Reiterating my cut stance
The stories do have plots... but the plots are just a vehicle for fetish stuff with a lot of recurring elements.
Literature.Twitter Story Earth 5 AR: Aliens invade Earth to turn humans into adult babies and feed them magical milk that makes them act like babies
Literature.The New Hansel And Gretel: A fairy tricks people into becoming her adult babies, and feeds them "Childhood Nostalgia" (Which is just magical milk) that makes them act like babies.
Literature.The New Narnia: A Nanny just magically causes the protagonists to act more and more like her adult babies. The lead in this one has a Vague Age but may be a bit young, although the story seems to deliberately tease that he may be underage, it never outright says it (likely due to Deviantart's own content policies).
Literature.Who Says: Seuquel to the already cut Literature.Dantes Infanzia, exact same plot type and elements with some minor alterations.

All of the creator's work are extremely fetishistic.
Their "debut story", Dantes Infanzia, was recently cut for content policy concerns, and all of their existing works seem to follow the exact same thematic elements (thin plots that exist to justify tons of ABDL Fetish fuel).
