I think so. It's been 5 days, and we have clear winners for merging the trope itself into Vacation Episode and redirecting the name Aloha, Hawaii! to Hula and Luaus

In the meantime, do we have someone who knows Hawaiian so that we can take care of the "Here lies" part of the trope epitaph?
Edit: An online translator thinks it's "Eia 'o <name> e moe nei". Is this correct?

I cleaned the first half and had a half-done post saying "all the usage was "Hawaii", "this character is Hawaiian", and "this film is set in Hawaii"" that I got distracted before posting, so I'm even gladder we merged :-)
I moved the good on-page examples to Vacation Episode (history
) and left notices on all three discussion pages. I'll give others a chance to look it over before enacting the redirect.

Yeah, all the examples I found were things like "This stage is themed around Hawaii" or "Characters go to Hawaii but we don't describe anything further".
