Checking FaCe ThE StRaNgE currently. Seems that chapter 5 and 11 is going to decide.
It's a crossover fic (Naruto + Harry Potter) with banhammer-worthy grammar and spelling.
Sooo...
seems it has some non-Excuse Plot, so it passes on the "porn" criteria.
On the "paedo"-criteria - will have to see if Sasuke and Link have sex scenes.
OK, in chapter 13 Sasuke seems to be playing around with his penis. He's 12 according to the character page on the website.

Crimson Spell is an easy keep. It's complicated high fantasy plot more than makes up for two page sex scenes every 2-3 chapters involving characters that are very obviously adults. It's high fantasy with sex in it.

@Kuro Good catch. Do we know anything about the H-game it was based on? The anime is fine as long as the OVA is ignored though I won't feel comfortable voting one way or the other until we know a bit more about the game. We should keep in mind that the page is in the anime namespace despite having been a VN first.

I don't know anything in particular about it. But looking at a CG set, there's more non-porn CG than porn CG, and no character look really young. And it has a clean PS 2 version as well. It should be fine.
