I'm not sure of the difference between them, but I think your example is Unflinching Walk with a hint of No-Sell.

- The Slow Walk: Walking badass and slowly toward an enemy
- Unflinching Walk: Walking away from disaster without looking back
- Ominous Walk: Walking slowly after a victim that cannot move fast
The example is The Slow Walk.

Compare also:
- Menacing Stroll, which is a particular rolling swagger that badasses tend to have
- Power Walk, a shot of the cast walking together, usually in slow motion
- Strolling Through the Chaos: a character, typically one like The Ditz, a Cloudcuckoolander, or Absent-Minded Professor, casually wanders unscathed through a fight or disaster
To elaborate on eroock's points, the key trait in each:
- The Slow Walk: walking into danger ignoring everything but their target
- Unflinching Walk: walking away from a disaster, typically something like an explosion or collapsing building that the character caused, indicating that this is no big deal to them.
- Ominous Walk: casually stalking a target that's hindered in some way, often as a way to taunt them or toy with them. Popular among Slasher Movie villains and Terror Heroes.

Never mind.

What exactly is the difference between the three and when to apply them?
Which is applied when my hero is slowly walking toward enemies while casually shrugging off all the attack thrown at them?
