I don't see anything incorrect in that post's English.

However, how does Miroku not antagonizing Inuyasha over his Love Triangle situation with Kagome and Kikyo make him the Only Sane Man in the group?

According to the Description of Only Sane Man, it's when a character is the only normal member of a group of weirdos. You don't say anywhere in the example how the other members of the group are individually weird (e.g. a Psycho for Hire, Cloudcuckoolander, Empty Shell, Mad Scientist, etc.).

Neither is grammatically correct, but headlines and titles often omit certain sentence elements, like articles, for conciseness. The first is the one you'd be most likely to see in a headline. The fully correct sentence might look like: "A home invasion results in the death of an elderly man."

Also, you need to avoid creating Zero Context Examples, since doing so is a suspension-worthy offense in itself. Please be sure to read trope descriptions carefully to make sure your examples are valid.

There is this sentence in second paragraph of Creator Breakdown:

"That being said, though, this doesn't necessarily make the show bad; some shows have achieved their highest ratings and even Grown the Beard in the middle of a bout of Creator Breakdown..."

Something is wrong with the bolded part, no?

I would write it as "during a bout of Creator Breakdown", but there's nothing wrong with it as is.
