Oo TS suggestion ain't bad at all. I was about to suggest something from The Stanley Parable but the images would be a lot of text and it'd be hard to read, so I'm passing and just going with the suggestion.

The current image is a scene from the music video for "The Drugs I Need" by The Austin Lounge Lizards, captioned with a link to said video. By itself, the image does not illustrate any of the four types of drug commercials described. You need to actually watch the music video (or go down in the examples list) to know it actually lampoons the "long list of side effects" type of commercials, which would also make it Just a Face and a Caption.
