Could be Scrappy Mechanic, but if one part of one level is infuriating, I think it becomes That One Level by association

Well, yeah, a jumping sequence, an Elevator Action Sequence full of Camera Screws, a brief but infuriating Unexpected Gameplay Change… all kinds of things.
Maybe it's just That One Level But More Specific but maybe it would be better to have a supertrope… Scrappy Mechanic seems like a fine substitute though. For most of the cases.

If there is a passage in a game that is a "That One X" but is neither a puzzle nor a boss, and is not an entire level, only a part of it… where should it go?
