It's Fetish Fuel, which similarly runs afoul of content violations as porn. It will still attract one-handed editing.
I'm...pretty sure that's not actually the rule.
The rules for what we are and aren't looking for.
- Pure porn, or porn with an Excuse Plot only,
- Anything that has explicit underage sex,
- Implied sex of preteens or younger, and
- Fanservice intended to cater to pedophiles (lolicon and shotacon fanservice can count).
When the question of Fetish Fuel came up in the context of vore, the consensus was to read that as a sex act (which is legit). I'm really not sure that something that can't be read as sex should be read as porn, and I'm thinking that banning this comic would be a rewrite of the rules - especially as I'm not actually seeing one-handed troping on the page.

Checking now. It's a blatant fat/feeding fetish comic with nothing more than an Excuse Plot. Mostly just skimpy clothing with a lot of belly-fondling. Oh, and it's incest. Mostly not porn but there is a naked canoodling scene with visible bewbs.
It's so light on plot beyond the obvious fetish stuff I'm voting to cut. Second chapter adds some more plot, but it's still mostly about ogling Girl Bellies.
I do some cleanup and then I enjoy shows you probably think are cringe.
Given that, I'm going to move my vote to a devilhead. If it's wall-to-wall fetish content, and it's porn-adjacent even if no actual sex happens, and there's nothing worth keeping, then I can't justify keeping it.

I just read over the only two sentences on Creator.Kip Tei Tei:

There isn't really a plot focused on in Breakfast With Sister, aside from girls with Balloon Bellies, which is played primarily for fetishtic purposes. Cut.
