Iron Man - "Iron Man."
You knew it was coming. They even used it in the movies.

Iron Fist (and possibly the other Seven Immortal Weapons) - Anarchy Club - Shaolin.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."I always thought Queen's "Seven Seas of Rhye" matched Sinestro pretty well.
Not a super hero, but a super-hero's home town, This Ain't No Place for No Hero by the Heavy. They used in the ad campaign for Batman: Arkham Origins, and I thought it was the perfect song for Gotham City.

I am going to use metal songs for each characters.
Captain America - These Colours Don't Run by Iron Maiden
Iron Man - Peace Sells by Megadeth (Was going for Iron Man, but this oddly sounds more appropriate for the character)
Thor - Halls of Valhalla by Judas Priest
Kang the Conquoror - Caught Somewhere in TIme by Iron Maiden or Powerslave by Iron Maiden
Ultron - Blood Red Skies by Judas Priest
Sentinels - The Sentinel (Was going to give them Blood Red Skies, but this is more fitting for them)
OMAC - The Hellion/Electric Eye by Judas Priest
Solomon Grundy - The Reincarnation of Benjamin Breeg
Aquaman - Rime of the Ancient Mariner by Iron Maiden (Man, I am using a lot Iron Maiden here)
Doctor Strange - Five Magics by Megadeth
Silver Surfer - Starblind by Iron Maiden
Scarlet Witch - Isle of Avalon by Iron Maiden or Wicker Man by Iron Maiden
Daredevil - And Justice For All . . . by Metallica
Batman - Childhood's End by Iron Maiden (Was going to pick Fear of the Dark, but then I listen to this song and it fits Batman in every aspect).
Raven - Moonchild by Iron Maiden
Lobo - Overkill by Motorhead (Did it for the sake of comparing the visual similarities between the Main Man and Lemmy)
Namor - Holy Diver by Dio

Keeping up the heavy metal focus I can think of:
Wolverine - Sun and Steel - Iron Maiden (basing on Frank Miller's "Wolverine as a Ronin" concept).
Father Stryker (from "God loves, Man kills") - For the Greater Good of God - Iron Maiden.
Nightmare King (x-men villain) - Enter Sandman by Metallica
Hans Von Hammer - Death Or Glory - Iron Maiden.
Baron Wolfgang Von Strucker - Ghost Division - Sabaton.
Bullseye - Symphony of Destruction - Megadeth (I feel it empathizes well his nihilistic worldview)
Ghost Rider - Hell Rider - Judas Priest (well this one is a little obvious...)
And a non-metal that occured me:
Red Skull - B Maschina (Remix) - Laibach.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."Nice pick. Though, now that you mentioned Ghost Rider just about any Judas Priest song can count as a theme for him. These two are special mention for suiting the biker vibe of the character: Freewheel Burning or Riding on the Wind.

Lex Luthor-Icehouse's Mister Big.
Lex Luthor: Queen's Princes of the Universe. Or maybe I Want It All by the same band. At least in his own head.
Blade - Devils Never Cry by Shawn Mc Pherson
Magneto - It Has To Be This Way by Jimmy Gneco
Black Cat - Felicia by The Constellations
Poison Ivy - Earth Song by Michael Jackson
The Joker- "Hurricane", by Thirty Seconds to Mars, especially the chorus: "Tell me would you kill to save a life…tell me, would you kill to prove you're right?" It sounds like something Mister J would say to Batman. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mdJDPepGOAM
Harley Quinn- "Mad Love", by Neon Trees. It reminds me of her when she's deluded herself into thinking that Joker actually loves her. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MQ7J2wRXPpY
Batman- "Superman (It's Not Easy)", by Five For Fighting. And not just because the Names The Same! Because IT'S NOT! HAHAHAHA. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=uCdEuMk7C9E
Superman- "Welcome to the Black Parade", by My Chemical Romance. Not just because of the "When I was a young boy, my father…", bit, but the whole intro (Superman is, after all, the savior of the broken, the beaten, and the damned), and the main song…well. The intro works (sorta).
The ones for Bats and Supes are more-or-less interchangeable, by the way.
They're actually all just variations on the Spider-Man theme. "Daredevil! Daredevil! You know he's! On the level! He's a lawyer who fights crime! Even though he is blind!"
Sorry, Spidey, but you really should've trademarked the jingle.
