I can't view the full source as I don't have a pixiv account. But is it the entire comic? If it's half or less we can just slap a credit on there and call it a day.

). I am assuming that we haven't asked for permission to use it, as the only other thread the image mentions was just about how it "doesn't illustrate the trope".
The image itself is a parody of a page from an eroge, though apparently it did get published in an adult manga book. The source image of the original technically links to Danbooru, so that probably should be changed.
