I want try try something where we have a Unit's image, and under that we have their skill cut in and skins. And in a tab under that we have the awakend version and its skins.

These Characters pages have two related problems.
First, the division is weird, with two pages based on story, one from the game's own classifying, and the rest on gameplay. This causes a lot of duplicates, with empty folders saying "See...", and such oddities as Eddie Fisher being separated from the other R7 Irregular Scouts.
Secondly, it lists every playable unit, but the likes of "Rifleman" and "PZH Mobile Gun" are hardly characters from a story perspective. It creates a lot of stubs with one or two tropes, and many of them don't belong there because they are not character tropes (like Ascended Meme and A.K.A.-47).
My suggestions:
Rearrange the pages to use the game's groupings with some changes. One for Coffin Company that only covers those who are working for the company from their introduction, one for allies like R7, Maze Division and SWAT 4, one for antagonists, and one for other groups like Strega and HRT Berry.
Remove anyone who doesn't have some characterisation and role in the plot. Their tropes should go on the main page, like an A.K.A.-47 entry that lists every vehicle.
I will make a sandbox later, but I'd like some feedback first, because this would be a major change.

I've been more in favor of grouping by narrative relevance and affiliation than by character class as well, mostly to make characters easier to find. Particular importance I think would go to groups with Side Story relevance (the Counter Case page can stay as is since it's a classification made by the game) since those have more to talk about.
Yeah, the current layout is getting too messy, but all the non-voiced mechs should still have entries under their respective factions because they all have unique Lifetime Contracts. Here's my preliminary idea for the new subpages:

- Substream Protagonists
- Mainstream Antagonists (Corrupted Objects, Replacer Syndicate, Six Wings, Demon Lords of the Qliphoth Game, Related Factions [Knights of Redemption, ESPR, The Elysium Philharmonic], Dark Council)

I have made a start on Sandbox.Counter Side Coffin Company, Sandbox.Counter Side Coffin Company Allies, Sandbox.Counter Side Main Antagonists and Sandbox.Counter Side Minor Antagonists. Sandbox.Tropes For Counter Side Main Page is for tropes from stubs that shouldn't have their own character folder.
(I removed Breakout Villain from Spira and Ministra because they don't get focus as villains, but rather a Start of Darkness.)

I had to split the Allies page into A-H, I-Q, and R-Z because it was again getting out of hand.
I think we should order tropes from oldest to newest rather than alphabetical. We will get alot of spoilers otherwise and a lot of seemingly OOC tropes.

Should we sort character tropes according to the in-game chronology? For example, everything to the left of Episode 5 is considered the first main story arc (the Replacer Incident), everything between Episodes 6 through 10 the second main arc (Nehemoth's Qliphoth Game), and everything after Episode 10 the third main arc? The trope lists STILL have to be alphabetical, it's this site's main formatting policy.
