"Oh..." says Ima. "I guess that's okay..."

Ima looks disappointed and goes back looking for people willing to help her.

Daisy looks over at Ima, then looks down and shakes her head. Ian thinks to himself... "Honestly... I think I'm going about this the wrong way... I mean, "Ima Hooker"? What kind of a name is that? She seems like such a nice girl and I hope she isn't an Atarian spy... If so, then I feel bad for her... Yet, my priorities are on helping Princess Star White with her campaign for class president. And do that, I shall..."

Daisy then gets up from her seat and heads over to Yuki and Maria to ask about what she can do to help... then looks back at Ima with a somewhat sad look on her face, prompting Ian to think to himself... "Maybe if Ima Hooker is not Ima N. AtarianSpy, we can appoint her as the class Vice President once all this is done..."

-Beat-

"...and if Princess Star White doesn't already have a vice president..."

"Ok, let me know when you have your campaign plans made." Ms. Strick says.

"I imagine Alex and Lloyd will also join our team," not-Yuki says, carefully refraining from adding as soon as they zone back in, anyway out loud, "so shall we get going to our campaign planning room?"

Ms. Strick is busy handing out novels to the rest of her class. You all are on your own.

Ms. Strick's classroom has three doorways set in one wall, each leading to a small study room. Each study room has a glass window facing the main classwoom, so Ms. Strick can easily glance to see what is going on. Angela and her friends have taken the middle study room, the largest, and her posse is surrounding her while she speaks softly to them. You can take the left or right study room, leaving the lest for Ima. The doors and walls are thick enough to muffle sounds, but by careful listening at the walls or the air duct you may be able to hear noises from an adjacent room.

Ryo slowly opened his eyes as he began to wake up. The light hanging above him certainly didn't help with the splitting headache he was currently experiencing. "Ugh, how much did I drink last night?" Ryo wondered to himself, "and where the hell am I?"

He struggles to sit himself up in the cot...and ends up hitting his horns (Wait, HORNS?) on the bar above him. "Ow, dammit!" he cried, as he then realized his voice sounded unusually....feminine?

The light was partially blocked as a man moved to bend over Ryo, concern evident on his face even as the man made a concentrated effort to keep his eyes focused on Ryo's face.

"Oh... thank heaves... you and Amethyst Breaker were the ones I was most worried about with the ritual." the man babbles. "Given your, ah, 'special condition', I wasn't sure that a soul restoring ritual would even work on you."

You notice words floating over the man's head. The words are in letters you would swear you've never seen before, odd pictograms that seem to hint at dripping blades and rending flesh. However, you also somehow know the words mean "Ally: Felix".

"You're very late for class, but I told Ms. Strick you would be late due to helping take care of Princess Star White... well, I said Astra Albus of course, but..." The man continues babbling along.

Looking around, you see chalk lines and symbols on the floor, each surrounded with various glowing auras. You can also sense the emotions the man is feeling, a heavy mix of worry and ego.

El Cuarzo Rosa's HUD is set to appear in Infernal, the language of her people. This can, of course, be changed under the options menu.

While El Cuarzo Rosa's people (from the realm of Abyssal) communicate in Infernal, have horns, tails, and many features often ascribed to demons, this does not make them evil or even to be feared. El Cuarzo Rosa's parents, for example, have served as ambassadors to the Atlantian empire with honor and decorum. (We do not speak of Princess Solar Sweetness's Coming Our Party)

Ryo looked at Felix as if he were the sun. That is to say, he squinted at him with a look of confusion and bewilderment. "Okay, would you mind running that by me again? I must've missed something," he questioned, once again noticing the change in his voice. "Like why I sound like a lady, for example!"

Felix took a deep breath. "Ok, this is 'Aerth', called mistakenly by the residents as 'Earth'. You are an Abyssian, from the world of Abyssal, but have lived most of your life in Atlantia. When Princess Star White chose to come to Aerth to stop an Atarian invasion, you chose to come along to assist her. Right now, you and the princess are both posing as ordinary Aerthian girls, using your powers of illusion. We're both speaking in one of the Aerthian languages, which I assume is why you think you sound different?"

"The Princess Adrestia is the one leading that Atarian assault. She managed to trap Princess Star White and tried to steal the soul from the bodies of Star White's companions. Star White was able to teleport those bodies back here before she was captured completely, and I've been up most of the night preparing and casting this soul retrieval ritual."

Most realms have access to magic. In Atlantia, all of the women have various levels of ability in instinctively manipulating magic in order to cast spells. The few male spell casters have to rely on complex and elaborate rituals. This gender bias of casting may be one of the reasons the Atlantian empire is a matriarchy. Another reason is that a Constitutional Matriarchy is obviously the ideal form of government.  The Abyssian race El Cuarzo Rosa belongs to are all skilled in illusion and emotional manipulation magics.

"Oh, no, see, I'm quite familiar with this 'Aerth' you speak of. Especially since I've lived here all 28 years of my life!" Ryo clutches his forehead, having worsened his headache from yelling. This is when he gets a proper feel of the horns sprouting there. He searches his pockets and pulls out an ID card. Looking back at him is a teenage girl with powder-pink hair and cream-colored eyes. Rosa Thorne. Age: 18. His eyes widen as the realization suddenly hits him.

"No. NO! This can't be happening! My name is Aihara Ryo! I work at a host bar in Kabukicho!"

Felix grabs your shoulders, trying to calm you down and restrain you. You find yourself sure you can easily break his grip. "Rosa... calm down! Adrestia must have messed with your memories! Once we rescue Princess Star White, she'll find a way to fix this, I promise!"

"For now, just pretend you still have your full memories, especially around the other girls. With Star White gone, you're our strongest magic user and the girls might panic if they knew Adrestia was able to affect you like that."

After Ryo/Rosa calms down, they mutter, "...Pretend, huh? Well, I do that for a living, so I guess that won't be much of a problem. Still, being a girl's gonna take some getting used to." (S)he climbs off the cot and stretches a bit. "Hey, I'm just wondering, what's the legal drinking age here?"

"Drinking age?" Felix repeats, looking puzzled. "I assume Aerthians are like everyone else, and start drinking fluids as soon as they are born."

Felix blushes. "The only invisibility spells you have are ones that affect your, um, clothing." he manages to get out. "Your mother likes demonstrating at events how she cab continuously alter the translucency of her outfits. Purely in the interest of Abysal and Atlantian relations, of course."

Rosa makes a mental note of that for possible future use. "Well, that probably won't work in this case. Guess I'll think of something else..."

After thinking a bit more, a metaphorical lightbulb goes off in their head. "Say, succubi are masters of persuasion, right? Maybe, just maybe, I could convince the teacher that I was there all along and they just didn't see me!"

Before (s)he heads out, Rosa asks Felix, "So the others are like me, right? What happened to the original owners of these bodies?"

"Except for you and Amethyst Breaker," Felix says, "the other girls are all from Aerth. Since the residents of this realm seem to have no native knowledge of magic, Princess Star White granted them all various magical abilities when she recruited them. She has led several missions to defend Aearth from Princess Adrestia, but then Princess Star White and her companions were lured into a trap. Princess Star White managed to get your bodies teleported here to freedom, but somehow your souls were pulled away. I believe I have managed to return all of your souls, but Princess Star White is still being held captive somehow. I plan to try to find where, as soon as I have time to prepare a proper scrying ritual. It may take several days."

Amethyst Breaker is a self-aware Gynoid constructed of superior Atlantian Magi-Tech.
