ITT: We Are All Pirates' Revenge

Gabrielle, lost in thought, suddenly realizes that most of the crew has already left for the ship. She bolts, running in an uncharacteristically girly fashion.

Sennen, meanwhile, has already made it to the base of the lighthouse. Noticing the swordplay lesson going on, she stops to watch Kauri and Ezekiel for a brief moment.

(Ira steps out of the lighthouse to see Kauri already practicing using the sword Felix gave him with Ezekiel.) Well, looks like Kauri didn’t waste any time with learning how to use that thing, eh? (He remarks.)

Nephenee steps out to see Kauri's practice as well.

"That's good", she said, "If we're going on some adventures, that's a valuable skillset he's going to open up for himself."

(Samuel and Samantha also practice)

Klamptrap comes out of the lighthouse and sees the practicing.

   Should we just wait for them to finish or get them to hurry up? Just because we were told the shard was put in the bank in the past doesn't mean that it's untouched in the present, as since it's at a bank it's possible a rival could've learned of it by chance.   

"Well, we're all ready to go," says Melvin. "Let's ask."

"'Scuse me, Ezekiel? Do you think you can finish your lesson on the ship? Because we've gotta go somewhere else, and we're all raring to go. "

"Excellent, boy," Ezekiel says proudly before turning around the meet the clatter of the crew coming out the crone's crib.

"Oh, yes," he answers the captain, "this can continue on the ship. I just thought it wise to give him a sense of the fundamentals to start." He walks over to Kauri with hand outstretched. "My sword, boy?"

Kauri nearly beams with pride at Mr. Ezekiel's approval. He hands the sword back to it's rightful owner before retrieving Old Silver, pulling the blade from the ground and sheathing it once more.

"Well, c'mon then! We're not just gonna leave all the action for later, are we?"

Sennen turns tail and heads towards the docked Zenpance at a full-blown gallop, earning some raised eyebrows from the locals.

In fact Sennen's sprinting footsteps are so loud that they yank Sven out of the "quiet meditative fishing" headspace he's been in this whole time. He puts the rod down and peeks over the rail, seeing the gang approach from the lighthouse.

Huh. That was quick.

He grabs the fish he's caught plus the gear he used, and takes both of them below deck to put them away, then he comes back up to await the crew's arrival.

Right behind you! (Ira moves on toward the ship.)

"Ahahaha, that's the spirit!", said Nephenee, breaking into her own sprint not nearly as fast as Sennen's.

Sheathing his own blade, he walks with the others back to the ship, but not before looking back to make sure Kauri is coming along.

After having stopped for a while to watch Kauri and Ezekiel's sword practice, Victor also follows the others onto the ship.

Melvin climbs onto the ship, ready to start the next leg of this adventure.

Kauri keeps a careful grip on Old Silver and trots along with everyone else to the ship.

Nephenee clambers onto the ship, worn out from running there.

"Ah, yyyep, that was prolly a bad idea", she chuckled breathlessly.

As soon as Melvin climbs onto the ship, Sven immediately asks him...

So how'd it go?

Parada makes it back on the ship. No one saw her do it, but she did.

"Eh, could've been worse," says Melvin. "We've gotta go somewhere else, but at least we know for sure where the Egg piece is."

Klamptrap rolls on board the ship.

   Is everyone accounted for?   

(Ira climbs up on deck.) Well, I'm here. How soon can we be ready to go?

"We're back! Anyone want a makeover?"

"Please stop it."

"M-makeover?" Gabrielle asks with a look of confusion. "How's that necessary? It's just a bank, not like we need big ol' fancy disguises or somethin' like that."
