Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

Nahuatl is such a beautiful language. I just listened to it and it brought me to tears. I can't explain it, it was just... wow.
Never be without a Hat! Hot means heat. I don't care if your usage dates to 1300, it's my word, not yours. My Pm box is open. That explanation of German Idealism is so going to help me in my Philosophy classes next year!
No.@Zyxzy: Sometimes, I really do wonder what's worse: the Sonic fanbase or the Transformers fanbase.

Experience has taught me to investigate anything that glows.Who knew Paul McCartney replacing his Hofner bass with his Rickenbacker in the studio would be an important move?

INT is knowing a tomato is a fruit. WIS is knowing it doesn't belong in a fruit salad. CHA is convincing people that it does.I did!
no one will notice that I changed this^^^ Is the answer the Twilight fanbase, or the Sonichu fanbase? I have to know this for the test on Monday.

you'll then have a grave in the clouds where you won't lie too crampedWell the Transformers fanbase has Teletraan I.
What's the frequency Kenneth?|In case of war. It's the reason the bass is louder from Rubber Soul onward.
INT is knowing a tomato is a fruit. WIS is knowing it doesn't belong in a fruit salad. CHA is convincing people that it does.Ellen Page is being typecast as a girl with a mythological name.
I have some great ideas for a short history of modern philosophy, but I'm a little hazy about some of the details of how modern philosophy got going and it's entirely possible that lightning won't strike twice and it will be painfully unfunny. Would anyone be interested in reading it? If so, I'll probably have it written out in a few days.

Kill all math nerdsI'd read it. As I'm about to take philosophy I need something to amuse me!
No.Oh damn, one of my favourite SCPs got deleted.

Math is annoying, not because of technobabble, but because of the lack of technobabble. Almost everything has a perfectly reasonable name... which has only a tenuous link to the intuitive notion of same.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.I'm having trouble with my alternate universe in which the DuMont network still exists.
Yes, I'm serious about this, I've been thinking about it for over a year now.
You can read about why the network shut down here.
I can't try and think of some justification for DuMont existing beyond 1956, although I did alter one thing: they kept the Pittsburgh station. The sale of it to Westinghouse did supply them with some cash, but eliminated DuMont's leverage to get clearances in other markets. Changing this would probably give them some chance of surviving.
I know, this is an awful place to post this, but it bugs me and it most definitely does not warrant a whole thread.
Is it bad that I'm rather doubtful of the written word's ability to be "beautiful"?
You can't even write racist abuse in excrement on somebody's car without the politically correct brigade jumping down your throat! No. I'm more than doubtful of it myself. The written word is the written word; I'd rather just use it than wax poetic about it or hear others romanticize it.
Ce ne pas un post.I've never felt the need to doubt it.
Kill all math nerds
^^Yes.
