Omnitrix Aliens that Debut in the story
Grimlock
Grimlock (Transformers: Animated)
"Me, Grimlock, like"
The first new alien Ben debuts in the story, obtained from remnant CNA from the sword of the original Grimlock. His is the sample for the Cybertronian Autobots that can transform into a tyrannosaurus rex.
- BFS: Uses the original Grimlock's sword as his primary weapon.
- Breath Weapon: He breathes fire in his beast mode.
- Composite Character: While he is mainly Animated Grimlock, he had bits and pieces of the G1 and War for Cybertron versions mixed into him, such as only transforming into his T. rex mode when his anger reaches its peak.
- Dumb Muscle: He's very strong, but the trade-off is that he's not too bright.
- Flaming Sword: His sword produces flames.
- Hulk Speak/Third-Person Person: He has a limited vocabulary and always addresses himself as "Me, Grimlock".
Overflow
Overflow (Ben 10 (2016))
Overflow is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Cascan from the planet Cascareau. Ben obtained the sample from a blaster made from the arm of a Cascan in Kork's ship.
- Canon Immigrant: Comes from the Ben 10 Reboot.
- Making a Splash: He possesses hydrokinesis far better than Water Hazard's.
- Nigh-Invulnerability: His exoskeleton is extremely durable.
- Not Quite Flight: He can propel himself into the air by blasting the ground. For obvious reasons, this limits his flight ceiling.
- Super Not-Drowning Skills: Can breathe underwater.
Reboot
Reboot
"I got it...I'll name this guy...Reboot! Since I'm more or less a walking video game character who can download anything from a video game!"
Much like Nanomech, Reboot is an unusual form Ben has unlocked. In the case of Reboot, it was created by a digital virus from Vexus when she attempted to hack the Omnitrix. He is able to hack into machines to take control of them, create weapons and duplicates of himself, and turn invisible.
- Digitized Hacker: Is able to go into machines to take control of them.
- Energy Beings: Reboot is made of hard light energy and can enter electronic devices.
- Hard Light: His body is made of this and can create anything the comes to mind out of this.
- Single Specimen Species: Like Nanomech, Reboot is a unique creation of the Omnitrix created as result if a unique interaction between it and an inorganic substance, in this case a highly advanced computer virus.
- Story-Breaker Power: His powers are so great against tech-based enemies that he rarely appears in the story, only showing up thrice in it at the moment. Once in his debut, his second to battle Fright Knight and the latest in ruining Junko Enoshima's plans with relative ease.
Shadow Edge
The DNA sample of an unknown race. It is mute and able to blend into the shadows.
Stitch
Stitch (Lilo & Stitch)
"ALOHA!"
The DNA sample of Experiment 626. First used by Ben 10K to fight Eon. It is an exact duplicate of Experiment 626 that was obtained in the Hawaii of another dimension, a blue, koala-like, illegally-made, alien genetic experiment created by Dr. Jumba Jookiba who was designed to "destroy everything he touches."
- Adorable Abomination: Initially designed as a super strong, indestructible, and highly intelligent alien creature of destruction, he is otherwise "cute and fluffy" when his good side shows.
- Alien Blood: Pink
- Aliens Speaking English: Even though he speaks his own language more than he speaks English. His English is relatively good in general, but not great, which is rather odd for a creature of his intelligence. His biggest flaws (besides his illeism) are that he tends to drop or forget articles
("a", "an", and "the") and other important words at times, pauses briefly sometimes when speaking English (especially when he refers to himself in the third-person), and sometimes mixes up the grammatical person in verbs. Normally, he speaks English at a young child's level (almost comparable to Elmo's English); this is probably done deliberately to make him sound "cuter". His English does seem to slightly improve when he's more serious with what he's saying (like in the aforementioned above quote; he really did say "it's little," not "is little"). And despite his flaws in his speech, he actually has really good diction—he can be just as eloquent in English as he is in Tantalog if need be. - Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: He is programmed to destroy buildings, back up sewers, reverse road signs, and steal everyone's left shoe since that is what his sample's originator was programmed for.
- Be the Ball: He is so flexible that he can contort himself into a ball and roll around, sometimes attacking in ball form.
- Evil Laugh: Has a high-pitched cackle when performing mischief.
- Extreme Omnivore: He eats the left shoe every time he steals it. He also tends to throw it back up when the one the shoe is stolen from becomes offended and offers it back to them.
- Four-Fingered Hands: He has four digits on each paw; four toes on each back paw/foot and four fingers on each front paw/hand. He's an alien, after all.
- Genius Bruiser: Along with his Super-Strength he's said to be smarter than a supercomputer.
- In a Single Bound: Don't let those short legs fool you; his Super-Strength allows him to jump several times his height.
- Killer Rabbit: He may be fluffy and look adorable to most, this alien is capable of lifting 3000 times his size!
- Multi-Armed and Dangerous: He has four arms in his natural state, but can retract two to blend in.
- Nigh-Invulnerability: In the words of his sample originator's creator, he's "practically indestructible".
- Overly-Long Tongue: He has a tongue so long he can pick his nose with it.
- Pint-Sized Powerhouse: Tiny, but can lift three thousand times his own weight. However, that is the literal cap.
- Retractable Appendages: His antennae, claws, back spines and extra arms.
- Super Drowning Skills: Because his "molecular density is too great". It means he's like a piece of lead in water. He probably can't keep himself afloat without help.
- Super-Speed: Although not one of his major powers, he is able to move much faster than a human can.
- The Unintelligible: He speaks some kind of weird alien language, which is strange considering that the others... don't. It's called Tantalog, which is said to be a cross between native Hawaiian, Chinese and Chezcreekian, the last being an obscure language spoken by a minority of people in the rural parts of Chesterfield in North Derbyshire, England.
- Wall Crawl: He can climb up walls and ceilings like a gecko.
- Weaksauce Weakness: He can't swim at all because his body is too dense.
- X-Ray Vision: One of his abilities. His eyes glow green when he's using this mode.
Shock Rock
Shock Rock (Ben 10 (2016))
A being of pure energy given structure through rocky armor plating. He is the Omnitrix's DNA sample of a Fulmini from the planet Fulmas.
- Canon Immigrant: Comes from the Ben 10 Reboot.
- Early-Bird Cameo: Future Ben uses him to fight Eon before present Ben unlocks him.
- Energy Absorption: He can absorb energy and fire it back at his opponents.
- Energy Beings: Shock Rock is living electricity with rocky armor.
- Equippable Ally: Due to trying to drain Max of his Turbo Energy to stop him from blowing up, Shock Rock manifested as enhancements to Ben's other forms, granting them Shock Rock's powers in addition to their own. This was fixed by Azmuth later on.
- Shock and Awe: He's made of electricity and can use it as a weapon.
- Shapeshifter Weapon: He eventually learns how to shapeshift his arm into a chainsaw.
- Shaping Your Attacks: He can shape his electricity, such as creating a "bluemerang" out of energy.
Soundwave
Soundwave (Transformers: Animated)
"Soundwave Superior...you are...Inferior"
Ben's Cybertronian Decepticon sample. Named after a creation of Sumdac Industries, Soundwave is able to transform into a vehicle and a cassette player.
- Creepy Monotone: Speaks with this.
Darukania
Darukania (The Legend of Zelda)
"Darukania! Haha! Yeah! That's a perfect name!"
The Omnitrix's sample of the Goron race. He named himself by combining the names 'Daruk' and 'Rudania' together.
- Baritone of Strength: Has quite a deep voice and is a capable warrior.
- Big Eater: He is capable of eating rocks and actually focuses more on eating them than other tasks at times.
- Lightning Bruiser: Being a Goron, he’s naturally strong and tough.
Mita
Mita (The Legend of Zelda)
The Omnitrix's sample of the Zora race, obtained from scanning Mipha's scales from the Zora Armor worn by Link.
- Animal Motif: Based upon an orca.
- Fish People: He is a Zora, a fish person.
- Ye Olde Butcherede Englishe: How he speaks.
Revadoh
Revadoh (The Legend of Zelda)
The Omnitrix's sample of a Rito, obtained from scanning Kass.
- Animal Motif: Based upon an eagle.
- Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy: When Ben turns into Revadoh, not even Skurd can handle it and even forced him to change out of it, but it doesn't mean that he is not a skilled archer, managing to get a perfect shot into Calamity Ganon's mouth with a Bomb Arrow.
- Bird People: He is the form Ben takes when using the Rito DNA Sample.
- Drama Queen: Ben gains a massive ego when using this form. He even named himself Revadoh as a way for fame in combining the names of the Divine Beast Vah Medoh with the Rito Champion Revali.
- Expy: He is one to Revali.
Garumaru
Garumaru (One Piece)
The Omnitrix's sample of a Mink, sampled from contact with Carrot.
- Animal Motif: Based upon a dog.
- Expy: He is one to Doggie Kruger of Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger.
Omniketsu
Omniketsu (Kill la Kill)
The Omnitrix's sample of a Kamui, obtained from scanning Senketsu.
- All There in the Manual: In the Author's Notes at the end of the chapter is where his name is revealed.
- Blood Lust: Needs just a bit of Makoto's blood in order to stay awake. His first time drinking it caused him to go berserk and strip her in order to be worn and get better access to her blood.
- Blood Oath: Of a sort with Makoto due to her blood being the first one he came in contact with. When in this form, only Makoto can wear him and unleash his full power.
- Chainmail Bikini: His second form when he's taken in Makoto's blood while worn by her. When activated, Senketsu exposes Makoto's entire torso, with gratuitous Underboobs, and comes with a Thong of Shielding, yet it somehow shields her from almost any attack. Strangely, Makoto admits that it's more modest in comparison to her old uniform.
- Embarrassing but Empowering Outfit: The kind of outfit he is when he's worn. Despite how Stripperiffic he makes Makoto look, he acts as strength-enhancing armor.
Trizerk

- Blood Knight: He loves to fight...and fight...and fight some more!
Cestus
Cestus (Sonic the Hedgehog)
The Omnitrix's sample of a Mobian Echidna, obtained from scanning Lien-Da.
- Composite Character:
Word of God has it that Cestus has the look of Knuckles from Sonic Boom, the powers and personality of Knuckles from the 2022 movie, and the treasure hunting outfit of the echidna from Sonic Forces: Speed Battle. - Mythology Gag: When Kamikaze orders his cyborg Turkey to show Cestus it's power, the Mobil Echidna quotes 2022 Knuckles.Cestus: Power… Do I look like I need your power?
