I for one am a big fan of robot limbs, but that’s something of a given considering who’s talking
hell, I got robot characters who themselves get limbs switched out for (other) robot ones
oh, that's why I need this binary mind // ⌘Like C-3PO!
I do like robots. If it's something vaguely humanoid, or Descent styled robots which are Unnecessarily Creepy Robots slash Starfish Robots, I like them.
I think An Arm and a Leg has been a favorite trope of mine since I came across Happy Tree Friends at five. That may have also made me a furry.

and the public won't dwell on my transmission cause it wasn't televised. If want a hook hand for the Rule of Cool, not strict accuracy then go for it!
Hell yea that sounds double awesome

I’ve wanted to write a story with a robotic eldritch horror as the antagonist for a minute
Originally I think I was gonna do that with Tilt and Andie as the protagonists, but now I’m thinking that that idea would be a better fit for Roland/Projector

artsy geek | any pronouns | "well, if you're hearing this, then chances are you've made a very poor career choice."If we're still talking about characters, I got this guy who lost his arm but replaced it with a mechanical one that can transform into a blade or a Gatling gun.
...Yeah I'm weird.
The true power of us human beings is that we can change ourselves on our own.Heyyy lets do a robot drawing thing. This was a rad dude I drew a million years ago as a kid:
didnt even finish outlining him in pen lmao
I have my own robotic character semi-inspired by Clutch from Quake Champions with extra steps.
Former mining robot exposed to ancient eldritch ruins, like a shrine of the outer gods, and went mad. Alongside suffering reality-warping mutations that turned them into an eldritch warlock that is like a "traditional spellcaster" alongside combining virtual space/cyberspace with Lovecraftian Superpower.
I'd say it's great, mate!
Also, not really an original character, but more of an AU character design sort of thing due to my skills in drawing non-humans being 0.5 or something (unless it's Pokemon or cats, and birbs sometimes). Basically, the protagonist of Popgoes is an android instead of a robot.

Technomagical virtual space tentacles.
@antenna: not to forget, but that's great!
@Whistle: the reminder has been, uhh, duly noted.

...I think I realize why totes got his editing privileges suspended. It's because of brief cursed images posting in anti-necro last day and because his Sandbox contains nothing but cursed images.
Damn it dude, you should've known that was gonna happen!

So really, since she only needs a more reasonable replacement, a hook would probably be fine. It would probably only show up for, like, one shot anyway.
