Troper Updates II, Part II

Go To

In which we get updates from the lives of tropers. Kinda like Twitter with more than 140 characters, but less than a blog or LJ.

Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.

Is there an actual word for pro-corporation beliefs, where corporations is meant as the modern sort of capitalist organization?

Sorry for upsetting you, Lucky. I should probably just ignore her, but I can't. Someone is wrong on the Internet!

Now watching Five Awesome Girls because I'm bored and fuck research papers.

@Ive: You didn't upset me, don't worry. And I totally understand.

I hope you've managed to calm yourself by now, though.

Consider yourself officially on my "Tropers I will meet in real life someday" list.

It's you, Tzetze, Blackmoon, and others.

Of course Kris Mahai is on it, but while for the rest of you it's mostly a fantasy that I will try my hardest to make possible, I'm actually meeting Kris this summer so yeah

All right. Texas isn't terribly out of the way, so it might be possible depending on what sort of travelling I do.

I'm watching the Coachella festival live.

There was Cage The Elephant a few minutes ago. I don't know most of the bands though. There'll be The Kills later on, and er... Arcade Fire and Scissor Sisters. Those three are the only other bands I know.

I really should get more informed about music but... whatever.

I can't think of any ideas for shit-threads. However, I think your avatar is amusing.

AU: Title it "I used to wonder what friendship could be"? For some reason that strikes me as a good way to start a wonderthread.

It is? I get that desire all the time.

Usually don't act on it, though.

Should I buy GTA III, GTA: San Andreas, GTA: Vice City, or none of the above?
