Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.
For the interested, here's a list of recently created pages. Launches
Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

There's no account with that username. Did you misspell it?
Edit: OK, I checked and it was Reidling 1234. I suspended them.

Current Project: Incorruptible Pure PurenessI’ve also noticed a problem with troper R8ings Guy. They appear to rush their tropes into TLP and seem in a huge hurry to get them out. I’ve commented on their latest draft, Divorced To Be Gay, which hasn’t even been up 24 hours and already has a launch date of Friday, with no resolution on the various questions. I have already posted a complaint on the thread telling them they can’t launch until questions are answered and to slow things down in general. It’s not clear if they’re listening, though.
Link to the proposed trope in question here.
Edit: They have specifically launched four tropes in the last three days.

I unlaunched their stealth launches and suspended them from TLP and the wiki. I checked and they're new and more than one draft was stealth launched by them.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.Sorry to have to report them again, but R8ings Guy, who was just released from suspension, went right onto one of their TLP proposals and added a “last chance for feedback” launch date of Monday — but as far as I can see, none of the myriad issues brought up were addressed. I responded saying that they need to fix the various problems and remove the launch announcement, otherwise I plan to holler the draft to have it locked. It’s one that was stealth launched earlier, titled Constantly Spells Their Name. Link here.
They have also added a “last chance for feedback” launch note to another of their proposals, Divorced To Be Gay, for next Friday. Link here. It’s in somewhat better shape than the one above, though there’s still ongoing discussion on it. However, IIRC the terms of their suspension release said they should be working on only one TLP draft at a time.
I could be wrong, but this seems like minimal improvement at best from them.
For the record, "deal with the issues or I'll holler the draft asking for a lock" feels too much like mini-modding. Threats with mod actions are not allowed. If issues are worth mod attention, do holler, but this part is not something that's decided between users.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupFair enough. I’ll leave it at the holler if needed.

Video Games of 1990–1994 seem to have been launched the moment it got enough hats. Since it's an index it probably doesn't much, but is there an issue?
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupI have some backlash due to how many indexes are appearing in the TLP. My main question with this one is... Why those random dates. Why just four years of videogames?
It's not random, naturally it was casued by Video Games of the 1990s getting too-long. I'm not sure if it'd be better as a subpage without involving TLP, but this isn't the right thread for this thought.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupTalent Incubator seems to have recently been stealth launched. It was also not released as trivia, even though many people mentioned in the draft that it was trivia.
ValdoSo, it was kicked back a few hours ago. It still being up is likely a glitch.

Current Project: Incorruptible Pure PurenessCut Talent Incubator manually since the draft still said it was unlaunched.
Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.I'm worried about Smart People Shoot. It has enough hats and technically had a launch notice, and the specific examples I brought up were technically addressed but I don't think the underlying issues leading to such poor examples were addressed.
Given this was launched with the absolute bare minimum amount of time technically allowed I didn't even have time to chime in to say "I think it's a good idea for this to gestate longer" before it launched.
Found a Youtube Channel with political stances you want to share? Hop on over to this page and add them.Lebanese Media was just launched as a trope, even though the other pages under Works By Nationality are indices.
Welcome to Corneria! So? The draft even says it's an index. ~deerhornsaresopretty just needs to change the pagetype on the right to "index" and it's done.
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupHey, how do I do that?
See at the bottom/right "page info", "page type", "change"
TroperWall / WikiMagic CleanupI'm concerned about Hair Substitute Feature. (TLP here). It barely skirts the hats vs bombs, and the description needs more. Did it have a launch announcement? (I've been away for several days for a family issue, so I may have missed that.)
I know more about obscure 1990s Middle Grade Literature novels than most people.Looks like it did have a launch notice.
Youtube Video Essays: hereA'ight, then no worries. Thank you.
I know more about obscure 1990s Middle Grade Literature novels than most people. Is the Launch process trimming the draft's name into the final form, a bug / issue because it makes it harder to find launch notices? Or should we leave it alone?
Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576Is it just me, or was Burnout Babe launched despite unanswered questions from the last three contributors of posts to the draft? In general, the trope sponsor didn’t seem to engage much with the folks who left feedback. If I’m wrong, my bad, of course.
They do seem to have addressed multiple things, but the broader issues, like "the description is too narrow for the examples" and the criticisms of the name aren't addressed.
Maybe unlaunch and PM Doctor Sleep to ask for a response in the comments.
Burnout seems to be very rare terminology for that type of teenager, so it's not Clear in the Clear, Concise, Witty.
Circa 1989: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jocks_and_Burnouts - And hasn't made it into a dictionary?
I only know what it is because it was mentioned in ''Because Internet''.
EDIT: Seems like her use of "burnout" is just a slight shift from "burnt out by drugs, given the mention of "chemicals"" in here, if you search for "chemicals".
