Yeah, I agree that it's too long. That might be better suited to the page quote thread, though, unless TRS projects can be used to remove quotes. That's at least been done on Image Pickin', so maybe TRS could as well, though I don't think I've seen that happen during the three or so years I've been on TRS.
(Side note: Not on mobile, since I don't edit or post on mobile, but I do have a small notebook PC.)

I think it works with no quotes. But as I suggested above, I think the folk song line "Wasn't it the truth I tell you, lots of fun at Finnegan's wake" would be a good quote.

The third is my favorite. It conveys the "fun". The other two are good, too.

The TRS thread for Cheerful Funeral (formerly Fun In The Funeral) has suggested changing the page quote. What should it be?
Cheerful Funeral is the clear winner at this point, and I was wondering if we could make the runner-up (Celebratory Funeral) a redirect, as it's a more indicative name for the concept and it is within consensus range (12 votes, net +6 votes, 3:1 ratio). I think it would help tropers understand at a glance that this isn't merely a funeral in which people are cheery but an intentionally cheery funeral.
