I don't even get what it's trying to say. The protagonist is a rapist, it'd be one thing if the hero was falsely accused or something but that isn't what's going on. It's just "targets women doing illegal and unethical activities who would otherwise be Karma Houdini " and I kind of get the comparison they're trying to make but the connecting thread isn't there...

I found this questionable entry on Values Resonance about the manga Rapeman, a superhero who rapes people. It claims it's more relevant now because of the #Me Too! movement apparently going too far and causing more False Rape Accusations.
It was added by Cardinal1989
, and they added an edit reason "Remove me and you're a liberal shill, lol jk." It seems they have a lot of bias against the modern day feminist movement.
