Zero No Tsukaima Crossover Fics Thread

You have my undivided attention.

Here's the fic in question. Unfortunately, my inspiration ran out before I could manage a third chapter. I do have in mind some neat stuff I want to do in the future, but my hands are tied on two fronts: I've only seen the first season of the anime (and read the first light novel) where FOZ is concerned, and information beyond that point is minimal; 2) regarding that span of time itself, I have in mind what I'd like to do for a "season finale" Henrietta ends up the focus of an Eclipse, but I don't really know how I want to get from point A to point B.

Oh god, please not this fic, it's like the author is trying his damnest to make Saito as hateable as possible.

Besides, He actually has a personality, one that contrasts Issei.

...FOZ doesn't really have a whole lot, canonically speaking, in terms of monster fodder for "random encounters", does it?

One upon a time, there was a FOZ/Berserk fic. It was better-written than most of the author's other dreck, but still suffered from minor continuity problems, as well as more serious narrative issues.

Now, it returns, with a greatly remodeled first chapter.

Anyone else here who has read Queen of the Void? No, not that one; I mean this one, where Louise summons a whole Xenomorph hive as her familiars... and in the process gets psychically linked to their Hive Mind as the "Queen of Queens".

After your PM, I skimmed through it...definitely interested me enough to go back for an actual read.

Then you might also like The Foundation Must Be True, in which Louise's alternate familiar is none other than LEGION (contained within the body of a Nod MCV). The writer of this one takes great care to flesh out not only the FOZ setting, but the C&C one as well (specifically, how many pieces/aspects of Nod technology work and/or get built).

I'm not going to read one, simply because I have a weak stomach for disturbing things, but I do find the concept very, very, fascinating.

Now I'm wondering what a crossover with Ow, my sanity would look like. David has an habit of taking everything in stride, so he'd probably adapt, but the real fun would begin when his harem of Eldritch Abominations decides to find and rescue him...

Wait, so this is a really common Fandom-Specific Plot then? I'm not familiar with the series, but that explains the thing I found a week or two ago. Not gonna link to it, though - there are only two chapters and I don't know if it was any good.

From my POV, most ZNT fics are crossovers of type "Louise summons someone else". I guess Saito is just that unpopular.

Or the concept of summoning any kind of being from another world to bind it as the servant of the summoner, plus the sheer possibilities of affecting the FOZ plot in very different ways depending on the choice of summoned being, is great Fanfic Fuel.

Well, good news for you: The disturbing stuff involing Xenomorphs is largely only discussed rather than actually happening. In all the 10 chapters released so far, there's only one Chestburster scene, and it's with a cow as a host, and the description of said scene in question is rather brief (I've read much more graphically detailed chestburster scenes before that genuinely have squick factors, and this doesn't really hit it).

I think it's less that he's unpopular, and more that he's just so replaceable. He's both a fairly generic harem protagonist, and holds a very easy position to toss in whatever character from whatever universe you want into.

Maybe because you didn't look up the relevant Crossovers section in FF.Net?

...to be fair, I did look around the FoZ crossover section a few times, but nothing really caught my attention.
