Reality Ensues?

Sort of? Like I said, it's hard to explain and I'm not even sure if it's a tropeworthy concept... but it doesn't hurt to try.

I think I know what you mean. Fighting is usually somewhat romanticized in most works of fiction, so it's unusual to see it in a way where the heroicness is stripped away and it's just sort of awful. These tropes seem related:

No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: A brutal, visceral, drawn out, one-sided fight, intended to be hard to watch. Doesn't cover cases where the combatants are equally matched, though.

Combat Breakdown: A big flashy battle with magic, cool guns, kung-fu, whatever ends up in an increasingly pathetic fistfight as the combatants run out of resources and become increasingly injured. Has to start out as more stylized and "cool"-looking, though.

War Is Hell: Conflict on the scale of a battlefield being depicted in nightmarishly realistic manner. Wouldn't cover a smaller fight between two people, though. (Unless those two people were fighting each other in the middle of a larger battle.)

Ultimately I agree that Reality Ensues is your best bet for the general scenario.

Edit: Nevermind, I found what you're looking for - Violence Is Disturbing

^ Thanks for the tropes! But I meant fighting in the argument sort of way. Two characters just having a big, raw, realistic argument, and it's portrayed realistically enough to be uncomfortable.

Might be because the two examples of this I've seen have been web videos, where the barrier is broken down and fiction/reality are blurred, so when everyone is screaming at each other, it comes off as too real, even if it's purely scripted.

But Violence Is Disturbing does help— to know that the feeling of being disturbed by a scene's realism can be tropeworthy.
