Do you think the Wolkenritter count now as Mauve Shirts? They seem to be a bit less capable than an "Ace" and a bit less reliable than a "Striker".

I think Some tropes about Signum must be edited. She didn't quite fit for the Lightning Bruiser and Stone Wall tropes, because:
1. Her defenses where quite easilly destroyed by Cypha.
2. She succumbs to being impalled quite easily while Vita is still able to fight despite being impalled back on Strikers.
3. Erio, a well known Fragile Speedster manage to recover from his injuries faster tha her when it's supposed that Signum is significantly tougher than him.
So, for a being supposedly tough and who have good defenses she results to be quite the frail woman in the FORCE manga.

She's a being made of magic who got stabbed with an Anti-Magic blade. This is like saying that Superman isn't a Flying Brick because a kryptonite dagger can bring him to his knees.
What's precedent ever done for us?
Now that Signum finally raised from bed we discovered that she's probably going to sustain permanent sequels from her injuries. Thus, she'll be now fit for the Handicapped Badass trope since she will be permanently weaker than before.
Also her fight with Tohma in Ch. 20 depicts her more like a Fragile Speedster than a proper Lightning Bruiser since she lost her ability to both withstand hits and dealing solid damage to her opponents, relying more on her speed and tricks rather than her defense and strike power like she did before.

That's because we have yet to see a true example of the The Worf Effect in Nanoha. In order to qualify a character has to lose more often than they win, which hasn't happened to anyone yet, even counting Force.

Hmmm... Vita maybe? her only clear victories are her first fight with Nanoha and against the Cradle's Main Generator. She got defeated by Fate/Arf, Nanoha, The Masked Men, Zest and Curren Huckebein in that order.

Will be accurately to add Yank the Dog's Chain to Signum? She just returned and faced Cypha with her new AEC-Equipement but Cypha still managed to escape, losing only an arm she can easily regenerat while Signum got her shield destroyed and struiggled all the fight to avoid being nailed by the eye-patched swordswoman.
