1 million likes would be more than any of WB's DC movies on their YouTube page.
Think about that.

"The devil's got all the good gear. What's God got? The Inspiral Carpets and nuns. Fuck that." - Liam GallagherSo, beraly acceptable, then?
It's actually more than most MCU movies besides Captain Marvel and Avengers Infinity War.
I know, I was just trying to kick DC while it's down.

35 year old white man.But what if the man is a white trash racist? Wouldn't that make it my civic duty to kick him?

Eh...I know you jest, but let's not make this political.
You're right, I'm rewriting the joke to make it less possibly controversial.
Without getting political, you dont kick anyone when they're down, regardless of who they are
New theme music also a boxCan you kick a miserable little pile of secrets when it's down?

Hey no one went back to saying Danny DeVito should have played Detective Pikachu in months so here I am to state it.
Anyone else smile a bit at the fact that there's more than just G1 Pokemon?
Given the First Installment Wins nature of the franchise, I was surprised by that as well. But of course they did make sure enough of the G1 characters were prominent in the trailer so that people who were only familiar with that iteration of the franchise wouldn't be confused.

Yeah, I really appreciate they branched out of Gen I too. I mean, the original 151 are iconic, make no mistake about that. But there's been so many Pokemon since then with just as many creative and fun designs. So it's nice to see them get a chance to reach a wider audience. A few Greninja seem to play large roles in the story, presumably as enforcers for the main villains. They probably got that because they were by far the most popular species from Gen VI, which was when pre-production on the film first started.

I love that they got one of the most obscure new Pokemon for this (Morelull).
Jason has come back to kill for Mommy.@Vuther: based on the trailer, Danny De Vito should voice Mr. Mime.
The Morelulls were a surprising touch, but them floating around a herd of Bulbasaurs does make sense for that environment. The way Pokemon have been integrated so naturally and almost casually into scenes (not to mention the very subtle elements of Pokemon series iconography and graphics) is probably proof to many that the filmmakers care about creating a living, breathing world, at least visually.
