Camp Crystal Lake

    Jason Voorhees
The counselor of Camp Crystal Lake. He's a big, friendly guy who wants to run his camp as clean and fun as possible and won't let any campers drown on his watch. Still quite handy with a machete.
  • Accidental Hero: He accidentally murders the killers from The Last House on the Left...and doesn't even realize that he even stopped them, let alone know that they were there.
  • Animal Lover: Jason is sometimes seen feeding the fish in the lake, greeting birds that land on him, and has befriended a family of bears to the point that they will cuddle with him and allow him to introduce others to the mother bear and her cubs.
  • Bald Head of Toughness: He's still bald like his original incarnation and an incredibly strong man.
  • Butter Face: Unlike the original Jason Voorhees, Camp Counselor Jason sports a bodybuilder-like physique and has a very attractive figure (his clothes not exactly helping him look any less fanservice-y). Although he still has the problem of not exactly being a looker when it comes to the facial department, making the hockey mask (or any other facewear) a big necessity.
  • Charles Atlas Superpower: He is strong to a superhuman degree, but being that he never died, he doesn't have the supernatural explanation for his abilities that his mainline counterpart does.
  • Childhood Friends: Jason had formed a strong bond with a girl named Jane Miles whom he met at the camp when they were kids. They reunited after years of being separated and their bond is still strong.
  • Cool Mask: His trademarked hockey mask, now given to him by a young Tommy Jarvis.
  • Cheer Up Episode: Jason decided to take his friend Jane Miles to see some of the bear cubs he befriended to cheer her up after she got shot by a criminal while trying to prevent a bank robbery from happening.
  • Creepy Good: His hockey mask and imposing appearance hide a gentle soul.
  • Does Not Know His Own Strength: Jason is still as strong as his main slasher self, although unfortunately for him he sometimes forgets that tidbit, pulling off feats that would be downright superhuman but are considered pretty normal for him. This also turns him into a slight Accidental Hero as his inability to control his strength causes him to accidentally kill the escaped criminals from the Last House on the Left.
  • Even the Guys Want Him: He catches the eyes of both male and female counselors/campers.
  • Gentle Giant: He's a hulking, imposing man who simply wants to pet animals and make everyone feel happy and safe.
  • Intergenerational Friendship: He's good friends with the young Tommy Jarvis, unlike in the main films. He even strikes up a friendship with the teenage Carrie White in her crossover.
  • In Spite of a Nail: He might not be an undead murderer, but he still doesn't like people having sex in his vicinity.
  • Machete Mayhem: Even when he's not a slasher villain in this universe, Jason can't seem to stop himself from carrying around his machete when doing camp counselor tasks or just walking around.
  • Mr. Fanservice: Believe it or not, his strong figure is played up for fanservice for all it's worth. His friendly and loveable personality is another great bonus.
  • Momma's Boy: Jason loves his mom greatly, despite the fact she is still as murderous as ever.
  • Morality Chain: Jason is always there to stop his mom from indulging her murderous impulses, whether intentional or not.
  • Ship Tease: Some going around with him and Carrie or him and Jane for different reasons.
  • The Heart: In the crossover with Scream, Jason stopped Billy Loomis and Jane Miles from arguing, by agreeing to participate in Billy's low-budget slasher movie along with Jane and Tommy so that they could all make up and have a common goal. This film could help him get a scholarship at Windsor College and become a director.
  • The Speechless: Like in his franchise, he doesn't talk, instead communicating through sign language.
  • Super Not-Drowning Skills: One comic shows Jason walking along the lakebed cleaning it of garbage and detritus. Later, Jason is seen at a park bench underwater as he feeds a school of fish like one would feed birds.
  • Oblivious to Love: Jason doesn't seem to notice Jane's awkward crush behavior when they are together. He, however, did put a red carnation on her hair during their reunion which indicates that he might have noticed since this is a romantic gesture, but it's still unclear. It is uncertain whether Jason shares the same feelings or not, but what we can be sure of is that he holds profound affection for her.

    Pamela Voorhees
Jason's mother. She helps her son run the camp, while also hell-bent on shutting it down and killing anyone who crosses her beloved son.
  • Action Mom: She's a middle-aged mother, but tough as nails.
  • Adaptational Badass: She's gone from being a crazy woman to...a crazy woman, but one who can bench-press more than her son can.
  • Adaptational Curves: This version of Pamela has an incredibly ripped physique.
  • Adaptational Nice Guy: She is still a murderous Knight Templar Parent, but she does have some moments of kindness and warmth.
  • Ax-Crazy:
    • She's determined to kill anyone who she sees as a threat to her beloved son. Thank goodness Jason is there to stop her from doing so.
    • Abusive parents also manage to piss her off in a huge way, and unfortunately for Margaret White, Jason isn't there to intervene when Pamela decides to "talk" with Margaret about how she treats Carrie.
  • Berserk Button: She doesn't like parents abusing their children, as Margaret White learned the hard way.
  • Clark Kent Outfit: She looks like your average middle-aged woman with her sweater on. Then she takes it off during a workout session to reveal that she's very chiseled underneath.
  • Even Evil Has Standards: She is a murderously protective mother, but she hates parents who mistreat their own children. While she dislikes Carrie at first, saying she doesn't trust young girls to behave themselves around Jason, seeing Margaret White hurt her daughter immediately takes her into Tranquil Fury.
  • Freudian Excuse: In the Carrie crossover, upon seeing Margaret manhandle her daughter, Pamela flashes back to her husband about to beat her while accusing her of cheating on him and refusing to believe "that lump of shit" (Jason) is his child. It does explain why she is murderously protective of Jason.
  • Knight Templar Parent: If she sees you as a threat to her son, she will brutally end you.
  • Mama Bear: As per the source material, she is murderously protective of Jason. She even extends that protectiveness to Carrie, once she meets the latter's mother and sees her abusive nature first-hand.
  • My Beloved Smother: While Jason isn't murderous in this universe, the same can't be said for her. Even though Jason survived his drowning, she's still hell-bent on killing anyone she thinks will mess with her son (especially the other counselors) and shutting the camp down permanently. Of course, Jason is usually there to stop her either directly or indirectly.
Pamela: (beaming with pride despite the fact her latest murder attempt was foiled) I've raised him too well...
  • Pay Evil unto Evil: Needless to say, Carrie's mother deserved whatever Pamela dealt her.
  • Slasher Smile: Pamela always gives one of these whenever she feels the urge to kill.
  • Stronger Than They Look: When Jason finishes his work out, Pamela tells him to bring her a barbell as it's her turn. And as she's taking her sweater off...
Pamela: (revealing a lean, yet very muscled physique) It's time for Mama to lift some dead weight.
    • Even better, the barbell Jason is dragging has three sets of big weights on each side, also indicating that she's even stronger than her son.
Janie Lee: A daily reminder that Pamela Voorhees can kill us all with just her pinky finger.
  • Token Evil Teammate: She helps her son run Camp Crystal Lake while also secretly attempting to kill the counselors and shut the camp down, although her son directly or indirectly stops her from doing so multiple times.
  • Trauma Button: When Pamela sees firsthand just how abusive Margaret White is towards Carrie, it immediately makes her remember her abusive husband Elias and so Pamela decides to "talk" to Margaret in private.
  • Villainous Valor: She's Norma Bates-level maternal crazy, but her incredible strength implies a degree of determination and grit.

    Tommy Jarvis
A young mask-maker and Jason's best friend.
  • Child Prodigy: Just like his mainline self, young Jarvis is still quite talented for his age, creating some pretty cool special effects masks that Jason tries out before settling on a hockey mask.
  • Future Badass: Another AU made by Junkmix herself has Tommy still becoming his badass adult self (although with Jason being his partner).
  • Intergenerational Friendship: He and the adult Jason are shown to be good friends in the comic, with the former often showing up at camp to help out. Tommy's even responsible for giving Jason his iconic hockey mask in this universe.
  • Wise Beyond Their Years: Despite him being a child, Tommy is very mature and he managed to convince Billy Loomis not to give up on his dream and pursue it. He made Billy change his mind and trust Jane and Jason, helped him to be more accepting of constructive criticism about his script, and lastly, boosted his ego by patronizing his ability to potentially create his own horror franchise with many sequels.

    Jane Miles
Jason's childhood friend who left to become a SWAT officer, but came back.
  • Abusive Parents: It was confirmed that Jane came from an abusive household which helped her develop a strong bond with Jason as a child.
  • Birds of a Feather: Jason was also abused by his father so more than likely this caused him and Jane to get closer due to their past.
  • Bruiser with a Soft Center: She has a rough hot-tempered personality and punches a lot, but deep down she can be very emotional and nurturing. She does not hesitate to show her vulnerable side to Jason when feeling insecure about failing to protect people and she is willing to help Billy Loomis succeed despite getting into fights with him. She also loves bears because of the comfort teddy bear she used to have as a child.
  • Childhood Friends: Jane had formed a strong bond with Jason when they met at the camp as kids. They reunited after years of being separated and their bond is still strong.
  • Childhood Friend Romance: It's evident that Jane Miles has developed romantic feelings for her childhood friend, Jason. However, she hasn't communicated nor confirmed these feelings. It is uncertain whether Jason shares the same feelings or not, but what we can be sure of is that he deeply cares about her.
  • Chronic Hero Syndrome: Jane Miles constantly feels the need and the responsibility to protect those who are in need, but it really affects her negatively mentally when she fails to do so.
  • Endearingly Dorky: She can be very dorky and awkward when showing her vulnerable side even though she tries to hide it.
  • Fair Cop: Jane could be considered a naturally "good-looking" young female police officer. However, her looks are not much of a concern to her.
  • Foreign Queasine: Jane is half-Greek and likes cooking Greek food. She made melomakarona (Traditional Christmas Greek Honey cookies) for Tommy and Jason, even though she forgot the cinnamon.
  • Full-Name Ultimatum: Her full name is "Janene Persephone Miles". She prefers "Jane" for short.
  • Glass-Shattering Sound: When Billy Loomis asked her to scream for a movie recording, her scream was so loud that she accidentally cracked Tommy Jarvis's glasses and Billy's camera lens. She immediately apologized in shame afterward.
  • Motor Mouth: She rumbles a lot, something she's very insecure about.
  • Nice Girl: Jane was the only child who was kind to Jason in the past whereas every other kid bullies him for his grotesque appearance.
  • Only a Flesh Wound: Jane got shot in the arm by a bank robber while trying to prevent him from escaping.
  • Ship Tease: Many people started speculating a ship between Jane and Jason because of her constant blushing, stuttering, and "play it cool" behavior during their reunion, but also because Jason put a red carnation on her hair which usually symbolizes love and affection.
  • Tomboy: Jane used to have a very tomboyish appearance as a child (specifically a red t-shirt with black sleeves, a missing tooth, and dirty pigtails). Behavior-wise, her constant smack reflexes and "one of the guys" vibes as well as her preference to hang out with boys is an indication that she's a tomboy. Another example of this is that when Jane and Jason were children, she used to hit him.

    The Jason Club
A trio of counselors who run a fan club devoted to Jason.
  • Ambiguously Brown: While the two female members' races are obvious (one is black, the other white), the male member has lightly tanned skin and it's not known what ethnicity he is.
  • Bait-and-Switch: This comic at first seemed like the three counselors have formed some kind of Cult as they wore black robes, entered Jason's old shack and seemed like they were planning an orgy (complete with candles and even taking their clothes off). They then reveal they were wearing club T-shirts and start gushing about Jason. Either way, Pamela is not happy about this.
  • Instant Fan Club: The trio formed a fan club devoted to Jason all because he helped them at various points and was charmed by his kind nature and helpfulness. Him also being easy on the eyes is also a factor.
  • Two Girls and a Guy: The club consists of two female counselors and one male counselor.

Crossover Characters

    The Escaped Criminals
The infamous convicts of the original 1972 version of The Last House on the Left. Unlike some of the members of the cast, they are still unrepentant outlaws.
  • Accidental Murder: Weasel, Sadie, and Krug are all offed violently by Jason... and all by complete accident.
  • Asshole Victim: Unlike later crossovers, where some characters here get a case of Adaptational Heroism, the criminals are still as vile and sadistic as they are in The Last House on the Left. However, unlike that film, they don't get to act on their impulses as they each get indirectly killed by Jason and it's obvious they deserve it.
  • The Door Slams You: How Sadie meets her end; as she's holding the Jason Club at gunpoint, Jason slams the door open on her, not knowing she was behind it. As a result, the back of her head gets smashed into the dartboard, killing her not soon after.
(As the Jason Club look at Sadie's body with terror, along with an equally terrified Krug who's looking through the window)
Jason Club Member #1: Um...is anyone else gonna be able to sleep tonight?
    Jason Club Member #2: Nope.
Jason Club Member #3: Oh, hell no.
  • Groin Attack: Weasel gets an especially bloody and painful one; an ax-head flies straight to his crotch blade first and it's later revealed that Jason accidentally broke it while chopping wood. To make it more humiliating, Mari and Phyllis start to angrily kick at his corpse. Although, considering what he tried to do to the two girls earlier (and succeeded in the original movie), it's very well-deserved.
  • Humiliation Conga: Their entire crossover is a big one for them; Weasel, Sadie, and Krug all die undignified and brutal deaths at the hands of an unknowing Jason.
  • Spikes of Doom: Wanting to avenge Sadie and Weasel, Krug sneaked into a barn and attempted to stab Jason with a rake. Only for Jason to spot a little chick and duck to grab it, causing Krug to trip and fall out the barn window and land on a spike trap Pamela set up for the counselors. And he also gets stabbed in the face with the rake.

    Carrie White
The tragic teen telekinetic from Stephen King's first novel (though clearly more based on her 1970s film adaptation in this 'verse) shows up as a camper in Crystal Lake and, through her newfound friendship with Jason, is able to build a happier life for herself.
  • Commonality Connection: Both she and Jason have suffered from bullying in their lives, which helps them bond.
  • Cooldown Hug: Is on the receiving end of this from Jason after getting drenched with pig blood in front of the whole school. This manages to avert her rampage before it gets worse.
  • Intergenerational Friendship: The teenage Carrie makes a friend with the adult counselor Jason while she is at camp.
  • Like Brother and Sister: Many people see the Jason and Carrie relationship as a sibling dynamic due to their age difference and no clear romantic signs. It's been speculated by the fans that Pamela Voorhees has adopted Carrie after murdering her mother.
  • Ship Tease: There are also people who see the bond as a potential ship tease.
  • Spared by the Adaptation: Since Jason is there to talk her down, she is spared her horrific canon fate.
  • Throw the Dog a Bone: The Carrie crossover in its entirety is a big one for her; she makes a friend in Jason, Pamela defends her from her mother (although possibly killing her) and even the infamous prom incident is given a much happier ending for her and everyone else involved.

    Margaret White
Carrie's abusive fundamentalist mother who serves as a minor obstacle for Jason and Carrie to go to prom night together.

    Michael Myers
The infamous Shape in this universe is just a simple mechanic who loves his sister, eating candy and carrying around his signature knife wherever he goes.

    Laurie Strode
Michael's sister, is now in a much better familial relationship with her older brother, compared to the source material.
  • Nice Girl: Much like in the 1978 original, Laurie is kind and friendly.
  • Seen It All: Thanks to being related to Michael, Laurie is often unphased by the (unintentional) spookiness of either him or Jason.
  • Trauma Button: She has a visible reaction to apples, after a previous Halloween where her hand was sliced up by an apple that had razor blades in it, which left Laurie with several thin scars on her palm.

    Dr. Samuel Loomis
Michael's old psychiatrist, who is still convinced that his patient is a deadly threat and chases him down to finish him off once and for all.... despite clear evidence to the contrary.
  • Inspector Javert: Loomis still believes that Michael is a murderous being of pure evil and devotes his life to ending him once and for all. Except Michael is clearly not evil (at least not anymore) and hasn't harmed anyone (except for the old man who filled apples with razor blades, one of which badly cut up his sister's hand), so Loomis comes off as an obsessive maniac who refuses to see reality.
  • Sanity Slippage: The years he's spent chasing and trying to kill Michael have clearly taken a toll on his sanity.
  • Wrong Genre Savvy: Thinks he’s in the canon films where Michael is a slasher needing to be stopped instead of a fan comic where Michael is a Creepy Good mechanic.

    Billy Loomis
One of the original Ghostface killers from Scream (1996) in this universe is a teenager who's passionate about horror movies and his dream is to become a director.
  • Brutal Honesty: He didn't hesitate to tell the actress he hired that she fails at screaming well and being sexy. This of course caused her to throw the script back at his face and quit.
  • Cool Mask: He has the original Ghostface mask as well as the "Wazzup" and "Stoned" masks from Scary Movie
  • Jerk with a Heart of Gold: Billy was acting like a jerk to Jason and his friends, rushing them, yelling at them, and at the end blaming them for not finishing his film before the deadline and quitting. After Tommy encouraged him to come back by explaining to him that Jane and Jason were good and that his film had potential but needed improvements, he apologized to everybody. As it turns out, he was experiencing anxiety because he wanted to make his mother proud. Jason was able to relate to him and encouraged him to continue. Billy made new friends that day.
  • Inferiority Superiority Complex: He truly believes that he is the embodiment of horror and that his mediocre script is a masterpiece.
  • Momma's Boy: Just like Jason, Billy loves his mom greatly and hates seeing her sad.
  • Playing the Victim Card: He blamed Jason, Tommy, and Jane for wasting time all day and accused them of ruining his life because he wouldn't make it to the deadline because of them.
  • Sarcasm Mode: Billy is very sarcastic and often gets on Jane's nerves because of this.
  • Swapped Roles: In the plot of Scream 2 the main protagonist, Sidney Prescott was a student at Windsor College, while the main antagonist Billy Loomis died in the first film. However, in this AU it is Billy Loomis / Ghostface's goal to get a scholarship at Windsor College, instead.
