YES. SO MUCH YES.
The author would have to engage in a lot of railroading to keep him a threat.
Possibly a minor one, maybe the Insufferable Genius kind.
He could try, but he'd fail miserably.
Well he doesn't look like one, so I think he would.
Yep, EVIL hacker!
An evil master of the internet and a mystical troll goddess? Yes. Tho they would betray each other.
Say, wasn't he in The Fifth Element? Eat that stupid planet up, Mr. Star!
I can't think of many better villains! *Starts humming The Hounds*
He's certainly powerful enough, with the whole immortality thing and all, but he's a bit too loyal and nice to partake in serious villainy.
I see more of a dragon than a real villain
Not really, An Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain at worst and a Woobie Anti-Villain at best.
Yes, literally, a "good" villain.
Of Smug Snake variety, of course.
Definitely The Brute of the Five man bad band
A minor one, but very prominent.
I probably don't even need to say "yes", but I will anyway:
With the right characterization, possibly.

most definatly yes.
That train is definitely bad news. I can just see him chasing down a bunch of hapless kids!
Nope totaly bad material for that job, sorry.
I suppose they can work as a Quirky Miniboss Squad.
As a quirky evil minion, yeah.
Doesn't look like much of a villain, but I'm getting a vibe that she's secretly deadly and merciless
