Does Not Illustrate: Brutal Honesty

I don't really get the image. I think the girl on the left is saying "it's terrible", the girl on the right is shouting "DIRECT!" and somebody off-panel mumbles "wha"? It isn't stated what exactly they're talking about that is so terrible. I'm sure it makes sense if you know the original work, but it's kind of confusing if you don't.

I'd like to suggest the fifth panel from this one. It's much more straightforward.

I agree, the current image is just a bit weirdly formatted; suggestion is better, though still a bit bland.

I feel the same way - to suggestion - it has better formatting.

Too much overlap with Blunt "Yes".

I would like to consider 15.2 for Blunt "Yes", because the current pic there is overly wordy; and Sonic running away while saying "yes" is a clearer example.

(edit) OR the image in the top post for Blunt "Yes", that's also good.

Except it is specifically an inversion of Blunt "Yes". I don't think an inversion should be the page image.

That said, the OP's image might work for Blunt "Yes". It's a lot more concise than the current Blunt "Yes" image.
