tearing reality apart), the Imperium capturing the Source Dragon of Energy is implied to be what caused the Merge, and he later refuses to have Lloyd free him due to fearing that the consequences of doing so could tear the Merged Realms apart after they'd only just achieved relative stability after the Merge until Lloyd provides him the aforementioned Cores to counteract any side effects.
  • Dragons Are Divine: Are effectively the gods of the Merged Realms, being the source of all Elemental Powers and incredibly powerful, to the point that the First Spinjitsu Master went to them to help prevent the first potential Merge, and the Cores made by him from their power stop the Mergequake storm in the season 1 climax.
  • Elemental Powers: They are the source of all Elemental Powers, with each Source Dragon having a connection to certain elements. For example, the Source Dragon of Life "claims" Lloyd is one of hers through his Element.
  • Physical God: They are incredibly large and powerful dragons, to the point that all the elemental powers in existence are connected to them. They even refer to Lloyd and everyone else in the Merged Realms as "mortals" to emphasize the point, and Rontu even says that they can see the past and possible futures almost as easily as they do the present.
  • Play-Along Prisoner: The Source Dragon of Energy stays in his confinement under Imperium despite Lloyd's desire to free him due to not wanting to risk destabilizing the Merged Realms, which had only just reached relative equilibrium after the Merge, with his using Lloyd as a conduit to help rescue Imperium's dragon prisoners showing that he could cause a lot more trouble for his captors if he really wanted to, if not escape outright. He only leaves once Lloyd provides him with the Dragon Cores to counteract the side-effects of his release.
  • Underestimating Badassery: The Source Dragon of Strength in particular believes that mortals cannot touch the Source Dragons. The Source Dragon of Energy points out that he thought the same once only to be captured by Ras and Imperium.
