Man, I don't understand this place sometimes... Clear misuse (seems to be) demonstrated, no one in the thread defending it (or even offering a defense), yet the first two votes for rename are "no."
Where do they come from?
Bumping for more votes.

Well. seeing the misuse ad the disconnect means the rename is rather justified, but I'm not sure the Alt titles click.
How about Curb Stomp Boredom? Or Bored At The Ass Kicking?
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - Fighteer"Curb Stomp Boredom" sounds better to me than anything on the crowner. Gets across the point that someone is getting bored during the battle itself from being so overpowered.
A blog that gets updated on a geological timescale.I added it, but this thread really needs some more opinions.
"If you aren't him, then you apparently got your brain from the same discount retailer, so..." - FighteerI'm not sure it's about being bored. In fact, the description contradicts itself. At one point, it says: "As he (sic) breaking necks without breaking a sweat, the constant stream of new foes is just barely enough to keep him from getting bored." But then later, it says, "the point is, he's bored." So, he's not quite bored; he's just...bored?
I think this is about a massive fight that isn't a challenge. Single-handedly stomping all the hordes. I'm not sure any of these options convey that.
eta: Maybe something like One Sided Mook Stomp?

Speaking words of fandom: let it squee, let it squee.Three things. The first is slightly tangential so I'll get it out of the way. We have to make sure that this isn't somehow confused with heroes or villains being held up by mooks that they are easily crushing. Could mean their bored, but many times it's more urgent. "I don't have time for this!"
The second is a little more relevant. Do you have to be bored in order for an example to be a part of this trope or can you just not be trying. If that's the case then if you are just toying with your enemy (like Frieza does in Dragon Ball Z) then I don't see why we can't expand it to mean that. If there is already a trope for toying with your enemy, then why fo we need this?
The third is more relevant than that, there are a few shows out there whose fights are nothing but jokes and the characters playing with each other. The entire series of Bobobobo Bobobo is just surreal humor and fighting for example. Would those be examples of this trope.
In my second and third point, the heroes and villains are having fun during the fight by messing with the other guy. How does "bored" and "antics" not contradict each other in this case?
Also, why is this not a Curb-Stomp Battle or No-Holds-Barred Beatdown?

Don't make me destroy you. @ Castle SeriesAccording to post 1, there are 3 correct examples and 6 are classified as "uncertain".
I don't think this is worth the trouble. Deletion gets my vote.
Let's just say and leave it at that. But that's my point, right? If you simply expand the description form "being bored while fighting" to "toying with" and/or "using a fraction of your real power" then this becomes well more general and would include a lot more examples.
Don't make me destroy you. @ Castle SeriesBut that's a different trope and the current name is equally non-indicative of it. You might just as well submit that new trope in YKTTW and delete this page here.
Let's just say and leave it at that.If that's a different trope then what's it's name? And IF we have a trope for that then I think these examples should go to that trope and we should expand it.

Don't make me destroy you. @ Castle SeriesThere are more tropes in heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are listed on TV Tropes.
That is: when I say "trope", I don't mean that it's a page on the wiki.
Let's just say and leave it at that.Yes, well, then we don't want a trope Too Rare To Trope and I feel the examples that are correct will be wasted. All I care about.
Don't make me destroy you. @ Castle SeriesExcuse Me While I Multitask This is at least related, right?
Don't make me destroy you. @ Castle SeriesThis seems ready to call?
Calling this in favor of Epic Battle Boredom.
OK, rename was executed, as well as tagging.

Crown Description:
Kicking Ass And Taking Names
Might be a little ambiguous. It could be read as "fight antics that are easy" rather than "antics in an easy fight". A moment's thought would probably clear it up, so it's not a big deal, but maybe we could do better. Curb Stomp Antics would remove that ambiguity, but it loses some plain English points and requires Curb Stomp to be understood as Curb-Stomp Battle, rather than a Curb Stomp.
