St. Epiderm

    In General
  • Adaptation Expansion: The school is far more expanded than it got to be in The Owl House. In the LCU, the school has several alumni who went on to become Coven Heads, a flyer derby team, and its own student council.
  • Ascended Extra: St. Epiderm is much more than just the school Raine Whispers attended and Gilbert Park graduated from. In LC, the school actually appears along with its staff, the principal isn't an unnamed extra with no lines, and its students become prominent characters.
  • Irony: The school's mascot and team name is the Dragons, and unbeknownst to everyone, one of its students is a dragon themselves.
  • Rule of Symbolism: St. Epiderm was named after Saint Epiderman, a witch paladin and hero who led the Isles' main defense force during the Savage Ages. Since he was a hero, the entirety of LOWTH and those who've worked with them being students here is incredibly fitting.

Staff

    Headmistress Midday

Headmistress Midday

The principal of St. Epiderm.

  • Familiar: She has a giraffe palisman as per canon.
  • Honor Before Reason: She would do anything to make sure St. Epiderm is seen in high regard, to the point where she sold out the founding members of L.O.W.T.H. to Captain Leonte since their vigilante status makes them enemies to the Emperor's Coven. She outright says she'll put keeping the school above keeping her students safe.
  • Laser-Guided Karma: In Chapter 132, she sells out the founding members of L.O.W.T.H. to Leonte to preserve her reputation and the school's, then allows Leonte, Hettie Cutburn, and Vitimir to brand the students to draw the whole team out. For this, she's captured and sent away with the coven scouts in disgrace.
  • Named by the Adaptation: She was unnamed in the canon version "Eda's Requiem", but here she actually gets a name.
  • Reasonable Authority Figure: For the safety of her students, Midday refuses to accept Principal Bump's request for their assistance in the Glandus War. It's deconstructed when Midday puts preserving the school's reputation above the well-bring of her students, allowing the Emperor's Coven to brand them.

    Beck Saltstar

Beck Saltstar

The Bard Track teacher at St. Epiderm. She is the transgender older sister of Simon and Cain, and Samwitch and Delara's oldest child.

  • Badass Teacher: Beck unintentionally shows how powerful she can be while brainwashed by the Scarfish, being able to create deafening shockwaves.
  • First Law of Gender Bending: She transitioned to a girl at some point in her youth.
  • Magic Music: Of course. As a bard, she uses drums to perform and as a weapon in battle.
  • Strong Family Resemblance: After undergoing sex change, she's the spitting image of her mother.

Students

    Donna Masterskull

Donna Masterskull

A top student at St. Epiderm who is part of the Healing Track. She is also the crush of Nina Fangs and the leader of LOWTH, a superhero team known as "The League of Witches That Helps".

See here for tropes regarding her.

    Tina Ryo

Tina Ryo

A member of Donna's friend group who is part of the Oracle Track. She's also Viney's cousin.

  • Ascended Extra: Rather than being Viney's unseen cousin who only gets a passing mention, she both physically appears and becomes a supporting character.
  • Code Name: Her heron name while working with LOWTH is "Ghostina".
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: She's an oracle, thus her uniform has purple sleeves and leggings.
  • Familiar: Her palisman is a spider which Word of God confirms to be named Scruf Webster.
  • Hates Being Nicknamed: She really can't stand it when Tyrone calls her "Tiny".
  • An Ice Person: She has the ability to phase through people in order to freeze them.
  • Named by the Adaptation: She's Viney's unnamed cousin from canon, but not here.
  • Seers: Being an oracle, she should have their skillset.
  • Ship Tease: Has a bit of this with Beocrow, given her flustered reaction to his positive approval of recruiting the Shadowy Secret Expozers as allies to their team.

    Veronica Rex

Veronica Rex

A member of Donna's friend group who is part of the Plant Track.

  • The Ace: She shares the Top Student title for the Plant track with Cross and Beel, of which she holds for her magical power.
  • Always Someone Better: Zig-zagged with Cross. Both witches specialize in plant magic and are top students in the Plant track, but Veronica exceeds Cross in magical power. However, that's the only sort of magic she knows (until she starts branching out in bard magic), while he's capable of using different kinds of elemental magic.
  • Code Name: On LOWTH, her superheroine name is "Florella".
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: Being in the Plant track would mean her sleeves, leggings, and pendant are green.
  • Combat Tentacles
  • Familiar: Her palisman is a flower bell named Belly.
  • Garden Garment: Her superhero costume consists of a leaf dress with vines on her hind legs. Her beachwear in Chapter 89 contains a leafy top.
  • Green Thumb: She has access to Plant magic.
  • Ship Tease: Chapter 109 hints that she has some with Sioux, who shows signs of a hidden attraction to her.
  • Vine Tentacles

    Tyrone Ironwood

Tyrone Ironwood

A member of Donna's friend group who is part of the Construction Track.

  • Big Brother Instinct: He's the oldest of his friends and looks after all of them.
  • The Big Guy: He's the largest and strongest of his friends, and he keeps this role in LOWTH until Roxy joins the team, so Tyrone ends up sharing it with her.
  • Code Name: His hero name on LOWTH is "Minos".
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: His uniform's sleeves, leggings, and pendant are brown.
  • Dishing Out Dirt: As a Construction tracker, he wields these abilities.
  • Familiar: His palisman is a spiked turtle known as Sheldon.
  • Gentle Giant: For such a big guy, he's still a nice guy who will defend his friends and wants to be a baker.
  • Hidden Depths: According to his character design bio, Tyrone dreams of being a baker and is only dabbling in Construction because his fathers are pushing him into it.
  • Homosexual Reproduction: "Chapter 82: Shaping Up or Nothing" reveals that he has two fathers, one of whom is a Lethal Chef.
  • Non-Human Humanoid Hybrid: He's a witch hybrid, but the other half of his genes (the half that gives him bull horns) hasn't been revealed.
  • Real Men Wear Pink: He handles the cooking at home because his father's an actual Lethal Chef.
  • Walking Shirtless Scene: As Minos, he goes bare-chested wearing only metal shoulder pads on his upper half.

    Beocrow

Bailey "Beocrow" Clawthorne

A member of Donna's friend group who is part of the Beast-Keeping Track, he's also Luz's cousin.

  • All There in the Manual: According to Beocrow's design bio, he's asexual. This raises the question of if he's aromantic as well, considering he's had some Ship Tease with Tina.
  • Animal Motifs: Crows. Both his usual nickname and his Code Name in LOWTH have "crow" in them, while his palisman is a crow. They also represent change, death, and rebirth, linking to his dream of becoming a death god after an near-fatal incident with a bear demon.
  • The Beastmaster: He's a Beast Keeper who's actually managed to bond with the Slitherbeast.
  • Code Name: His superhero identity for LOWTH is "Crowbar".
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: He would have the orange of the Beast Keeping track on his uniform.
  • Death Seeker: He has shades of this considering his dream and how he wants to see the light after trying some of Tyrone's father's deadly cooking.
  • Familiar: He's shown to have his witch's staff topped with a crow palisman named Takai.
  • Foil: To Cross. Both guys are members of the extended Clawthorne family but while Beocrow told Luz of their relation the moment he met her, Cross keeps his hidden until he deems it safe for him to tell her. Plus, Beocrow has a solid group of friends while being acquainted with other witches; Cross, being as reserved as he is, initially only had Beo (and even then, they only occasionally hung out) and Teri, but starts to grow out of his shell.
  • Goal in Life: He's wanted to be a death god ever since he was nearly mauled to death by a bear demon.
  • Goth: He's considered the school's resident "goth boy", implied to because he's going through some stuff.
  • In-Series Nickname: He'd prefer if everyone called him by his self-appointed nickname, but so far only Luz has done so.
  • Killed Off for Real: In Chapter 139: "Get Ready", Beocrow gets killed by Donna's uncle Draco when he stabs him through the heart. The next chapter confirms his death.
  • Locked Out of the Loop: He may or may not know about Cross and Clair being Clawthornes. Subverted in "Chapter 117: Starcrossed" which reveals he actually does know and invokes this with his friends by not telling them about it.
  • Odd Friendship: Implied to have a small one with Cross, his half-dragon cousin.
  • Ship Tease: He may have some with Tina given how protective he became of her after he had learned she was mugged.

    Kyle

Kyle Pox

A friend of Donna and fellow classmate in the Healing track.

    Roxy Armstrong

Roxy Armstrong

A girl in the Construction track.

  • The Big Gal: She shares this position on LOWTH with Tyrone due to their strength and power in Construction magic.
  • Code Name: When working as a superhero, she calls herself "Rock Hard". It's clear she didn't put much thought into the name.
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: She wears a uniform with brown sleeves, leggings and a pendant.
  • Dishing Out Dirt: As a member of the Construction track, she has power over stone.
  • Humongous Mecha: Played with. While participating in the Bonesborough Brawl, she uses the Construction Creation fighting style to create a stone statue known as "Giga-Rox" to fight Simon.

    Sarah Atos

Sarah Atos

An intelligent girl in the Potions track.

  • The Ace: She's the star student of her school's Potions track, and she proves it with her "instant costume" potions and the ones she uses to determine how the Grim Goblin's bombs are made.
  • Affectionate Nickname: Her sister Ruby calls her "Blue-Blade" because she can summon blades out of her fingers.
  • Code Name: Her supersona is the "Potion Ranger".
  • Connected All Along: "The Grim Goblin Strikes" reveals Sarah's the daughter of the former Potions Coven Head, Staggertarious.
  • Dark Secret: She's revealed to have one in Chapter 118 and refuses to divulge it until she's ready to do so. Chapter 132 shows it: she's a full-grown homunculus created by Staggertarious to help him expand his scientific curiosity and knowledge.
  • Instant Costume Change: She's able to concoct a potion that gives her a black and yellow superhero costume.
  • Love Triangle: Defied in "See the Blight" when she and Riley both show interest in Edric. The moment Edric reveals one of his conditions for a partner which she finds will render a relationship with him impossible, she bows out and lets Riley try to win him over.
  • The Perfectionist: Luz identifies her as such since she's unsatisfied that her breakfast gumdrops turned Luz's tongue the wrong shade of blue.
  • Ship Tease: Subverted with Edric in "Chapter 118: See the Blight" when she learns of his skills with potion magic but loses hope after she learns he doesn't want to date anyone with a Dark Secret because of what he went through with both Hunter and Mel. She soon takes an interest in Jerbo after hearing about his unique abominations.
  • Shipper on Deck: Implied in Chapter 82: "Shaping Up or Nothing" to be one for Cross and Lindsay, as she takes notice of Lindsay's interest in Cross after he saves her from a spill and plays him up as a catch to her.
  • Shout-Out: Her superhero name is "Potion Ranger", like the Power Rangers.
  • The Smart Gal: Sarah is the smartest person in the Potions track, which is why she's recruited by LOWTH. Her intellect does come into play when she manages to use her potions to examine a Grim Goblin bomb she and Boscha encased in gelatin, learning it came from S.C.O.R.N.

    Cross Drakescale

Cross Drakescale

A witch who is part of the Plant track and whose skills have led to Emperor Belos himself taking an interest in the boy.

See here for tropes regarding him.

    Danny Dilburn

Danny Dilburn

The head of the school's student council and top Oracle track student, he's a stickler for the rules.

  • The Ace: He admits to being St. Epiderm's top Oracle student.
  • Amicable Exes: According to JP, he may have briefly dated Riley and they fell into this after breaking up.
  • Character Development: Up until Chapter 111, he's been known for judging people too quickly upon first glance and isn't as good at connecting with people as his sister Fan which is credited to taking his position on the student council too seriously. After a talk with Cross, he begins to loosen up and puts people's safety first.
  • The Friend Nobody Likes: To some degree, he knows hardly anyone likes him except Riley, with the student council barely tolerating him.
  • Innocently Insensitive: His defining trait; in trying to rationalize his reasons for not indulging in delinquency or making suggestions, he insults people in the process. He singles out Amity, Willow, and Boscha as notable troublemakers at Hexside only for Andrew to remind him that the former two were missing and Boscha was paralyzed at the time, he calls out Luz for disrupting the petrification ceremony despite her and her family being the ones who were going to be petrified and the crowd arguing that it was unjust, and he unknowingly insults Emily while she's acting as the Golden Guard.
  • Odd Friendship: "So IFWOT?" has him spend time with Cross during said event.
  • Seers: He's an oracle, and the school's best at that.
  • Student Council President: His role on the student council.
  • Took a Level in Kindness: Chapter 121: "Coming Off a Little Shystream" reveals Danny was even more uptight than he already is now prior to becoming student council president. It was thanks to Lindsay helping him with his election that he became less so.

    Riley Strange

Riley Strange

A non-binary witch and top student of the Illusion track.

  • The Ace: Being the top student of the track, they tend to be a bit of a showoff.
  • Always Someone Better: Like Gus, Riley is proven to be far more powerful in their illusion magic than Emily Tricks. They out-maneuvered her with them during her first flyer derby match around two years ago, and they can still run circles around her now as shown during their fight in "Rings of Power".
  • Amicable Exes: JP believes they had a brief relationship with Danny.
  • Familiar: They once owned a beagle palisman named Buster. As "Chapter 98: Rings of Power" reveals, Buster was destroyed when Emily attacked Riley as payback for defeating her in her debut flyer derby game.
  • Love Triangle: They end up in a short-lived one in "See the Blight" between themself, Sarah, and Edric. Both they and Sarah become interested in Edric due to his skills garnered from multi-tracking, but Sarah bows out and lets Riley have a shot at Edric due to his no-Dark Secret policy.
  • Master of Illusion: They are after all the top student of the Illusion track. It's basically a given.
  • Non-Human Non-Binary: Like Raine, they're technically a non-binary witch, but witches aren't an inherently genderless species and have a male-female gender binary, so it doesn't function like most versions of the trope. According to Word of God, Riley was born intersex.
  • Ship Tease: Because of Edric's talents, they take an interest in him.

    Andrew Rollers

Andrew Rollers

An armadillo biped demon who's in the Construction track.

  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: His uniform is brown for Construction.
  • Dishing Out Dirt: A constructor would naturally have this type of magic as their specialty, after all.
  • Tunnel King: This is his specialty and reason for being recruited into LOWTH, as he can dig tunnels for escapes and evacuations.

    Minerva Witchmore

Minerva Witchmore

A bunny biped demon who's in the Bard track.

  • Code Name: After joining LOWTH, she becomes known as "Lunar Tune".
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: She wears the red sleeves, leggings, and pendant of the Bard track.
  • Expy: To Octavia from My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic: both have gray fur, stoic personalities, and play the cello.
  • Late to the Action: In Chapter 111, the Graux Sisters keep her from participating in the IFWOT by hiding her cello. By the time she finds it and reaches the covention center, the event has ended.
  • Magic Music: As a bard, she naturally uses this kind of magic using her cello.
  • Meaningful Name: Her Code Name, "Lunar Tune", references how in Asian folklore, rabbits represent the moon as a symbol of rebirth. This highlights Minerva beginning her journey in heroics.
  • Red Is Heroic: She's a bard, she wears red, and she joins LOWTH to be a hero.

    Lindsay Shystream

Lindsay Shystream

A winged cyclops girl who's in the Beast Keeping track.

  • The Ace: "Chapter 94: A Very Special Donna" reveals that she's the top student of Beast Keeping, and she is capable of taming the Slitherbeast.
  • All-Loving Hero: She tries to extend compassion and kindness toward everyone she meets, even Emily Tricks.
  • Alternate Self: She is confirmed to be a variant of Fluttershy and her Equestria Girl counterpart.
  • Ambiguously Bi: Lindsay's orientation is unspecified but as of "Resolutions" she's implied to be bisexual due to her attraction to both Cross and Emily Tricks.
  • Animal Lover: She's a definite one, so much so that if you harm any...
  • The Beastmaster: As a Beast Keeper, she can tame beasts to the point of coming off as a Friend to All Living Things.
  • Berserk Button: If she meets someone who's committed animal cruelty, particularly pet owners, she will lay into them by transforming into Madstream, as Mel experiences for herself.
  • Beware the Nice Ones: One of the nicest characters in the cast, but if you hit her Berserk Button you will regret it as Mel learned the hard way.
  • Bisexual Love Triangle: Again, exact orientation unspecified, but she ends up in the center of one between Cross and Emily.
  • Color Motifs: Green. When out of uniform, Lindsay is always shown wearing green, a color well known for its association with nature. Articles of clothing include her boots, her swim shirt in Chapter 89, her pajama pants in Chapter 107, the turtleneck she uses with her casual outfit in Chapter 118, and her superhero outfit in Chapter 126.
  • Composite Character: She takes up Luz's role in believing kindness and forgiveness can go a long way in helping people.
  • Crush Blush: Has one after being saved by Emily acting as the Golden Guard in "A Coven Day Disaster" and another after Emily kisses her in "Resolutions". They become more frequent from her crush on Cross.
  • Cyclops: Like Eileen, she's one of these. However, she's not the same kind as Eileen, she's the typical kind.
  • A Day in the Limelight: Chapter 121: "Coming Off a Little Shystream" shows Lindsay helping Emily adjust to ordinary life while she's hiding out from the Emperor's Coven.
  • The Empath: She seems to have some degree of this skill, considering she made one of Jackson Heart's card soldiers and the fake-Nina in Emily's personal hell cry after having a talk with them. It's eventually proven given she was able to befriend Emily and Hendrick notes that she's helped a lot of other people by being kind to them.
  • Everyone Can See It:
    • Sarah notices her taking an interest in Cross in "Shaping Up or Nothing".
    • Zee guesses during a talk with her in "Thank Titan It's Frieday" that she likes both Cross and Emily.
    • In "Coming Off a Little Shystream", Tabrella announces that she knows Lindsay likes Cross and Emily later admits she knows how she feels about him.
  • Even the Loving Hero Has Hated Ones: The moment she hears from King that Mel's been kidnapping and mistreating sentient animals from other realms, she doesn't hold back on calling the Fae-goddess "an evil piece of sh*t" before Madstream deals with her.
  • Expy: She's one to Fluttershy, on account of her appearance, her ability to control animals to a degree, and her belief that a little kindness can go a long way with defeating an enemy without the need for violence. Her jackalope palisman may also be inspired by Fluttershy's rabbit companion, Angel Bunny.
  • Extra Eyes: Her Helldemon disguise in Chapter 103 gives her four eyes in place of just her single one.
  • Familiar: Chapter 101 reveals that her palisman is a jackalope.
  • Farmer's Daughter: As the only daughter of a farming couple, she's actually mentioned as being one of these by Zee in "So IFWOT?" and Luz in "The Clawthorne Family Reunion".
  • Friend to All Living Things: She a natural Beast Keeper, if her befriending Slithy the Slitherbeast is anything to go off of.
  • Grew a Spine: Being part of the League of Witches That Helps allows her to grow more confident and speak her mind, moreso when she defends Emily and refuses to believe she's irredeemable.
  • Guest-Star Party Member: In the "Underworld Arc", she and Cross are given Eda's permission to join her, Luz, Lilith, Amity, Willow, Gus, Boscha, and Hunter in journeying to the Underworld to save Mel' victims so they can save Emily.
  • Hidden Depths: She shows interest in learning healing and plant magic to aid her in caring for beasts. As her brother Hendrick reveals in "Coming Off a Little Shystream", she's started learning both types of magic in private.
  • In-Series Nickname: Her closest friends occasionally call her "Linds"; so far, it's just Jackie and the Drakescale siblings who've done so.
  • Noodle Incident: Lindsay and her friends once encountered the trickster god Discord, who recognized her as one of Fluttershy's variants.
  • Official Couple: In "Everything Changes After This", Lindsay enters an open relationship with Cross and Donna so both girls can date him to see how things turn out between either couple.
  • Out-of-Character Moment: Getting angry isn't a common occurrence for Lindsay, so if she does get mad, it's a sign that someone messed up. It can also be a warning that Madstream could come out if Lindsay's pushed past her breaking point.
  • Positive Friend Influence: She serves as such for several characters due to being able to befriend even the most unlikeable witches. Her friendship with Emily proves this and her older brother Hendrick mentions in Chapter 121 that she's been this for other people, including Danny.
  • Power Incontinence: Once Madstream comes out, Lindsay has no control over what she does.
  • The Redeemer
  • Red Is Violent: When turned into Madstream, Lindsay's fur turns red-orange and she's highly aggressive and volatile.
  • Repression Never Ends Well: Madstream embodies this for her, as Lindsay keeps all of her anger bottled up inside until she ends up letting it all out through her alternate form.
  • Rose-Haired Sweetie: She has pink hair and is one of the nicest characters in the entire cast.
  • Save the Villain: After encouraging herself and Cross to take rescuing Emily into their own hands, they join the Clawthornes' rescue party going through Hell to get to the Underworld.
  • Secret-Keeper: "Chapter 103: Friends in Lower Places" shows that she knows the true relation between Tabrella and Katie.
  • Shipper on Deck: Surprisingly, she's one for Cronna. She keeps them from ending things between them because she thinks they make a cute couple, which is why she suggests the three of them have an open relationship.
  • Ship Tease: She develops attractions for the new Golden Guard, then Cross after they both save her on different occasions. She later comes to believe that Cross is the new guard. While she learns that Emily's the Golden Guard, Lindsay starts to show implied signs of developing feelings for the illusionist as well.
  • Shrinking Violet: As her name implies, Lindsay is rather shy though she has a decent friend circle. Her time with LOWTH seems to be helping her grow out of this.
  • Super Mode: "Highway to Mel" reveals that she has an alternate form known as "Madstream", which emerges when her anger rises to a dangerous level.
  • Took a Level in Badass: She's already a low-key badass thanks to her Beast Keeping skills, but turning into Madstream and using her to face greater threats helps her step up in a big way.
  • Wide-Eyed Idealist: "Rings of Power" shows that she's far more idealistic than the rest of LOWTH, as she would rather give her enemies the benefit of the doubt than attack them first. She tries to figure out why Emily acts the way she does when approached by her and hoped to help her begin to change until her teammates attacked Emily, thinking she was going to hurt Lindsay.
  • Winged Humanoid: Winged witch.

    Beel Zatar

Beel Zatar

A bee biped demon who's in the Plant track. He has a strong disdain for Terra Snapdragon.

  • The Ace: He's one of the Plant track's three Top Students; while Veronica is magically powerful and Cross is a strategic whiz, Beel is the most intelligent, which is why he was accepted into the student council when Cross refused the position.
  • Code Name: He goes by "Thorax" whenever he supplies Felicia with inside knowledge.
  • Conspiracy Theorist: "The Errands in the Willows" shows that he's one of these, with Felicia (who gets all kinds of incriminating dirt through him) describing him as such.
  • A Death in the Limelight: In Chapter 125: "The Last Stand", he helps Luz, Eda, and Raine rescue Perry Porter from Terra by getting them into the Plant Coven. He's captured by the old broad and is killed, but not before exposing Terra as the leader of the Tarot Guild.
  • Due to the Dead: Chapter 128: "What Now?" shows all of St. Epirderm, Felicia, Todd, Luz, Amity, and Eda attending his funeral so they can honor him for his heroics in exposing Terra as a monster.
  • Shout-Out: He's stated to be a humanoid version of Beedrill, the Poison Bee Pokémon.

    Peter Bloomhog

Peter Bloomhog

A witch boy who's in the Abomination track.

  • The Ace: "Chapter 95: The Grim Goblin Strikes" shows him to be the Top Student in the Abomination track.
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: He wears the orchid sleeves, leggings, and pendant for the Abomination track.
  • Expy: He's based off of Andy Warhol, having white hair, being an artist who speaks in a droll tone, and wears a turtleneck and shades.
  • Hidden Depths: He's constantly shown interest in multi-tracking in the Bard track for its artistic capabilities and hopes to get Danny to change his mind about allowing it.
  • Little Bit Beastly: He's a witch but he has a tail and jutting tusks in his lower jaw.
  • Maker of Monsters: He's an abomination user, so he has access to this magic.
  • True Art Is Incomprehensible: Has this mindset, with his well-known piece, "Corndog on a Plate", serving as a prime example of it.

    Teri Oscorne

Terrorance "Teri" Oscorne/Grim Goblin

Gibson's son who is on the Bard track.

  • Big Bad Ensemble: As the Grim Goblin, he causes trouble across three different story arcs, his final run being while working for the Tarot Guild.
  • Childhood Friends: "Shaping Up or Nothing" reveals he was once well acquainted with Eve Slipknot of the Shadowy Secret Expozers.
  • Expy: Like his father being based off of Norman Osborn, Teri's based off of Harry.
  • Forced into Evil: Becoming the Grim Goblin marks him in this, and it worsens when the Goblin joins the Tarot Guild.
  • Foreshadowing: Teri and his father's mere existence would end up hinting at the inclusion of the Helluva Boss cast on account of their being Hellborn demons.
  • Like Parent, Like Child: His mother Staci was a bard like him.
  • Magic Music: As a bard, he should have access to music-based magic, but he prefers to write poetry.
  • Missing Mom: Staci died shortly after he was born, as revealed in "A Tale of Two Palismen".
  • Odd Friendship: While it's unknown if he had any other friends after falling out of touch with Eve, these days he was often found spending time with Cross, a witch-dragon hybrid.
  • Only Known by Their Nickname: Only Gibson calls him by his full name, but still uses his nickname like everybody else.
  • Punny Name: His full name is "Terrorance", a combination of "terror" and "Terrance".
  • Refusal of the Call: In Chapter 82, he and Cross both refuse to join LOWTH before Donna can properly pitch the offer.
  • Split Personality: As a result of Eve's disappearance, he develops one that becomes the Grim Goblin, which leads to Teri becoming a villain against his will. Upon his capture, the Goblin reveals he's Teri's inner self who was corrupted by the Inner Dmeon.
  • Start of Darkness: After Eve vanishes, the stress he gets as a result of it causes the Grim Goblin identity to manifest, which leads to Teri terrorizing the Isles.

    Tabrella Diamanto

Tabrella Diamanto

A witch girl who's on the Skinnis team with Donna.

  • Alternate Self: Like her friends, she's a witch counterpart of one of the Mane Six and the Equestria Girls; in Tabrella's case, Rarity.
  • Ambiguously Related: When it comes to Katie, the baby in her family, it's implied that she's not Tabrella's sister, but rather her own child. The ambiguity is removed in "Coming Off a Little Shystream" when Lindsay accidentally tells Emily that Tabrella is Katie's mother.
  • Ambiguous Situation: Her track hasn't been confirmed but given the addition of a brown headband with her Skinnis uniform, she may be in the Construction track. Once again, the ambiguity is removed by "Coming Off a Little Shystream", where it's confirmed that she's a constructionist like her parents.
  • Commonality Connection: She finds that Emily shares her feelings toward being abandoned by someone she loved, Tabrella being abandoned by her ex Duke Eadbeaton and having to raise Katie without him while Emily was abandoned by her parents after Eda accidentally cursed her with boiling pox.
  • Dishing Out Dirt: Being on the Construction track, she has their a ilities to control stone. In her case, she uses them to mine for diamonds.
  • Expy: To Rarity; she's interested in fashion, the clothing she makes is Gem-Encrusted, and her family palisman, Percy, is a gender-flipped Persian cat resembling Opal.
  • Given Name Reveal: Her last name was revealed in "Coming Off a Little Shystream".
  • Goal in Life: She wants to be a fashion designer, incorporating her family's diamonds into her clothing.
  • In-Series Nickname: As Chapter 121 shows, her friends tend to call her "Tabby".
  • Teen Pregnancy: "Brawl Night: Part 1" strongly implies that she's a teenage mother on account of her slip-ups regarding Katie. It's confirmed that her ex-boyfriend knocked her up in Chapter 121, so Katie is her daughter.

    The Graux Sisters

Muka, Gorlei, and Ashey

A trio of blue-skinned girls who tend to threaten people to get their way. Following the Glandus War, they transferred into St. Epiderm by blackmailing several people.

  • Amazing Technicolor Population: All of them have pale blue skin just like their basises.
  • Blackmail: This was how they got into the school in the first place.
  • Color-Coded for Your Convenience: All of them have their own distinct uniforms with different colored sleeves, leggings, and pendants; Muka's are brown, Gorlei's are red, and Ashey's are purple.
  • Curb-Stomp Battle: All three of them take on Luz during the Glandus War in "The Invasion"...and lost in a matter of seconds.
