We also have the List of Shows That Need Summary, where you can redlink a work you want to have a page here and maybe somebody can help you make the page. Here's the webcomics section.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
There Is No Such Thing as Notability, so all works are worthy of pages by default as long as they don't violate the Content Policy.
If you feel up to making the page yourself, you might want to draft the page in a sandbox before officially making the page, such as Sandbox.Screwed Priorities.

There's this amazing webtoon called "The Boxer". I thought it was worthy of having it's own series page and character page. But it turns out that I'm not very good at troping. I was wondering if anyone could get the pages started. But that's fine if no one wants to.
