Maybe? Though part of the issue is getting people to pitch in with the final stages of a TRS thread, so we might just want to tweak the wording or something, especially if the trope is getting cut or moved or renamed.
Yes, ideally it would apply to IP as well.
Maybe reword to "This trope is in the final stages of discussion at the Trope Repair Shop/Image Pickin'"? That would be clearer for pages that are now disamigs too, like Man In White or Everythings Better With Princesses.

^ Could you rather use the horizontally center-aligned version as demonstrated here? It makes the banner stick out more. Additionally, for some reason that format creates a little more breathing space underneath the banner, compare:
