Okay, okay, enough making you want to punch me. I'm familiar with DMC mostly through Ultrakill-related osmosis, since the latter game's more than subtly DMC-inspired in a lot of ways, and if this is any indication the music is no exception. There's no Amen breaks, of course, but it nonetheless shares a certain quality with a lot of UK songs - hard industrial metal riffs infused with a sense of hymnal majesty. I will admit, it's a bit too lacking in hooks or progression to keep me engaged, but seeing where a core aspect of one of my all-time favourite games came from was interesting at least.
