The Cabal

    Vilgax

Vilgax (Ben 10)

A Chimera Su Genesis that conquered his homeworld and renamed it Vilgaxia. He was locked up after the events involving the Diagon. He recently escaped and has begun preparing to do battle against he Omni Team in a way none expected.

  • Always Someone Better: To Psyphon.
  • Arch-Enemy: While several villains have been considered as major enemies to Ben Tennyson, Vilgax is by far the one considered as the most important and iconic. It runs in the family; before Ben, he considered Ben's grandfather Max his archenemy.
  • Batman Can Breathe in Space: He has been shown to breathe in space.
  • Beard of Evil: His iconic tentacle beard.
  • Big Bad Ensemble: After escaping captivity, he has begun to form a, as he puts it, "cabal" with other villains to achieve their goals.
  • Cthulhumanoid: It's worth noting that he's actually been mistaken for another Great Old One.
  • The Determinator: No matter how many times he fails to get the Omnitrix, he is still trying to go after it
  • Didn't See That Coming: His biggest flaw. His defeats always result from something he didn't expect to happen and he has difficulty dealing with it when it happens.
  • The Dreaded: In a universe filled with Eldritch Abominations, Evil Sorcerers, Alien Invaders with Death Rays available on a large scale, Ghost Aliens, Evil Overlords, Monster Clowns, and psychotic mutants amongst other things, this guy is still considered the most dangerous being.
  • Establishing Character Moment: When Psyphon's gang is locked up in the Megamax cells, his voice alone brings a sense of terror. He goes straight to the point with his plan to escape with ordering Psyphon to put a hit on him after Psyphon and his gang are allowed out.
  • Galactic Conqueror: He isn't called "Vilgax the Conqueror" for nothing, you know.
  • Genius Bruiser: a Manipulative Bastard in a Juggernaut's body.
  • Hate Sink: Vilgax is one of Ben's toughest, imposing, and all-around powerful foes, but this hardly distracts that he's an utterly abominable sadistic monster with no real redeeming qualities. Among other crimes, he's razed entire innocent planets and has tried to mutilate a 10 year old for his watch, all while thinking he's entitled to all the power in the universe. Even his supposed "noble" qualities ring hollow, and he still has no qualms enslaving millions or wiping out whole dimensions to get what he wants.
  • The Juggernaut: This is especially prevalent in the original series, where he consistently dominates most fights through sheer strength and unrelenting brutality. Being sent away on a nuclear missile? No problem, he is back on business a few years later. Blown up inside his spaceship? We Can Rebuild Him. Trapped in a Phantom Zone? He somehow gets out of it. Hurled in space? He still comes back like it was a walk in the park. Demoted to Dragon by an Eldritch Abomination? He Out Gambits it. Put into captivity in the Plumber's Megamax cell? Creating a plan to put a hit on himself and use it to escape. Nothing seems to stop him for long.
  • Large and in Charge: He is around Humongousaur-sized.
  • Made of Diamond: He survived a point-blank nuclear explosion, and that was before he got enhanced!
  • Major Injury Underreaction: He doesn't seem to care nor mind when his body is excessively damaged. Hell, the Original Series starts with him blown to smithereens. His response? He just starts griping about the fact he doesn't have the Omnitrix. He's probably used to damage of this caliber, as the above trope implies.
  • Motive Decay: He's initially content with just getting the Omnitrix and killing Ben in whatever way pleases him, but due to how many defeats he's suffered from Ben, he slowly stops caring about the watch and after a while, only seems content with killing Ben to the point of trying to wipe him from the multiverse entirely.
  • One-Man Army: In the Original Series, Vilgax could go toe to toe with Ben (who is himself a One-Man Army) in a fight (and fling him around like a ragdoll). By the time of Alien Force, Vilgax, even with his Diminishing Villain Threat, defeated the heroes of ten worlds and stole their powers. He was once seen easily destroying an entire spaceship of his own with zero effort.
  • Power Loss Makes You Strong: After being stripped of all the power headed stolen from other heroes, Vilgax spent the entire time he was imprisoned bulking up and learning how to fight.
  • Really 700 Years Old: Vilgax has been around since at least the 1700s, according to the Omniverse finale "A New Dawn".
  • Red Eyes, Take Warning: He is the main antagonist of the entire franchise and has red colored eyes.
  • Super-Strength: His first fight with Ben had him punching Heatblast so hard he sent him flying through several buildings.
  • Ungrateful Bastard: "Vilgax owes allegiance to no one."
  • Villainous Valor: You'd think after many seasons worth of his fights with Ben ending with him getting crushed, blown up, shot into space, or even ripped apart that Vilgax wouldn't go within 100 feet of the kid. But no, each time he returns more and more to get what's his, to the point where his multiple deaths are just an annoyance to him, and he'll still sneer at anyone who goes against him, be they a little human kid or a powerful alien.
  • Villain Team-Up: After escaping captivity, he begins to recruit villains to form a cabal to fight the Omni Team, currently consisting of himself, Vexus, the Decepticon Justice Division, General Modula, Albedo, Vlad Master/Plasmius, Sartana of the Dead, and Yuki Terumi.

    Vexus

Vexus (My Life as a Teenage Robot)

Former queen of Cluster Prime. She was Jenny's nemesis much like Vilgax is to Ben. She was in Stasis for 90 years until being revived accidentally by Steam Smythe.

    Hazama

Hazama/Yuki Terumi (BlazBlue)

A member of the NOL with an unknown past.In truth Hazama is actually just a shell. In reality he is Yuki Terumi, a mysterious spirit who plans on using the Cabal to further his own goals.

  • Beware the Silly Ones: While he may be an insufferable Troll who frequently gets abused by his "allies", he's also a sociopathic monster who delights in the suffering of others and is much more dangerous than he appears.
  • Troll: To say Hazama is a massive troll is an understatement. He loves messing with everyone, even his own "allies".

    Vlad Masters/Plasmius

Vlad Masters/Plasmius (Danny Phantom)

A devious Villain with Good Publicity, Vlad is a manipulative, clever, genius billionaire who has made it his lifetime goal to kill his former best friend Jack Fenton and subsequently take back the woman he loves, Maddie. His other goal is to convince Danny to join his side as his surrogate son due to their similar natures (that Danny often denies) and powers.

    Tarn

Tarn (Transformers)

A member and boogyman of the Decepticons fabled Decepticon Justice Division.

    Alpha Nanite

Alpha (Ben 10/Generator Rex: Heroes United)

Alpha is a sentient nanite created by Caesar Salazar during the Nanite Project from another universe.

    Sartana of the Dead

Sartana of the Dead (El Tigre: The Adventures of Manny Rivera)

The most dangerous, most devious, and most feared super villain in all of Miracle City. A walking skeleton with a mystical guitar she uses to raise an army of skeletons.

  • It's Personal: Originally she wasn't that invested in the Cabal's plans and didn't care about too much about the Omni Team. At least until she found out Tsubaki had Excalibur and watched her, Max, and El Tigre destroy her army of alien skeletons. This convinced her of the threat they posed and decided to be more personally invested in the Cabal.
  • Mundane Utility: Planned to raise an army of alien skeletons…so she could rob every single bank in town at once. Tsubaki and Max are actually refreshed to meet a villain with a normal gial for once.

    Megatron

Megatron (Transformers)

The leader and founder of the Decepticons and Cybertron's most wanted criminal, having recently escaped Autobot custody with a reformatted body.

    Inspector 13

Inspector Number 13 (Ben 10)

An ex-Techadon Weaponmaster.

    Junko Enoshima

Junko Enoshima (Danganronpa)

The Ultimate Fashion Designer/Analytic/Despair. She attempted to spread Despair all over the world until the Omni Team was deployed.

    V.V. Argost

V.V. Argost (The Secret Saturdays)

V.V. Argost is the host of Weird World, a show that was massively popular worldwide, owing to Argost's natural penchant for showmanship. He is a dangerous megalomaniac, the Saturday family's arch-nemesis.

  • Back from the Dead: Twice, even.
    • The first time he's revived by Animo, using a Frakenstien patchwork body of differnt cryptids.
    • The second time he's brought back by Sartana and given a proper yeti body.

    Nu

ν-No.13- / Nu (BlazBlue)

A mysterious individual that has revived the Forever Knights. His past is unknown and no one knows the man behind the mask.

Other Villains

    Alien X-Tinction
A Celestialsapien that is after the multitude of Omnitrixes in the multiverse.
  • Didn't See That Coming: The main Ben’s world catches him completely off guard as its status as a Merged Reality means it has a lot of elements he’s never had to deal with before.
  • Would Harm a Child: Would even go after Ben when they were children to obtain an Omnitrix from them.
