Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

My stories look like plays.

I find myself annoyed.

As a principality, Pleskov was ruled by separate princes, but often it was ruled directly from Novgorod until the mid-13th century when the city began accepting as rulers princes exiled from their possessions. Each exiled prince that went to Pleskov could be proclaimed prince there (if principal throne wasn't occupied by other prince) but in any case he could get honorary reception and live there without fear for his life.

I do not understand medieval times at all.

My stories tend to come out looking like plays...this has never bugged me.

Though they're mostly just nonsense I post here, if I ever seriously attempted to write a novel, I'd probably feel differently.

My stories used to do that.

That's why I write actual scripts now.

I think a lot of stories tend to look like plays if you watch more TV than read books. ;P

I think so too, Keybreak.

Whenever I imagine something happening in a story that I'm writing or reading, my default imagination goes to a more anime style, unless I know what medium I'm trying to write or read for. You know what I mean?

[up] My stories come out like concentrated suck, but I won't get into that here.

[up][up]The examples, you mean?

That's to do with the sheer number, I'm pretty sure I remember that pages shouldn't/mustn't be over a certain length, otherwise terrible, terrible stuff happens.

I imagine more characters as cartoons. :|

...every so often, I find something neat on this site but don't know why, then I want to show people.

In 2003, Marvel tried to get a lower import tax rate on their X-Men action figures by claiming that they were not dolls, but toys. U.S. tariff laws defined a "doll" as a figure representing a human, while a "toy" represents an animal or creature. So in summation, the crux of Marvel's argument was that the X-Men are not human, which directly opposes the main Aesop of the X-Men series. The judge ruled in their favour.

So petty!

Yah.

I have to say it varies for me. Sometimes it looks live-action, sometimes it looks animated, sometimes it looks like a comic, and sometimes prose is good enough.

I've just had an idea for a video game: You play cat and you will have to try and do things like influencing your humans in any way that benefits you, become the top cat in your neighbourhood, gaining very useful points in minigames like "play with the dead mouse/bird" and "string ball-swatting", doing something funny while being filmed to become an internet celebrity or navigating your way down a tree on your own.
