These links don't mention anything about paedopandering content.
I skimmed through the mentioned OVA and it only contains two sex scenes of two minutes and with more censoring than usual, so I think it's not pure porn and could also be restored.

Currently, examples from this VN are restricted to only Clean versions. I have no idea why, cuz every character
that can have sex with the protagonist looks to be in their teens. (Even Sanae,
who looks a bit too old to be a kid.) Thus, I propose we begin allowing examples from the 18+ versions.
