It seems old Kingpin got his hands dirty based on that image. Literally, it looks as he bludgeoned his victim to death.
Perhaps a caption like this:
"He is not afraid to show dirty business on himself."
Or maybe this:

Well since Villain in a White Suit got renamed from Man In White and is no longer any guy wearing white, the current pic doesn't cut it anymore.
