Billy is talking with fellow nominators when he suddenly heard a loud sound. He then sensed something wrong and sees the portal, before suddenly, he gets blinded by the thick red fog. However, one thing is visible. A pair of glowing red eyes looking at him, and what he guess is the direction fo everyone else in the room, before it disappears. Billy shows an intimidated look on his face, and feeling on his mind. However, he does stay calm though, not getting a voice out at all.

"Oh, shit, a story about myself?? Well.." Elliot pondered for a good while before coming up with something decent. "Once I systematically tore down a religious organization that worshiped me specifically. It was in one of seven universes i managed to create from the same egg by casting a shitty homebrew spell on it that's basically wild magic. But with eggs. Some youtuber came up with it. But it was a huuge organization as well. It's pretty odd, to be honest. But ya see, they were about to hold a large execution- most for not believing in me, two female cats for simply loving each other, and several for being defiant of the gender roles they were given. I was just, you know, chilling, in the streets, some asshat announced that there would be beheadings, and honestly I was curious. I was wondering what sort of capital punishments there were around. And honestly, the bullshit I saw was.. frightening. I hate people being killed in my name."Elliot paused for a few moments.
"I didn't kill anyone, though. Just burnt down all the guillotines and hanging stands and shit, and made a couple statements in front of a very large group of people. I think they might have got where I was coming from, but I dunno. I might check back on them like a year in their future and see what they're doing after the games, I dunno."

Furias takes out a mundane-looking smartphone and answers an incoming call.
"Yes. This is Furias speaking... I see. Blessings be upon you too, brother.
He walks towards the crowd and clears his throat — only to be interrupted by the red fog filling the hall.
"Tch! What now?!"
G steps next to him, craning his neck, looking oddly relaxed. His hand casually hovers above a small knife sheath. He glares back at the set of eyes watching him.
"First the skeleton, now this. This party's getting better every minute, eh?"
The High Armorer gestures, conjuring an array of spectral firearms behind him.
"Oh, shush. I would rather walk away from here without a scratch."

Flashback: Billy's Private Talk
"A private chat, huh?" Dave pondered. "Well, I suppose it's best we make it quick."
Knowing what to do, he gathers a great amount of aura, then says "Stopza!" Instantly, time stops.
"If you're wondering, I happen to be well-versed in time magic; it's one of my strongest suits, in fact. It makes up for my otherwise weak physical strength. This specific spell is taught to me by someone I met during my long travels. It has proven useful to me when I wish for a private discussion," he explains to Billy. "Now, what do you wish to say?"
The present
Joining Ralsei, Dave summons music from nowhere, and begins a song he heard during his travels.

Billy's tributes shows up just after he finishes the song. The tender moment continues for a little longer.
However, suddenly, Navi, Tatl and Tael make some bell rings at the same time, which alarms Link.
"Navi, Tatl, Tael. What is wrong?" the Hero of Time asks.
Dave, who is sitting near Power, is also alarmed, and approaches them.
''"Do you feel that, sis?" Tael says, a hint of fear on his voice.
"Yep. I can feel it too, Tael," Tatl replies.
"I sense it as well. Link, we need to- WATCH OUT!" Navi screams.
Instantly alarmed, Dave turns just in time to see a beast bearing Pharynx's colors, doubtlessly him disguised, approaching while shouting a warning. Unable to react other than grabbing the fairies with his telekinesis, Dave is pushed out of his place, as does the rest of the group. Suddenly, at where they previously stood, a gigantic claw is there.
Dave could only be able to thank Pharynx's assistance when red fog appears out of nowhere. Taking the hint, the others prepare their weapons. Link grabs his sword, Bond takes his trusty Walther PPK out, Yen Sid charges his magic, and Dave summons a simple sword in a flash of light and darkness.
The red fog limits their view, but suddenly eyes appear, glaring at everyone. He recognizes them immediately.
"That's.... Scipion. Keep your guards up, everyone!" he shouts, glaring back at the red eyes.
Scipion's new form slightly amazes him, and this is despite the fact that during his long travels, he has seen many things. But he keeps such thoughts to himself, for now.
The eyes soon disappear, and they hear Pharynx's shouts to prepare for any other attacks.
"It's best for now that we stay together. What should we do next?"

Billy, hearing Elliot's backstoey, responded, "Interesting backstory. I have to admit what you did is great." Billy then decided to tell his own story, "So, for my own story. I was born in a future interstellar nation in another universe, called The Federation of Kendor. I lead a mostly regular life, though I am in the middle upper class. I, however, desired for a better life, as well as being smart with business. I studied a lot about it and aced the subject, before I decided to manage my family's corporation, which is called the Eagle's Hawk Corporation, and one of the largest in the nation. It offers various types of products and services, though it focuses itself on science, military and defense, construction, and a bit of magic. I started to manage it at just 19, and over the last 11 years or so, I am able to make it grow even further, becoming a CEO at 25. The wealth allows me to afford various luxuries, including travel to other dimension. As for my history as a nominator, I have just joined in the whole thing for a month, back in Season 47. I was just interested in the concept after discovering it, so I joined it, and here I am now, alongside my tributes." Billy soon points to Marinette, Giorno, Gloria, Jolyne, and Nidorohan to show his tributes to Elliot.
Flashback
Billy soon answered Dave, after being impressed by his magical power, which reminds Billy of Giorno's father," While I am a new nominator, I have heard interesting stories, and I' dlike to be involved, in shall I say, the grand scheme of things than just sitting around. But let me tell you my backstory first." Billy then told Dave the same backstory as he would later tell to Elliot. Billy soon continues, "So that is my story. I will be interested to hear your own story. Also before you tell it, I just want to confess something, but I heard rumors about there being a dark world called the OG world. I have to confess to you that I have a plan to explore it. I am preparing my men and my ships in fact, and would like some help from allies as I heard how dangerous it is. And just to assure you, I do not go there for a dark purpose. I just want to explore how the world is like and find out something about it." Said Billy honestly. After all, it is also Billy's own goal as he just said, and he needs allies to help him.

When Pharynx reached the tower, everyone else, except Giegue sill in the Voidlands were gathered. Despite their combined power, not even Nyarl could feel where Scipion exactly was. "I suppose the thing that attacked you was his manifestation while the fog seems to be some sort of physical aura. His exact location and form is unknown for us, but I'm sure he will reveal his true form soon." conclued Medusa.
A radar that Risotto secretly placed near the Arena began to ring. Something just appeared on a podium. The deities of the group noticed that this being was far too weak to be the true Scipion. It was probably another manifestation or a clone, waiting for the games to begin. The group decided to stay on their guard. Especially because the fog was everywhere and that Scipion could attack anyone at any moment.

Power takes out her art supplies.
"Dave, I need you to do a Stopza spell. My magic can bring anything I can draw to life, but I need to concentrate or else the spell will break. I'll draw a barrier big enough for all of us. It'll be as strong as the one Gusty the Great used to seal Grogar's bell away, and it can also reach underground, in case Scipion ambushes us from below. While it'll protect us from his attacks, ours will be able to go out of it without breaking it. This will be a bit complex to design, so I need enough time to make it.
"Ralsei, defend yourself with that scarf of yours. If any one of us gets injured, use your Heal Prayer.
"Starfall, do you know any light spells? If so, use the brightest one you can shine so we can see in the fog.
"The rest of you, watch for Scipion's eyes. Once they appear, that's your chance to attack! Dave, any other suggestions?"

Zanreo gets out her Double Laser just in case. "Well, there's a chance we might have to fight back..."

Furias conjures a rather large shotgun, this time a material one, and quickly passes it to G.

"If anyone is currently unarmed and would like to defend their own self, please, give me a shout. My personal armory is quite extensive."
He spreads his summoned weapons across the room, making sure that every inch of surface is within his field of fire.

A thick red fog is creeping. You are likely to be attacked by a monster.

"just in case anyone needs help, I am here. I even come with some cool moves! ...I think."
"Screw it, I AM going to enjoy this game!"
The Voidlands
Seeing the fourth wall monster was stationary, Valecor wisely decides not to bother attacking it and moves on his way to the force field in the distance. He passes by a few sights that break the laws of reality, such as a free-floating body of water when there is still gravity.
He eventually bumps into an invisible wall. Curious, he starts attacking it with a variety of attacks, even Galeem and Dharkon contributing. He attacks reveal that the wall goes on in a while in all directions. He then tries phasing through it but even that did work as it just bounces him off. A fog sets in again and he notices that some of the fog was passing through an opening in the wall. He enters the opening and feels his way around, finding a few dead-end passages, realizing that he's found an invisible maze. He tells the others about this find and to be careful navigating.
A few turns into the maze and the scenery the maze shows changes in a way that should not be possible, as they're now walking in what seems to be space itself yet can still feel air and a solid ground beneath them.
The Capitol
Out of curiosity, which of you nominated the 4th wall? As we just encountered it as an enemy in the ruined world.
The detective turns towards Valecor.
That would be me. Which reminds me, maybe I should bring it back for a future season...
Considering the one we came across seemed to have the bones of the nominators and their counterparts in its toothy mouth, may not be a wise move.
One of Snow's aides comes to him and whispers in his ear, then leaves, handing him a list. Snow grins as he speaks to the nominators.
Well everyone it seems that the list for the nominator games is finalized. Yours truly is on the list, so this means I can get payback on those of you I personally dislike!

Mett and Zoe look at the list. Mett sighs sadly when he doesn't see Zoe on the list. "Well,looks like I'll be going solo." "Hey,no need to feel bad. I got some great stuff for my fanfics here,and honestly I feel like I made a friend."
Mett smiles slightly before remembering something. "Oh, right. Before you leave..." he writes down a list of things on a spare piece of paper before giving it to Zoe. "The others should be back by now. Show this to them,I need these things done,preferably by the time I'm back." Zoe reads it over,her top eye widening slightly before she nods. "Can do Mett."

Billy responded accordingly to his talks with the other nominators, being sure to be polite as possible so they will not turn on him.
Meanwhile,when Scipion attacked, Billy's tributes also prepared. Giorno, Nidorohan, and Jolyne summoned their Stands, Gold Experience, Heaven's Door, and Stone Free respectively, in response, while Gloria prepared too by throwing her Scorbunny out. Marinette, meanwhile, tried to find someplace that was not guarded by anything in an attempt to transform to Ladybug. She still had her Miraculous to transform into. She, however, struggled to find the save place though considering the fog. Then, all the tributes saw Scipion's eyes looking at them.

Billy sees the list. He is a bit disappointed Giorno fails to make it in, though at the very least, this is relieving for Giorno, especially how he competed and died horribly just three seasons ago.
Giorno, meanwhile, shows a bit of happy expression, before saying that he's glad he doesn't join the game right now. After that, Billy says his farewell to his tributes, promising that he will be back from the Game, before allowing them to talk with fellow tributes or partners of nominators who also don't make it in fortunately, which they immediately do. He has also been arranging for their return back to the Tribute's Village, though he allow them to be in their world freely too for the duration of this Season, with his servants waiting outside to return them.
Finally, Billy is shocked that President Snow actually decided to join too. He thinks it's a pretty nice karma for him, despite what president Snow said on his intent to join, to kill nominators personally. Billy thought that President Snow would just die instead of winning.

Suddenly, the fog on the party recedes.... mostly. "Hmm, we may not need to act just yet."
The group then hears President Snow's announcement, and sees the tribute list.
"Hmm, it seems to me that I won't be needed after all," Dave says. "Oh, well, less of a headache that way.... yet. Hey, Ralsei, come here, will you?"
Ralsei, hearing him, approaches him.
"Congratulations on getting in as well. Now, I won't be around to protect Power or Starfall in the Arena, so I must ask you a favor: can you please try to help them in any way you can? Consider it a thanks for helping Power; she's my friend, too."
He then takes out three small devices and hands one out to each of them.
"These devices can be used to temporarily summon several weaker copies of me for a beat-up special attack. Think of it like a desperation attack to use when at low power or the like. It will also automatically transport the three of you to my home base should you fall in battle. Use them well."
He then looks at the now-red sky. "Now I won't be leaving just yet; I'd like to see the three of you off, of course. Now, as a final word of advice: Keep your light burning strong within your hearts."
Hope: "Let's go. We'll be together." Lightning: "I only know... that soon, we'll be together."

Before Billy leaves for the Game, he decided to talk to Dave, "I just want to ask you a favor. Would you mind if you take a trip to my mansion for our alliance. I have my clone over there, as well as the trip to that world planned. It can also function as place for us to work with the Grand Armorer, Furias, in our alliance. I can give you a coordinate to it if you want."

"Actually," says Ralsei, "I was only assigned to accompany Power to this party, but I'll join her in the Arena!... Even if it means there can be only one of us winning..."
"I'm sure the other participants have the same feeling," says Power to him. "We might end up turning against each other, but it's all just a game, and we'll be friends again afterwards."
"I... don't like the sound of that..." he says while trying to maintain his smile. "But if I have to fight..." He brandishes his scarf like a whip. "I'll make sure they only get KO'd. And Dave, I'll do my best to protect my friends!"
"And before you leave," says Power to Dave, "don't forget to tell 6k1 we'll be on our way."
As she waits for Scipion's next move, she smirks. With the real Snow joining the fray, she might have a chance to see what it's like to kill him herself...

"Here,you can leave whenever." Mett summons a portal for Zoe to return to his base. Zoe nods,then looks around for Elliot.

Obviously, Pharynx couldn't care less about Power's breaks down, althought he had to admit that she had really good friend.
Suddenly, he felt something wrong. Looking at the sky, he noticed that it have take an unusual red color. The Changeling suddenly felt a unknown presence... near the group around the pony. Without thinking, he turned into a huge beast and ran towards them, yelling "WATCH OUT !"
At the last moment, a gigantic claw came out of nowhere and slammed on the ground right after Pharynx pushed them out of the way. But as the same moment, another claw appeared and successfully catched both Pennywise and Kefka before disappearing into nothingness with them.
Red fog began to engulf everyone in Panem. At the party, big bright red eyes appeared at the center of the room. Pharynx recognised them as Scipion's eyes. The eyes looked right into the eyes at every members of the party, including the new nominators and Valecor before the eyes disappeared. Pharynx wasted no time and left immeditely to join the rest of the guard, yelling at Valecor and the nominators to prepare for any other attacks.
Scipion has returned, yet his presence could be felt everywhere...
