• (Player1) is kept up all night because of (Player2)'s snoring.
• (Player1) is woken up by (his/her1) own snoring.

• (Player1) plows into a wall and breaks into several pieces but it turns out to just be in a video game (he/she1) is playing. Then it happens for real. (Fatal -> P1)

• Ten identical copies of (Player1) bother the other tributes, causing the other tributes to get upset with the real (Player1).^*  "Ten Little Flintstones"
• (Player1) falls down a cliff and explodes into a hundred mini-(Player1)s upon landing, which immediately merge back together into one (Player1).
• (Player1) gains the ability to jump very high and cling to walls after drinking a mysterious concoction.
• (Player1) is attacked and killed by living pants. (Fatal -> P1)
  • (Player1) finds a truck full of pies and joyously declares that (he/she1) will live. (Also Feast)
• (Player1) blows up a balloon and makes a balloon animal version of (Player2).
• (Player1)'s mind literally wanders as (his/her1) head falls off (his/her1) shoulders and wanders around the Arena all day/night.

As per my hosting style, I edited the finale post to include my first halved event dump.

Also, if Psyche's gonna host (if no one else does), then who's gonna run?

• (Player1) cracks (his/her1) knuckles, only to injure them in the process.

• (Player1) reads a book on how to read.

• (Player1) arrests (Player2) for illegally downloading copyrighted music

• (Player1) looks at the sunset and claims that (he/she1) may be stupid.

Since 9k1 said that I'm on a Discord server hiatus on the RP Discussion Thread, yeah, I'm confirming it. It's been a week since I first started it, and I'll return around June 4 of my timezone. It's mostly because of important RL stuff.

And in case you or anyone else not on Discord is wondering, we're working on getting this season underway, but getting the Clean Save up-to-date is taking awhile and we still haven't found a runner. It seems that everyone's been very busy lately due to final exams and things like that, so this has been resulting in slower season production lately. Please hang tight and be patient!

And yes, we really do need someone to run this thing.

At last, after hitting a few snags, Season 157 begins! I'm just gonna make this update short and snappy because I'm sick atm and still a little burnt-out from the last time I hosted. Might need to hand this off to someone else, but we'll see.

• And sadly the final couple of events are cut off because of screening issues, and I haven't received the save yet either, but looking at the Summary, I can say that Dorothea also stabs Goose with a tree branch (they're in vogue this season,) while The Great Intelligence gets an invincibility power-up and knocks Argus, Stella, Radical Rex and Doppelganger Arle out of the Arena. Hopefully 9k1 will come through and reveal whatever else might have happened there soon.

So for the runner, I'm guessing 9k1 is the runner of this season in the end? Just want to clarify, as I'm still a bit confused by the announcement

Well Yoshi's already in Smash, but admittedly part of the reason why I'd like Metal Sonic to be in Smash is besides being Sonic's most frequent rival (and being around before Shadow) is so folks would have fun trying to recreate Super Mario Bros. Z in Smash (Metallix is Metal Sonic after a self-upgrade). So I very much find this amusing.

Also, that last event is definitely out of character for Metallix. Instead of tossing footwear he'd throw an unwilling Yoshi at the can just to cause the poor dino some pain. Normally he'd probably just as soon kill Yoshi, but as this is a team tribute and thus knows he can't he'd likely settle for being a straight up sadist to his teammate instead.

Announcement: due to her illness, Psyche has stepped down from hosting. I could take over since I ran and all, but 1. I just hosted last season, and 2. due to my laptop crashing last night, timely updates might be a hassle.
