At a minimum, these are in-universe examples of Gender-Blender Name, although I can't rule out Tomboyish Name in some cases.

Those latter two tropes cover both cases of what I was thinking of, thank you!
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
Is there a trope when a transgender character's name is almost the same as their birth name? For example, Eric to Erica, Christian to Christine.
Related could be a trope about gender-bent characters having very similar names, like Finn and Fionna in Adventure Time, but that feels like a given for most gender-bend stories.
