As I brought up in the Dragon Ball thread a long time ago, some works occasionally have an issue where we don't know if the sub or dub is the more recent translation.

I see. So, to prevent any animosity on TV Tropes by recapping individual episodes with the original titles (and since I also feel that individual episode recaps are not really necessary at this point), I've gone ahead and reorganized the Sailor Moon recap pages by story arcs and am currently working on adding the recap pages (i.e. Recap.Sailor Moon Dark Kingdom Arc). Would this satisfy all parties in this instance?

It should probably be by arc anyway, regardless of any translation issues.

I am sorry, but I strongly disagree on sorting Recap pages into story arcs. Just because something has hundreds of episodes does not mean recapping it is inconceivable, see Recap.Doctor Who, Recap.The Simpsons, Recap.The Big Bang Theory or Recap.Pokemon anime (I know there are some redlinks, people can always make pages). Besides, I think pages that are about arcs are typically too general, and they occasionally cite which episode the example comes from anyway. I'm fine with using most recent official English titles, I just disapprove of the notion to merge episode pages into arcs.

We recap pre-1996 Doctor Who by the arc. Could this be a similar situation?

I don't think so. Doctor Who's arcs seem to be more official as the old BBC website and Wikipedia list them per few episodes (for instance "An Unearthly Child" and "Daleks" are listed separately as serials on both of them), while Sailor Moon's arcs seem to be fan-defined more than anything else and don't really benefit from being merged.

Somebody also undid the name work on Characters.Yu Gi Oh GX Main Characters back in June. I requested a revert over at Ask The Tropers.

(The only edit since then added like one line, so it's not a huge deal to revert so far back.)

You’re not that far off. The manga has some chapters that indicate the story arc followed by the numbers in different parts (such as Stars, Infinity, etc.). Not to mention the arc names are listed in the official merchandise as well.

I was wrong on Ojamajo Doremi having uncut subs... sigh... Magical Doremi it is.

The GX page I mentioned earlier got reverted.

The Arc V page might be too far gone to revert, and I'm not sure if I can do it manually since I think it constitutes an edit war despite the time gap. I can probably go over the related pages just fine.

The official English title of Mahou Sensei Negima! is Negima! Magister Negi Magi. For Trope Overdosed works like this one and Xenoblade Chronicles, couldn't we just move the page and then let the redirect do its job, changing wicks as we see them?

EDIT: Indexes need to be changed immediately, though.

That makes a lot of sense. Redirects can do their job for the time being.

Characters.Yu Gi Oh Arc V Yuzu Counterparts needs to be renamed Yu Gi Oh Arc V Zuzu Counterparts or something similar. I feel like the page name should list each girl, but Ray Akaba is a Walking Spoiler. Some feedback would be appreciated.

Edit: Ray and Zarc should probably just have a page to themselves tbh, but that's an issue for another thread.

(I don't feel like doing the other Arc V page right now due to lack of motivation. It's a big page to have to redo.)

Yes, the anime is licensed by Discotek and streaming on Crunchyroll under that title.

I think so.

(I never finished Arc V since the last season wasn't on Netflix, but I know the gist of the plot.)

Ok, since I was sent here from this Ask the Tropers query, I'll keep it brief. The Grisaia visual novel pages need to have their Japanese titles changed into their official English localization titles.

• Grisaia no Kajitsu > The Fruit of Grisaia
• Grisaia no Meikyuu > The Labyrinth of Grisaia
• Grisaia no Rakuen > The Eden of Grisaia

Changed Houou Gakuen Misoragumi —> The Beautiful Skies of Houou High. I did most of the redirects too, but sixteen remain right now.
