@Montoya I did not recognize the vast majority of the characters from the game I just hosted, and of the ones I did, there were maybe two whose fandoms I knew well and weren't the ones I put in myself. I just Googled enough to make jokes and the ones I did not know enough about to even Google I just made jokes about based on what was happening in game. So knowledge of the fandoms involved is not a requirement. Although, maybe people could start listing fandoms along with characters?

GRAND DAD is just a bootleg Mario from a Chinese knockoff game, who is associated with The Flintstones thanks to his "game", 7 GRAND DAD, just being a modded version of a Flintstones NES game with Mario's head edited over Fred's.
I probably don't need to explain Fred Flintstone, though I specifically nominated him to go along with GRAND DAD, obviously.
"Boozer" is just a misspelling of "Bowser", of course, with a Gmodified version of him as the tribute.
And the shoebill is a variety of stork native to Africa, with a large bill and a reputation for looking like it's plotting something evil.
