Torchic

Pros: Ridiculous defense, and it's a freaking Ultra Beast.

Cons: Very slow.

Concerns: Dude, this thing is creepy!! Lots of eyes? Lots of lifeforms?! Plus it could probably kill its trainer after fainting.

Rating: 9/10 because I'm too scared to rate it any lower

I don't know much about it, but I like both of its types.

Although its design is a little weird. The wings look like they're just giant hands.

Poliwrath

Sorely in need of an evolution; Zangoose has such an unfair advantage over it. I played with an idea for one in the past, where the blade on its tail becomes longer and curved, with which it would typically coil in alignment while at rest. I called it 'Scythwyndr', and it becomes a Poison/Ground type that makes desert environments its home.

Anyway, it's a pretty neat Pokémon.

5/10 I'll be honest, it looks ugly and the fact that it spits its guts at others is kinda gross. Still, it has a good ability and it is somewhat unique.

I don't really understand why it's an Electric type rather than a Fire type, but other than that, I like it. It has a pretty cute design, and I like the sun motif. 9/10.

Cons: Despite their supposedly high catch rate, I never could catch one in Alpha Sapphire. Jerks.

While I do like it and think it's cute, if I had to rank all of the Water-type starters, it's probably my least favorite. At least it has a cool third stage, though. 6.5/10.

Floofy doggo, very zoomy, good boy. People don't like Stoutland Search in SM/USUM, but I don't really see why. In battle, it's not amazing, but it works fine. 8/10.

Pros: It's a vulture, but it's cute! Good stats, too.

Cons: It eats Cubones. That's sad.

Concerns: Its eyeliner is better than mine.

Rating: 8/10 would keep it on my team to win some battles and save a Cubone.

It's a quite cute (if fairly dangerous going by its ''Ultra Sun'' Pokédex entry) Pokémon with two cool looking evolutions. 8/10.

I kinda prefer Yamask more, because it's Creepy Cute while Cofagrigous is mainly just creepy... although it's kind of Creepy Awesome, I guess. And I love the Egyptian sarcophagus motif. 7/10

One of my best party members in my Platinum Nuzlocke. It didn't really stick out too much to me beforehand, but ever since it's tied with Umbreon for my favorite Eeveelution. 9.5/10.
